The best tour guide in Tanzania, excellent quality at a good price.
We had an unforgettable experience with Destiny Explorers during our safari adventure in Tanzania. From the very beginning, their team impressed us with their professionalism, kindness, and passion for sharing the incredible beauty of their country.
We visited breathtaking places like Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Serengeti, and many more, each one more spectacular than the last. Our guide was not only extremely knowledgeable but also incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel safe and welcome at all times.
Traveling with my wife, I felt completely secure thanks to their attention to detail and commitment to our well-being. Every moment of our journey was filled with wonder and discovery, and Destiny Explorers made it all seamless and enjoyable.
If you’re looking for a truly authentic, memorable, and safe safari experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Destiny Explorers. They turned our dream trip into a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Stanley was very observant, knowledgeable, and very patient.
We have had Stanley was our main guide on the full day tour of Kruger. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. Yesterday we had Derrick, and Albert who were very hard working! Albert was the tracker and he found a kill site and then found lions! Gustaf was our driver for part of today as well and he was very nice and welcoming.

Memorable Kruger Safari
We booked a 5-day Kruger safari and stayed at the Radisson Safari Hotel. Ruben our MoAfrika contact was very helpful with our booking and ensuring a smooth reservation process. However we did have to follow him up to let us know when our balance payment was due. The hotel was luxurious, had a comfortable superior room, served good food at the Mirage restaurant and had friendly and helpful staff. Special mention here for Portia, our server at Mirage. Her cheerfulness and pleasant demeanor made us want to always sit in the area she was assigned to. The only downside to this hotel: slippers and bathrobes were not complimentary in the superior rooms. Front desk told us these were available only in the premium rooms.
Day 1 had us on a Sunset Drive in a private game reserve. Our tracker Gift and guide Terrence pulled all the stops in getting us to spot a lot of wildlife like impala, zebra, giraffe and 2 of the Big 5: elephant and lion which was just a few meters away from our vehicle! Terrence would run over dead trees and bushes to make our own road as Gift pointed out the way where certain animals were spotted.
On Day 2 we did our Kruger Game Drive. Note that Radisson is about an hour away from the Kruger gate that we used. So leaving the hotel at 5:30 am in 11°C weather, speeding down the highway at 80 kph in an open top vehicle was freezing cold! The ponchos provided by our guide Lambs did little to keep us warm. But shortly after the sun rose as we entered the national park, we spotted a group of cheetahs - a few adults and some cubs. It was an exhilarating start to the safari. Lambs was as informative as he was funny in describing the wildlife and explaining their behavior patterns. He was so determined to find us the elusive leopard and rhino but it wasnt meant to be. Instead we got to see the Cape Buffalo, the 3rd of the Big 5. Aside from this animal, we saw hippos, gnu, zebra, ostrich, wildebeest, and many more wild animals roaming free all around us, some like the giraffes and elephants were just on the side of the road. We even saw a herd of elephants cross the road just as we were passing through. Seeing 3 out of the Big 5 and all the other magnificent creatures made this Game Drive a superb experience. Also worth noting: unlike the Sunset Drive on D1 where the guide and tracker would drive the jeep into dense bushes and undergrowth, the guide in Kruger was allowed to use only the paved and gravel roads. He isn't allowed to drive into the brush if looking for wildlife to spot. Also, Kruger is a very safe place. We could leave our bags and jackets in the jeep while having lunch, and when we came back, everything was where we left them.
The Panorama Route on D3 took us to some very breathtaking sights. The Blydes Canyon, God's Window, Potholes, etc were all awesome places to see. It was so hard to capture the natural beauty of the landscape in photographs. Our guide was Gustaf, a very competent and safe driver. We just wish he could provide more information about the places we were seeing such as origins of the names and other significant info about the places. But in fairness to him, he would provide as much info as he could when we had questions.
Day 4 and 5 were spent at the hotel, going for an energizing workout session at the well-appointed gym, and taking a relaxing treatment at the spa.
All in all, this was an unforgettable trip, with a few areas for improvement, but the good things far outweighed the bad. Shout out to Life, our van driver who picked us up and brought us back to the airport. Starting and ending with him gave us a nice overview of Kruger and an apt way to fill in the blanks for more info that we may had missed during our stay.

I will only do safari in Botswana with Enjanga.
Enjanga was recommended to me by a classmate who was planning to do a safari for her wedding anniversary. It was not too difficult to select them because they only had 5-star reviews while most others would at least have a couple of bad reviews. We started talks about 5 months before our intended date of tour and customised our own itinerary based on the sample schedule on Enjanga's website. Communications were straightforward, pleasant and honest with Izzy and O.B throughout the planning stage. All payments were done prior to the safari. Izzy the owner of Enjanga met us at Maun Airport upon our arrival and drove us straight to Moremi. All reviews said he is good at spotting animals and he lived up to his reputation by spotting us cheetahs just before we got to our first campsite! This is the beginning of the countless occasions throughout the safari where he pointed out various animals and birds to us; most importantly when we would have otherwise missed them. At the campsite, we were welcomed by his crew consisting of KB the auxillary driver for our provisions, Ogan our chef and Oris our butler. Hence we began our 8-days safari adventure of the eastern bit of the Okavango with the Enjanga team. Each team member made our mobile safari camping trip truly enjoyable and pleasant. It is amazing what Ogan can bake in the middle of the jungle in a make shift oven with hot coal on top! (See lizard-shaped bread below). Thank you KB & Oris for the morning "knock-knock" wake-up call in the morning when delivering warm water to freshen up before the dawn game drive. It is wonderful to see how Izzy has picked up skills from his time in the lodges to provide the same luxury (and more!) for his mobile safari guests. This is the second camping experience in my life and I must say, if all camping experience is like what Enjanga does, I would welcome more of it. We arrived as guests but I would like to think we left as friends that we hope to meet again in the future.

African Safari:
A once-in-a-lifetime experience – filled with wonder, warmth, and unforgettable people
From the very first moment we contacted Kilipath African Safari, we felt we were in good hands – but we couldn’t have imagined just how special this journey would be.
Everything was organized perfectly, from the initial planning to the final farewell. We had the pleasure of meeting Prisca, who was the heart behind the scenes – warm, professional, attentive, and full of care. She was always available to answer questions, guide us along the way, and make us feel safe and genuinely excited. Meeting her in person was touching and truly meaningful.
The safari days were breathtaking – each day brought a new adventure, wild landscapes, and close-up wildlife encounters. But what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people.
David, our guide and driver, was the soul of the journey. Calm, deeply knowledgeable, and full of quiet strength, he made every drive meaningful. His natural instinct for where to go, what to look for, and how to make every moment special was incredible – always with a warm smile and genuine care.
On our last day, we enjoyed a walking tour through rice fields and banana plantations with Prisa, a wonderful local guide. Her connection to the land and community, along with the way she shared her knowledge with such love and simplicity, made the day unforgettable.
And of course, we must mention Dennis, our fantastic chef. Every meal he prepared was a celebration – fresh, delicious, and full of love. He brought joy, warmth, and flavor to the entire journey – in every sense.
This wasn’t just a trip – it was a journey of the heart. We left with tears in our eyes, full hearts, and memories we will carry for a lifetime.
Thank you, Kilipath, for giving us so much more than just a safari. We wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone seeking not only nature, but also real human connection, authenticity, and magic.
With love and deep appreciation,
Tzahi & Yuval
