We had a great time with Meru Slopes. They fully met our expectations. Amani, our guide, was very attentive, qualified, and helpful. The best guide ever. An Unforgettable Safari Thanks to Michael
Our safari was absolutely perfect, and Michael made the experience truly unforgettable. He is an excellent guide: very professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and also very funny. Throughout the safari, he explained so much about every animal we saw and even used his wildlife book to show us more information and help us understand the animals better.
You can really see that Michael loves his job and knows the wildlife extremely well. He always took the time to answer our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. We honestly wished the safari could have lasted longer, especially because we enjoyed spending time with him so much.
Thank you, Michael, for making our safari such a special memory. We would 100% recommend him and Kihindo Tours and Safaris to anyone looking for an amazing safari experience!

Amazing 3-day getaway and wonderful hospitality
Fantastic 3 day safari with Suricata Safaris. Jeremy took great care of us, guiding us through the best park routes and pointing out amazing wildlife sightings we would have totally missed. We also really enjoyed our stay at Suricata Boma Lodge; the atmosphere was quiet, rooms were very clean, and the meals were excellent. Highly organized trip from start to finish!

Amazing safari experience
We had an amazing safari experience, and a huge part of that was our guide, Peter. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and funny, and by the end of the trip it felt much more like traveling with a friend than being on a guided tour.
We saw an unbelievable amount of wildlife, including five leopards(!), and Peter was always receptive to what we were interested in seeing and experiencing. He provided great insight into the animals and the parks without ever making it feel like a lecture, and as someone who was particularly interested in photography, I really appreciated how good he was at positioning the vehicle to give us the best possible opportunities for photos.
Peter also took care of absolutely everything throughout the day. The vehicle was always stocked with everything we needed, and somehow, despite days of dusty safari roads, he kept it spotlessly clean inside and out.
It was an unforgettable experience—lots of animals, lots of laughs, and some incredible memories and photographs. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a better safari.

Unforgettable experience
If you’re thinking about going on safari in Uganda, our recommendation is clear: Abantubo Safaris.
We had an amazing few days, perfectly organised and full of unforgettable moments. The lodges were excellent, especially the one in Queen Elizabeth, we felt completely safe throughout the trip, and the food was good.
But what really made the difference was our driver, Adams. He was not only an excellent driver, but also became a very important part of our trip. He explained everything we were seeing, was always attentive to us, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable with his great sense of humour. He treated us incredibly well from beginning to end.
The gorilla experience was absolutely incredible, probably the best experience we have ever had while travelling. It is something we will remember for the rest of our lives.
And a special mention to Adams because, at the end of our trip, he did everything he could to make sure we got to the airport on time. He stayed concerned and attentive until the very last minute, and we will always be grateful to him for that.

We 100% recommend Abantubo Safaris. We had an incredible few days and, without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had.
Our driver, Addams, was simply amazing. From the very beginning, he treated us incredibly well, was always looking out for us, and explained every detail throughout the trip. He also has a great sense of humor, so there were plenty of laughs every day 😂. He made the trip even more special.
The hotels were great, especially the one in Queen Elizabeth, and we felt completely safe at all times. The food was good and, overall, everything was very well organized.
But if there’s two things we have to highlight, without a doubt, it’s the gorillas and our diver / angel Adams. Both were the best experience of our trip and something we will remember forever.
Special mention to Adams because, at the end of the trip, he did everything he could to make sure we reached the airport on time. He stayed on top of everything until the very last moment, and we will always be grateful to him for that.
