Great safari experience
Nkollo was a very easy company to work with. They were responsive, easy to communicate with, flexible with the itinerary, and reliable. Emmanuel was our guide and he was absolutely great. Our 10-day trip to Kenya and Tanzania was absolutely unforgettable! A huge part of this amazing experience was thanks to Michuki, our agent, who was attentive from the moment my sister and I booked until we returned home. He solved every minor issue immediately. Also, our guide in the Maasai Mara, Newton, was outstanding! His knowledge and expertise made our safari even more special. I came to Kenya with the intention of discovering it slowly and differently from what mass tourism usually offers.
Brigit (the owner) didn’t just listen to my needs… she warmly welcomed me into a country full of beautiful discoveries. She was proactive in organizing a day filled with activities perfectly aligned with what I was looking for.
I had the chance to observe the earth’s fissures in the middle of nature, visit an organic tea farm with a breathtaking sensory garden, explore a traditional market with purely local products, and enjoy lunch at a restaurant serving local specialties adapted for vegetarians.
All of this while she shared her deep knowledge of Kenyan culture and traditions with me. I even learned a bit of Swahili 😊

Our 4-day safari through Serengeti and Ngorongoro was nothing short of extraordinary. Every day brought new highlights, from stunning landscapes to unforgettable wildlife encounters, all perfectly arranged so we could simply enjoy the experience to the fullest.
We were incredibly lucky to have Fadhili as our driver and guide. His expertise, dedication, and ability to find animals made a huge difference to our trip. He has an impressive knowledge of the parks and wildlife, and he shared it in such an engaging and genuine way that made every moment even more special.
One of the highlights of our journey was the thoughtful celebration Fadhili organized for my 40th birthday. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that added a personal and unforgettable touch to our safari. It’s clear that he truly cares about creating meaningful experiences for his guests.

Flexible, friendly, and all the animals you could wish for.
Communication was excellent and the Axis were very flexible (I was communicating with Peter via WhatsApp) - I wanted to change the number of days of the safari (from four to three) at the last minute (the day before! on a Sunday!), and and they were kind enough to accept it, and charge only the cost for the three days. I really appreciated it.
We went with Kalifa who was an excellent guide, somewhat brusque, friendly, and answered all our questions - and most importantly, knew where to find all the animals! Of course it's always a bit of luck with seeing animals, especially rhinos and leopards, but it was a shock how easy it was overall with Kalifa! I'd especially recommend him for photographers, as he was very diligent about getting all the angles you wanted, and checked in to make sure it was working for us.
Overall, a great experience, everything I hoped for from a safari.

Unforgettable 4-day safari experience!
We had an unforgettable time with Serengeti Smile. Our tour guide Simon was amazing! He always gave us enough time and space to see the animals and make the experience worth it! He is also very friendly and funny :) Our hotels were very nice and clean! Overall i highly recommend Serengeti Smile.

Tour was well planned. Detail was given and we felt relaxed.
On arrival at Kasane Airport our driver welcomed us and took us to the Elephant Valley lodge where we were welcomed by the friendly and well-trained local staff.
The accommodation in a bedroom tent with own bathroom was a first for us but nevertheless quite acceptable and comfortable.
The bird guide/driver allocated to us was very well informed and helpful and took great care to keep us happy. We were happy with the number of birds we saw.
The outside lounge and dining area of the lodge under huge trees add greatly to the special atmosphere as birds and wildlife can be seen at the waterhole.
Evening meals by lantern and a boma fire add to a great experience.
Meals were well prepared and very tasty. Once again well- trained and friendly staff are a pleasure.
Breakfast and lunch were great as well.
We can recommend our travel operator for organizing this special vacation for us as she understood what we were hoping for.

Great communication
We had a great time. It was our first time in Africa and believe me when I say that it won’t be our last. We had a great experience watching the animals in their natural habitat. It can’t get better than that. Don’t just watch discovery channel and go see them yourself.
