Amazing experience!! We had the best time at Safari with Lucas. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Over the 4 day Safari Lucas made sure we see all big 5. His knowledge of animals and birds is splendid. Also very very fun guy to spend 4 days with + he managed the most amazing lunches and stays.

Guide (Alex) & Safaris were excellent, our vehicle was not so great, but did the job.
Our guide, Alex, was punctual, well mannered and good company over the 6 days we spent together.
Alex always did his best to ensure we saw as much wildlife as possible, he was also very alert to an angry bull elephant that charged as he reversed our vehicle to safe point very quickly.
Accommodation, food and drinks were all very good...but be prepared for bars closing early.

Smooth organization and great overall experience
Our 3-day trip (two days of safari and one day exploring the Kilimanjaro region) was perfectly organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. Transfers were always punctual, and even during long drives the guides kept us engaged with insights and useful information.
Our Kilimanjaro guide, Geoffrey, was knowledgeable, flexible, and happy to adapt the experience to our requests.
The lodges met our expectations.
Prisca was always available and efficient - she kept in touch with us by message during the trip, making sure everything ran smoothly and promptly handling any needs - making the whole planning process easy and stress-free.

Fantastic safari guide and driver
We had a fantastic 6 day safari, 3 adults and 4 kids. Papa John was a great driver and safari tour guide. He came on time always, was good at finding animals. We had nice gamedtives. All in all - the perfect trip. One drawback was the our last resort was changed the day before departure.

Exceeded our expectations
We really enjoyed the safari in the Masai Mara. Our guide, Yasin, explained everything about the animals really well and also showed a lot of respect for nature, which is exactly what you hope for on a safari. The game drive was amazing—we saw all the animals we wanted to see, and we were even lucky enough to witness a cheetah hunting! After four safaris, we finally got it. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to come back for the Great Migration.

An Unforgettable Safari Adventure in Kenya
I had a truly memorable and enjoyable safari experience in Kenya. Our guide was always punctual, professional, and very responsible, which made the whole journey smooth and stress-free.
The accommodation was also impressive. The hotel in Nakuru offered delicious meals, and the beautiful scenery at Mountain View Camp in Amboseli was absolutely stunning.
Overall, it was a wonderful and great-value travel experience that I would highly recommend.

Excellent service, from first contact to drop-off
We had the opportunity to go for a 2 day safari with Mountain Warriors. The safari started with pick-up at hotel in Zanzibar, then traveling by air to Arusha, pick-up at Arusha getting straight out to Tarangire with our excellent guide Victor. He walked us through animal behavior, local culture, and why things worked the way it did. After the amazing safari in Tarangire, we stayed at an amazing lodge, where we could have a swim, evening entertainment, good food, and all with amazing views.
The day after, Victor had once again arranged everything for us to start our next safari early, at Ngorogoro. He continuously showed us the good spots and navigated us to some amazing interactions with our requested preferences.
After the two day safari, we drove back to the airport and back out to Zanzibar for some final days of relaxation.
All and all, amazing service and guidance through the whole experience. Including som excellent support from Rosemary who managed to book this package and administrate it all.

Outstanding support prior and during our trip
Viatu and especially Mardi have been amazing in putting together this trip, accomodating all our special requests and all of that very last minute. The lodges were stunning, and the staff super friendly. We loved every minute.

Second time, and they delivered again — flawlessly
We used Secret Namibia for the second time to plan our Christmas and New Year family holiday, and once again Chrizell and the team delivered beyond expectations.
Planning this trip was no small feat. We were a group of three adults and three children aged 2, 4 and 10, which made finding suitable accommodation genuinely challenging — many lodges in Namibia don't accept very young children. Chrizell navigated all of this seamlessly, curating a wonderful self-drive itinerary that took us through Doro Nawas, Etosha (staying at Oberland Lodge) and Waterberg. Every property was a perfect fit for our diverse group, balancing the needs of toddlers with those of adults who wanted an active, immersive Namibian experience.
The communication throughout the planning process was excellent — responsive, thoughtful and proactive. Chrizell took the time to really understand what we were looking for and made sure every detail was considered. On the ground, everything ran without a single hiccup, which is a real testament to how well the trip was organised.
The value for money was outstanding, and most importantly, the holiday delivered exactly what was promised: an unforgettable, active family adventure in one of the world's most spectacular countries.
The fact that we returned to Secret Namibia for a second time says everything. We will without doubt be back for a third.
