We had an absolutely unforgettable safari experience with Ndutu Green Explorers, and we cannot recommend them highly enough!
Over the course of two incredible days in the Serengeti and one day in the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five — and even more impressively, 12 rhinos! Every single day was packed with unforgettable wildlife encounters and stunning landscapes.
A huge part of what made this trip so special was our fantastic guide, Culvet. His knowledge, sharp eye, and passion for wildlife truly elevated the entire experience. He always knew exactly where to go, shared fascinating insights, and made sure we felt comfortable and engaged throughout the journey.

A very special safari
Tour itinerary: Mercy planned the tour expertly so that we were able to fit Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Diani Beach all into an 8 night trip. The pace was great for us, we saw and did everything that we wanted while not feeling rushed. We had extra down time in the nicest hotels when needed.
Guide: Don is the best! His knowledge on the animals, wildlife and culture was so informative and fun, we learnt so much he really did Kenya, the people and the animals proud! His ability as a guide was clearly excellent as we managed to see all of the big 5 by the second day of our trip. He made the point that who your guide is really shapes your trip and we couldn’t agree more, and truly Don was fantastic. He was flexible in timings and was very accommodating, making great suggestions. We highly recommend Don!
Hotels:
The hotels we stayed at on Safari were all great. We went in march which is low season, so some of the hotels were not busy which meant that the food and the service was excellent (à la carte instead of buffet food, very attentive waiters). The leopard beach resort in Diani was a little run down, but Mercy’s preferred hotel was booked out so this is no reflection on wecam. The sopa lodge in lake Naivasha is a MUST!! Zebras in the compound and we even came across some giraffes on the path on the way back to our room!
Communications: Mercy and Emily were very communicative throughout, quick responses to emails before the trip and WhatsApp messaging while there. When we had left our guide after safari Mercy still messaged to make sure we had checked in and everything was good so could not fault the comms. Additionally it was our birthday during the trip and Mercy planned a surprise and made it so special, showing she really cares about all her clients.
Value for money: We think that the tour was excellent value for money, we paid what we considered mid range and feel we got that in hotels. One thing to note which we hadn’t entirely anticipated was the tipping culture, we had cash ready to tip our guide but we would recommend having small bills to tip hotel staff, we only had larger which made this difficult.
We had a wonderful guide so for what we were able to see, the memories we were able to make and the experience we had was worth every penny.
Finally comments: we want to really thank the team at Wecam for such a wonderful safari, Mercy and Emily for the wonderful planning and Don for being an unforgettable guide. We have already recommended to our parents to use them for a safari trip and we would recommend for you to all do the same!

Excellent services from the day we engaged the tour company they guided us all through especially when and how to make payments could send us videos and pictorials of what was expected and we got our moneys worth ofcourse Uganda being gifted by nature the downpour during the morning of our departure disrupted our brunch … the tour guide made sure that we view the lions feasting on the buffalo it was a life time experience

Safari with John was an incredible experience! Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt safe and well taken care of the whole time.
John is a fantastic guide – very knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. He made sure we saw amazing wildlife and shared lots of interesting information along the way.
Seeing animals like elephants, lions, and giraffes up close was unforgettable. John really knows the best spots and timing.

Our safari with Wild Planet Safari was truly the highlight of our entire honeymoon and an experience we will cherish forever.
From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, reliable, and seamless, which allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and magic of the moment. What made it even more special was our incredible team. Eric, our guide, was outstanding. His passion, knowledge, and eye for spotting wildlife made every single drive exciting and unforgettable. Hope, our cook, completed the experience in the most wonderful way. Every meal was prepared with so much care and was absolutely delicious, something we looked forward to every day.

Based on my experience, this tour operator is completely unreliable. They failed to uphold any trust
I have been scammed by the Journeymarktours Companya few months ago. I communicated with two of their employees, Tess Munyua and Diana Mbele, via the official company email, and it was through this official channel that they provided me with a payment address. Using this official communication, I transferred $2,150 to the provided account. Although they initially confirmed receipt, they later claimed via WhatsApp that no payment was received and no reservation was made. I reported this to the Safari booking platform, and they suspended the account; however, the Kenya police couldn’t trace the fraud because everything was orchestrated internally. By creating a fake email in my name and coordinating it with their official system, they disguised the entire scam as a legitimate internal process. The owner, David Wangari, appears to be careless and uninvolved, as he is ultimately responsible for ensuring the security of client communications. His failure to manage this process led to a devastating financial loss for me, emotional distress, and the cancellation of a carefully planned trip that I had looked forward to for months. Based on this extremely bitter experience, I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this company. If you do consider dealing with them, please be extremely cautious and thoroughly verify every step of the process.
