Flexible and caring
Our experience with Firefich has been absolutely amazing. From the very beginning, Michelle helped us organise our trip with great care and flexibility, always adapting the plans to our needs and what we were looking for.
Once we arrived in the country, the support continued to be exceptional. They helped us with everything we needed, from checking our rental car to make sure it had everything necessary for the trip, to helping us find a camera repair shop when we had an issue with our camera.
It was incredibly reassuring to know that we had someone we could rely on and who was always willing to help, even once we were already travelling.
A 10/10 for Firefich, and especially for Michelle. Highly recommended! We would definitely choose them again for our next trip.

Amazing
My guides, Adam and Gilbert, have been great company. With them, we were able to enjoy the most impressive experiences I have ever had. They are very knowledgeable about so many things and taught us really interesting facts. Without a doubt, it has been an unforgettable experience and unequivocally the best trip of my life. Their company and the great atmosphere in the car made me feel so comfortable. I loved this experience, and I wish more people could experience it at some point, because everything you see and experience is truly beyond words. Thank you so much for everything!

The tour operator is Accommodating and supportive
Great tour company, they made my Kilimanjaro climb a great experience. I had to push my dates back a couple times and they were flexible and understanding about it every time. On the mountain, the guides and porters took great care of everyone in the group and are genuinely happy to be there. They were there for me throughout my whole time in Tanzania from the pickup to the airport to the drop off. I recommend them if you’re planning to climb Kilimanjaro or visit Tanzania and do other excursions.

Fantastic company, great guide knowledge, organisation and flexibility
We did a superb 10 day private safari across tarangire, manyara, north and central Serengeti and Ngororo crater, saying in a range of mid range and premium hotels and tented camps.
Our sales rep was a wonderful, responsive and knowledgeable lady called Happiness! She helped to create a fully tailored itinerary to suit our budget. We were also one of the few groups who had wine and beer included as part of our tour!
Our guide was the best around : Noel Chedy! He was ahead of most other guides in finding the wildlife - seeing the big 5 twice in 24 hours and 2 Mara river crossings in 24 hours! He was always organised, could answer any question we had and was able to do all of this whilst being flexible in the daily itinerary to suit our wishes. Superstar!

We had a great experience with Abantubo Safaris and would definitely recommend them to other travellers visiting Uganda.
From the beginning, they were very flexible and accommodating to our individual wishes. We had several additional requests regarding transportation and changes to our itinerary, and they always tried to find a solution and adapt the trip to our needs. This made the whole experience feel very personal rather than like a standard package tour.
The accommodations were very good, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout the trip. We also really appreciated the communication and the willingness to help whenever something needed to be adjusted.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and had a great time exploring Uganda. Thank you to the whole team for making our trip such a memorable experience! We would happily recommend this company.

Fantastic Experience
I went on a safari with Serengeti African Tours in August 2026, in a group of 5 people, for 7 days. It was a fantastic experience. From the initial booking, they were always attentive, especially Evaness, who always answered my questions. We did a safari through the North and Central Serengeti and were able to see the great wildebeest migration, crossing the Mara River several times. I highly recommend staying more than one day in the North Serengeti to see the migration and experience staying in a temporary camp in the middle of the savanna. The Ngorongoro Crater was another highlight, a must-see on the tour. The safari vehicle had water, soft drinks, beer, and wine available in a cooler. The lodges prepared a daily food kit for us (lunch and snacks), which was great, allowing us to make the most of our safari time. The standout of the company for my group was the guide, Lucca. If you have the option to choose, I recommend him. He was always cheerful, friendly, and had great knowledge about African animals and flora. Going on a guided safari is fantastic, Lucca has a trained eye, he could spot hidden animals and knew the best places to look. In short, a fantastic experience! I highly recommend it!

Knowledgable operator and adaptive
The safari was very enjoyable, we were able to see a lot of the big 5 and also learnt about the ugly 5. We learnt a lot and it was truly memorable experience. Tedwats went above and beyond with the accommodation we stayed in making our anniversary truly special.

A wonderful trip
We had a wonderful trip with Twilight Tours. Annette did a great job in organising our trip and Bonny was an excellent driver and guide. We travelled to Samburu National Park, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara National Park, Lake Navaisha, Amboseli National Park, Tsavo West National Park and Diani Beach. There was quite a lot of driving time but that was unavoidable with such an itinerary and we were happy that we flew back to Nairobi. Bonny was knowledgeable and entertaining. He also knew about the birds (which my husband and I were interested in) and helped us to see and identify them. The accommodations and food were all very good but my favorite was the Mara Crossing Camp with its luxury tents and lovely setting beside the river. I would highly recommend Twilight Tours and would certainly travel with them again.

First time doing a safari and it went super smooth. Jeremy was our driver and guide, very polite guy who answered all our basic questions about animals. Saw elephants up close and lots of giraffes near Lake Manyara. The vehicle was clean and spacious for our group. Thanks Suricata Safaris for taking good care of us!

A very professional and prolific safari with Eze Masaï that we will never forget
We had the chance to spend 4 days with Eze Masaï in both Serengeti and Ngorogoro. Everything was very well arranged in advance, and the plan for these days was very clear. During the safari, Eze showcased a mindblowing knowledge of the terrain, as if he would know where to find animals (beyond what the radio would say of course). We also highly appreciated Eze's professionalism: always on time, and balancing listening to our propositions and suggesting better alternatives if any. Overall excellent value for money, with the Pori Pori lodge as a base. 100% recommended!
