Our safari with Monkey Adventures was fantastic. From the moment we were picked up we were looked after really well. Our safari guide, Roger, was a really nice guy, incredibly knowledgeable and had the ability to spot wildlife that we would definitely have missed, and quite a few other safari groups didn't spot. The accommodation was really good and every process was smooth and easy.
I looked long and hard to find a safari company that I thought would meet all our needs without breaking the bank. We chose Monkey Adventures and they have met and exceeded all our expectations. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough - Fantastic.

What can I say except thank you for this incredible and unforgettable trip? I had high expectations for this first safari, and I must say that I am very happy and grateful to have placed my trust in Ozon and especially in our fabulous guide Elijah, who made these four days of safari a timeless experience. We could not have hoped for anything better thanks to his smile, his good humor, his explanations about each species, each tribe, and each plant, and his 1000% commitment. Thanks to him, we were able to see an unexpected number of animals (two leopards, more than 40 lions, cheetahs, crocodiles, rhinos, hippos, flamingos, giraffes, and elephants—I'm forgetting some because there were so many). If you are looking for a high-quality, immersive, and above all memorable and unforgettable trip, I strongly recommend Ozon, and lucky are those who get Elijah, who made our experience unique thanks to his knowledge and his desire to give his all to help us discover the wonders of Tanzania. From Serengeti Skies to Maasai Stories, An Unforgettable Safari
Our 5-day flying safari with Oldbeast Vacations turned into something far deeper than we expected. It wasn’t just a trip, it felt like a journey that slowly unfolded and stayed with us.
From the moment we boarded the small plane and watched Tanzania open up beneath us, everything felt different. Mwanne handled the organization so smoothly that we never felt stressed or uncertain. Landing straight into the Serengeti was unforgettable. One minute you’re above the clouds, the next you’re surrounded by endless plains and wildlife moving freely. It felt like stepping into another world.
This was a private safari, and that made the experience intimate and unhurried. Our guide, Tembo, was exceptional. Calm, thoughtful, and deeply connected to the land, he guided us with a quiet confidence that made us feel safe and relaxed. He never rushed us, never forced moments. Some of the most powerful experiences came from silence, just sitting and watching life unfold in front of us.
The Serengeti gave us time. Time to watch big groups of animals moving together, time to wait near rivers, time to simply observe. Then came Ngorongoro Crater, which felt completely unreal. Descending early in the morning, surrounded by mist and light, and then seeing so much wildlife concentrated in one place was overwhelming in the best possible way. It felt like nature was putting on a quiet but powerful show.
Tarangire brought yet another feeling. The ancient baobab trees, the large elephant herds, and the slower rhythm of the park made us feel grounded. Every place had its own personality, and Tembo helped us understand and feel each one.
One of the most touching moments was visiting the Maasai. Sitting with them, listening to their stories, learning about their traditions and way of life, it felt genuine and respectful, not rushed or staged. It added a human connection to everything we had seen in nature.
We also visited a tanzanite shop, which was a beautiful way to understand more about Tanzania beyond wildlife. Learning how the stone is found and polished, and the meaning it holds, made it feel special rather than just shopping.
The accommodations throughout the trip were comfortable, peaceful, and well chosen. Evenings were calm, filled with good food, soft light, and quiet conversations about the day. Falling asleep to the sounds of nature and waking up to fresh air felt deeply grounding.
This safari wasn’t about ticking boxes. It was about feeling present. Oldbeast Vacations, Mwanne, and Tembo created something thoughtful and personal. We didn’t just visit places like the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, or Tarangire. We felt connected to them.
It’s an experience we will carry with us for a long time, and one we’re truly grateful for.

Excellent guide, always on time, perfect communications, very helpful
Together with a friend of mine I wanted to visit the Black Lion 2026 airshow in Debre Zeit. Kenaw picked us up at the airport of Addis Ababa, then drove to the place where we had to buy the tickets for the airshow (he helped us with the payment because it had to go through local cards), and then drove us to the airbase for the airshow. After the airshow was over, he picked us up again and dropped us off at the Addis airport. We were a bit anxious about this trip, which was only planned two days in advance, but thanks to Kenaw everything went very smoothly. It was easy to communicate with him, he was always on time, and made sure we had a relaxed and safe short stay in Addis. He is also a great person to just chat with about Ethiopia. I will definitely contact him again for me next visit to Ethiopia!

Our driver, Ben was amazing, he was always ontime, he drove us safely and took very good care of us.
He went above and beyond to help us see all the animals, gave us recommendations for local places to get the best quality and prices.
