A well-organized safari with an outstanding driver
We had a very positive experience with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris. Everything was well organized and reliable, and communication was easy throughout the trip.
A special thank you to our driver, Morgan, who was fantastic: always helpful, kind and an excellent driver, even in Nairobi’s busy traffic. He really contributed to making our safari such a memorable experience.
The safari itself was exciting and unforgettable. The accommodations were generally good, although the meals at the last hotel were not quite at the same level as the previous ones.
One reflection, which is not really about the agency itself, concerns safari tourism in general: in some areas there are now many vehicles around the animals, which seem completely accustomed to traffic and noise. Perhaps, in the future, the safari experience could be managed in a way that better preserves the feeling of being in the wild.
Overall, we were very happy with the service and would gladly recommend Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris.

Responsive and easy to work with.
We arranged a 2 day gorilla trekking tour in Rwanda with Hermosa. The Hermosa team were very helpful and responsive to all our questions and worked with us to tailor the experience to us. Our guide Faustin was exceptional! He was so knowledgeable about not only gorillas but also Rwanda and generously shared his knowledge and insights with us. Having Faustin help us navigate the process made it very easy and stress free. Thank you Hermosa team and Faustin for making this and unforgettable trip!

Top Notch Safari Experience.
Our whole trip delivered a wonderful experience for us in Tanzania. The itinerary was well balanced, and relaxing at Suricata Lodge in the evenings made the trip feel extra special and restful. Jeremy was an incredible guide whose sharp eyes helped us spot so many hidden animals in the bush. His warm personality and total professionalism made our game drives feel really special.

Amazing experience in the wild
Our safari with Serengeti Smile was an unforgettable experience. Starting with the organization, thanks to the help of Francisca, who was impeccable. Our guide Champion was fantastic — he led us through the wilderness with enthusiasm and tireless energy, taught us so much about the animals, and of course helped us make some incredible sightings. The price was very fair, and the lodges where we stayed were extremely comfortable.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with our safari guide, Robyn! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and made the whole experience so special. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible safari and helped us see so many incredible animals.
You could tell how passionate Robyn is about what he does, and his knowledge of the wildlife was amazing. We felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout the entire trip.

Twelve truly beautifull days, impeccably organized. Every detail was managed with great precision and care, which allowed us to experience the trip with complete peace of mind. A very friendly, kind, polite, always professional, punctual, helpful guy, and deeply attentive to ensuring we experienced this wonderful country in the best possible way.
