Amazing experience
5/5

Emmah from Tourgy Tourz was amazing with organising our tour. She was highly responsive whenever I had any questions. Even though the weather was not on our side, we still had the holiday of a lifetime.

Knowledgeable, Professional and Friendly
5/5

Eric picked us up from our hotel. From the moment we met him he was very friendly and his truck was nice and very clean. On our drive he spoke with pride about his country and the history which was wonderful to hear about. He recommended nice places to stop along the road for nice photo ops. He accompanied us on our gorilla trek and told us what to expect and helped us navigate our morning. We had a packed lunch prepared for us for the trek. It was nice because he knew so many of the guides and porters which made us feel safe. He also took us to the Genocide Museum which was very humbling and it was nice to have someone who was so knowledgable about that time in history. He also took us to Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla, which was fun to see as well. We spent about 3 days with Eric and he was always onetime, friendly and very professional. On our drive back to our hotel he stopped at a cute coffee shop for us to refuel and also took us places to buy souvenirs to take home. I always tell people when we speak of Africa, you go for the animals but fall in love with the people. Thank you Eric for making our trip memorable and magical.

JM Jungle safaris gave us an incredible once in a lifetime experience
5/5

This tour was beyond our expectations we had an incredible experience. JM JUNGLE SAFARI tours brings a warm energy, they were always super accomodating, friendly and fun. Everyday was busy and filled with different activities from game drives- to cultural experiences. We loved every part! Especially the Gorillas and a herd of elephants going past the safari car (unexpected and rare experience, it’s a core memory!). Being able to befriend our tour guides made the tour super enjoyable! Derrick and Panwel were great and very knowledgeable about the parks and animals.

easy to communicate with, reliable, fair price
5/5

We had such an amazing time on safari—everything went just as we hoped, and honestly, even better than we expected. Big thanks to Lari and Carl for being super easy to communicate with when we were booking, and always quick to reply to any questions we had.

Upon arrival, Muli also arranged for a staff member to pick us up at the airport and drove us to the hotel smoothly.

What we want to praise most is our guide-Charles .)he was awesome, super professional and knew everything about the animals. We could ask him anything and he’d always have an answer. Plus he had such sharp eyes for spotting wildlife! He didn’t talk much, but he always remembered everything we asked for, which made him easy to trust. And he was super tidy, our car was always spotless every single day!

We were very lucky to find Ariphine Tour.
5/5

I'm from Russia and was looking for a company that offered affordable, no-prepayment safaris in Kenya. A three-day safari was perfect for our limited time in Kenya. I contacted the guys, and they responded quickly, showing me the tour itinerary. A driver picked us up from our apartment at the agreed-upon time, which was a nice touch. We then paid for the services and boarded a jeep with driver Anton. Then we stopped at a tent camp, where we were fed wonderfully, and the next day, at 6:30 a.m., the most unforgettable part of the trip, the safari, began. We saw all the animals several times. The organization was excellent, and the team was responsive. On the third day, we were driven back home. I wholeheartedly recommend Ariphine Tour!

Excellent Safari Company
5/5

My wife and I have now used MBITI Safaris twice. Both times their recommendations and service were excellent! Carol did an excellent job of arranging everything for us.
Henry was terrific! He came to our hotel the night before and explained everything. He not only drove us to Wilson airport but picked us up on return and spent the day with us guiding us around Nairobi. I wouldn't hesitate to use MBITI again. They are terrific.

10/10 for Imara Africa
5/5

I had an opportunity to visit Africa for the first time on a trip organized by Imara Africa. The 6-day trip was centered in Kenya and included wildlife reserves in Nairobi, Amboseli, Lake Naivasha and Maasai Mara. Each location had unique experiences and the details were expertly curated through Imara Africa.

We met the team, including our guide Simon, as soon as we exited customs in Nairobi, Kenya. They met us with lovely welcome gifts and explained our itinerary, answering all questions. What I did not understand initially was that Simon was to remain with us every step of the way. He was our driver, translator, facilitator, bodyguard, wildlife expert, concierge and companion. We could not have asked for a better guide helping us to maximize our experience.

You will not travel wild Africa like we did without complications, diversions and the unexpected. Simon met each challenge with patience and good humor. It was a genuine pleasure to talk with him and see him at work. He knew where to go, how to get there and seemed to know everyone in Kenya!

The lodgings were top notch, with world class service and excellent food. Lodgings and almost all food were included in the package. The team even upgraded us at one point to help celebrate an anniversary in our group.

En route to Maasai Mara we traveled deep off-road and spent several hours with the nomadic Maasai people, walking their territory with them and visiting their village. We were partnered with a pair of Maasai men who demonstrated their way of life and answered all our questions. This was not a tourist simulation, but a very moving window into the lives of real people living as they have for centuries. The hours we spent with the Maasai were humbling and remarkable.

I did not expect to be moved as I was by the vast grasslands. You may know that the Grand Canyon is a big hole in the ground but it still steals your breath when you stand at its edge. The Maasai Mara savannah is like that. Looking for miles in all directions, witnessing teeming herds of wild creatures, watching the cloud shadows race across the grass. It is a spiritual event.

The safaris were the highlight of the trip. We traveled in the same heavy duty four-wheel-drive Land Cruiser each day, modified for the rough terrain of the savannah and safe animal observation. The large windows, pop-up top, individual charging stations at each seat and additional cushions made long hours in the vehicle comfortable and ideal for close but safe viewing of the animals.

The animal encounters were intimate and almost too numerous to count. We saw dozens of lions, hippo, elephants, monkeys, buffalo, giraffe, zebra, antelope, gazelle, and exotic birds. We even saw elusive animals like hyenas, warthogs and white rhino. We visiting conservation centers dedication to rehabilitating orphaned animals (12 baby elephants simultaneously fed from 12 enormous baby bottles). The headliner for me was the 30+ minute encounter with a regal mother cheetah and her three fuzzy cubs.

In short, I cannot imagine visiting the wonders of Africa with any other group. I will return with family and friends so I can share this once-in-a-lifetime experience with them. Imara Africa gets a 10/10.
