Excellent. Every detail of the trip was very well organised and tailored to our needs.
We did the 6 day safari trip with Sarubu in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ndutu and Ngorongoro. Our experience with the guide was 10/10 as he was very organised, straightforward, with eager to find and show us all the animals, very knowledgeable and overall very fun to be around and spend the days with him. All the hotels and lodges were exceptional and meals were very good. Would highly recommend Serengeti African Tours as it is a game changer to do the safari experience with guides that are so good and make it unforgetable. During the course of the week we saw all the animals multiple times, saw some hunting and enjoyed some adventurous and some calmer days. Every other detail of the trip including logistics, transfers, drinks in the car etc. was organised perfectly and we did not have to bother at all about literally anything during these days. All the 4 of us left with our hearts full and with great anticipation to go back to Africa soon.

Most amazing week in Kenya
Everything went perfectly smooth during our Safari trip. Our guide Peter is experienced and kind. He can remember all the roads in the national park and has never lost. The driving skills are also very good. I can feel that he takes good care of us and will not let the car be too upside down. If you have any questions or needs, you can communicate with him, and he will be enthusiastic to answer and arrange for us. In a week of getting along, we can feel his enthusiasm and professionalism, as well as the sincerity of Africa Celebrity. The communication with Carl before the trip was smooth, and the needs were met.

First Safari Experience
The online booking, communication during the booking process, before the safari and the whole experience - it was fast, professional and transparent. Our driver/guide was very eager to make sure that we get the best experience and don’t miss anything in this wide and beautiful national park. We’ve stayed in Jambo Camp. The accommodation was spacious, clean, the camp had everything that you need and the buffet was diverse and the food tasted good.
Patient & Excellent
Great Experience with Communication Service. Will definitely recommend family and friends to come and enjoy this experience .

Amazing tour!
Excellent vehicle for the safari and the guides were great from the pick-up at our hotel, and throughout the entire trip to Amboseli National Park.
Professional and courteous driver who was also timely.
We had a great experience with our driver, Oscar’s it is not an easy drive from Joburg to Babohi at Qwabi Reserve. He is an amazing driver that got us there safely. As a travel advisor, I pride myself with orienting myself with great suppliers and SafariLink will be my go-to in Joburg.

Unforgettable 6‑Day Safari Experience
We had an amazing 6‑day couple’s safari with Sublime Travel Safari Kenya, exploring Tsavo West, Amboseli, Taita Hills, and Tsavo East. Paul, our driver‑guide, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, making every moment feel safe and special. His ability to spot wildlife and share insights added so much value to the journey. The lodges selected by the agency were comfortable, well‑located, and offered beautiful views that made each stop memorable. Everything was well‑organized from start to finish (many thanks Michael) allowing us to fully enjoy the experience. A great choice for anyone planning a safari in Kenya and looking for professionalism with a personal touch

Reliable, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about creating unforgettable safari memories.
We had an absolutely unforgettable experience in Masai Mara, and a big reason for that was our guide, Khalifa from Axis Africa Safaris.
Khalifa is incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife, animal behavior, and the entire ecosystem of Masai Mara. His vision and spotting skills are truly exceptional — he could identify animals from remarkable distances, even when they were perfectly camouflaged! Thanks to him, we witnessed some breathtaking sightings that we would have otherwise missed.
He was patient, professional, and always ensured we had the best viewing angles while prioritizing safety. He also made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable for our family, especially our little one.
If you’re planning a safari, we highly recommend requesting Khalifa. He truly made our Masai Mara trip memorable and special!

a guide who was inattentive, dishonest, and only cared about money
Although our guide John might not be the absolute worst, I still want to write about some of the unpleasant experiences during our trip, both for your reference and in the hope that it will catch the attention of the tour operator's management.
1. Suspected Ticket Fraud:
· Our scheduled 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM safari on Day 1 was reduced to 30 mins.He took us to two overpriced souvenir shops. At the first, he disappeared; at the second, he pressured us to buy, saying it "helps the locals."
· Arrived late at the park gate ~5 PM, but he kept us waiting at the gate, claiming the "ticket system was down." We entered near 6 PM.
· We later learned that entry after 6 PM is free for guests staying inside the park. Our $100/person fee (included in the package) was likely pocketed. He refused to provide a receipt.
2. Poor Game-Spotting Skills:
· Spent more hours on common animals (giraffes, zebras) while other groups saw leopards and cheetah kills.
· Claimed he "discovered" a pride of 4 lions and bragged to every guide, then demanded $10/person tip for it. We gave $5, and he sulked afterwards.
· When we asked him to find the scene that the other group has already seen, he was very serious and told us not to give pressure on him.
3. Safety & Scary Incident (Nakuru transfer):
· Stopped on a roadside for a boxed lunch; a nail punctured the tire, according to his words, when parking aside, the nail punctured(I was doubtful). During fixing the tire, a mentally unstable local opened our car door, shouting aggressively. It was terrifying. John just told us to hold our valuables on the car. We are confused and scared and not dare to get off the car, though they are fixing the car.
4. Rushing & Dishonesty (Crescent Island):
· Gave us only 1 hour at Crescent Island, rushing us back for his own schedule (wanted to "wash the car" and meet friends).
· Later asked for Day 1's tip again, hoping we forgot. We paid for safety.
5. Tardiness & Lies (Amboseli transfer):
· Arrived 3 hours late, lying about "car repairs." Hotel staff helped us to urge him.
· "Compensated" us with a cheap fast-food meal, claiming it cost him $70. We checked the menu – it was about $15. At first, he said he will compensate 3 hours late, but finally he said he catched up with the safari 3:30pm, actually it was 3:40pm and haven't reach the Amboseli gate. Not a word was mentioned about the loss of out hotel rest and leisure time.
6. Final Day Greed:
· Rushed us through the market/supermarket (total 2 hrs).
· Demanded $20 for highway tolls (far exceeding actual cost). We paid the actual receipts.
· Dropped us far from the terminal.
I hope this feedback will make them reflect on the essence of doing business—it should be built on integrity, not on deceiving customers for short-term gains. As for the guide's misconduct(other frustrating details I won't mention more), much of it was obvious to us at the time; we simply chose not to confront him for the sake of our safety and a smooth trip.
