An Unforgettable Safari Experience in Akagera!

From the very beginning, Denis was professional, reliable, and always on time. He is an exceptionally safe and skilled driver, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the breathtaking landscapes.
Denis went above and beyond to ensure we saw as much wildlife as possible. He has a keen eye for spotting animals and shared so much knowledge with us throughout the journey. What we appreciated most was how he tailored the experience to our individual wishes—nothing was too much trouble for him.
The lodge he arranged for our overnight stay was also superb—comfortable, beautiful, and the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Amazing 10-day solo tour :)
I did a 10-day tour with I Travel 2 Madagascar and loved every bit of it! Being a student my budget was fixed, but they made sure everything (even flight!) was included and there were no surprises.
The travel by car was very comfortable and went smoothly (as far as the streets of Madagascar allow it :D ) I had a great experience, everything was planned out perfectly while still allowing some flexibility and this was very comfortable.
Because it was low season I had to travel alone, but they made sure I always felt safe and never lonely! Everyone was very respectful, but also fun and we had great times together.
I could tell Zo has lots of experience as a tour guide and he explained lots of interesting flora & fauna, but also culture and life in general in Madagascar. He made sure I didn't miss anything! The local guides were also very nice and informative.
All of the hotels were clean and comfortable, some more luxurious than others but all great and they had everything I needed!
Overall Lova and Zo made me feel very welcomed, well taken care of and I could not have imagined a better trip. They are amazing and honest people and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were very professional and accommodating.
Shian tours were very responsive yo our needs. We arranged from US and in spite of time difference, Jackie was always available to discuss and answer our questions. The tour guide, Peter, was amazing and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. We had one issue with regard to the tour itinerary but this was resolved right away.

Amazing
The trip was really good. Communication was great, I got answers to all my questions within few minutes and the tour was exactly to the quote.
Our guide Dominic was perfect, very nice and he explained so much to all animals and the area. He is also a very good driver, the was a lot of flooded paths and mudd but it was no problem for him

Used Habitat Adventures Service to go on a two week long Safari Trip throughout many parts of Tanzania. The company and our guide Shaukat were very reliable. They custom tailored our trip to what we wanted to do. Shaukut is very experienced and knows where to find the animals, and does the hard work to do so. He is very familiar with all things safari, and we were very well taken care of. They planned our trip, and it went very smoothly. We stayed in great accommodations and saw incredible animal sightings.

Unreal Experience!!
We traveled to Tanzania with Serengeti Smiles for our honeymoon, and it was a breathtaking experience from start to finish. We booked a 7 day safari with Baraka, and his service was impeccable. He allowed us to tailor the plan to our budget and adjusted the accommodations to match the exact experience we wanted to have, like sleeping camps in the middle of the Serengeti. Baraka built a plan that was perfectly efficient for both distance and sightseeing, plus was very communicative and helpful with all our questions prior our trip.
While the scenery, the accomodation, the game drive car and of course the animals were stunning, the absolute highlight of our trip was our driver, Simon. He truly made our experience! Serengeti Smiles is lucky to have him and we were lucky to be match with him. He's not just an average driver, you can tell he is a true professional guide. His knowledge of EVERY animal, even the smallest bird, is unbelievable. He taught us so much while maintaining an incredible attitude, always striving to get the best information or seeking out wildlife himself. His "eagle eyes" are unbelievable!! He spotted animals we never would have seen on our own, and his passion for nature, is contagious. Simon was also incredibly patient, funny, and shared the Tanzanian culture in such a way that we already want to come back. He is truly a credit to his profession. We hope when people in the future book their experience, that they have a driver like Simon! Better than I could have imagined
I solicited itineraries from several other companies and found that only Simbaland Magic could take me to all of the locations I wanted to see, within my budget. Uganda: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale National Park and both the standard Gorilla Trek and Gorilla Habituation Experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Rwanda: Golden Monkey trekking in Volcanoes National Park, climbing Mount Bisoke, and safari in Akagera National Park.
From our very first web inquiry, we were impressed. Edison replied promptly and followed up with clear, well-planned itineraries. Communication was smooth from the start, which gave us confidence moving forward.
The wildlife experiences were extraordinary and consistently exceeded expectations. We tracked chimpanzees, saw golden monkeys, and encountered mountain gorillas three separate times — on the standard trek, during the habituation experience, and unexpectedly on our Mount Bisoke descent.
Climbing Mount Bisoke was physically demanding and deeply rewarding. On our way down, a group of 15 wild gorillas — including six silverbacks — crossed directly in front of us. It was unscripted, powerful, and easily one of the most remarkable wildlife moments we’ve ever experienced.
The parks in both countries are exceptionally well managed. The level of organization and dedication to conservation is evident everywhere. Uganda and Rwanda take preservation seriously, and it shows.
The people we met were warm, welcoming, and proud of their countries.
Our accommodations were comfortable and well selected, and the food was consistently good.
Our driver-guide, Mukasa, was outstanding — skilled on challenging roads, punctual, engaging, and steady in every situation. We had a strong, reliable vehicle that handled rough terrain with ease. Both Edison’s and Mukasa’s English are very good, which made communication easy and added to the overall comfort of the experience.
If I had to describe the tour operator in one word: Reliable.
