We booked our safari online, carefully reading the reviews, and chose the agency that best aligned with our expectations. The staff was always available to answer our questions and adjust the itinerary according to our wishes. Made a deposit of 30% by SEPA, then another 20% a week before and the remaining 50% at the start of the trip.
We have to give a special thanks to our guide, Aron. What could be better than having a local Maasai as your guide? Despite his young age, he showed an amazing knowledge of the national parks and animal behaviour. We managed to see our favourite animals from very close up, and we truly felt like we were living in a documentary — an absolute dream!
He always gave us our own space and discussed the itinerary with us every day, adapting it to our needs and preferences.

We were on a girl’s trip with Trailmarks expeditions . I loved a number of things : first it is the communication from the operator from the pricing to the well curated itinerary. When I talk about value for money, they are excellent because with them you get wonderful accommodation, great food prepared by an in house chef and smooth transfer with a diligent and careful driver . Bonus point is that you get someone to do the photography for yourself . Everything was screaming excellence and well thought out . I highly recommend them .

Our six-day safari was an absolutely unforgettable experience and exceeded all our expectations. We saw an incredible number of animals, much more than we could ever have imagined, and were lucky enough to see the Big Five!
Our guide was amazing: extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and a very skilled driver. We always felt safe with him. He had an incredible ability to spot animals and knew exactly where to go, getting us to the perfect locations quickly so we could enjoy the experience and take fantastic photos.
Everything was very well organized, from transportation and game drives to the accommodation. The camps and hotels were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and full of atmosphere. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. And the food was a wonderful surprise, everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! We even brought some snacks from Latvia, thinking we might need them, but we never touched them because we were always well-fed and the food was so good.
The whole trip was beyond what we expected. We came home with incredible memories and so many amazing photos. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to our wonderful guide, for making these six days so special. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dreaming of an African safari!

I really enjoyed the safari with Jordan. I recommend to go to Serengeti and Ngorogoro. We saw all the big five and even saw a leopard three times. We also saw lions climbing on trees and some lion babies. Overall the experience was just amazing. The guide could have explained a bit more about the animals. He was rather quiet and we had to ask him to explain something. The times of departure in the morning sometimes didn't match with the itinerary. Besides that everything was perfect and the food was delicious. Asante!

My experience with Quest Lodges and Safaries was excellent, right from being picked up at Lilongwe airport to being dropped off at Blantyre airport 8 days later.
Everything worked well. The accommodation was of a very high standard, and I particularly enjoyed the peace and tranquility of Mumbo Island together with the excitement of seeing so many animals, particularly elephants, in Liwonde National Park, where I stayed at the suberb Chimwala Bush Camp.
The food was great in all the places I stayed.
My driver, Obed, was excellent too. He was always on time, was very friendly, and always helpful whenever it was needed.

Once in a Lifetime Experience
We did a 5-day group camping safari and visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro and the Serengeti. We saw all of the Big Five and were incredibly lucky to spot three leopards, cheetahs and lions with their babies, large elephant families, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, buffaloes, monkeys and many other animals. The scenery was beautiful throughout the trip.
Our guide, Jordan, has a lot of experience, which helped us see so many animals. He always seemed to know where to find them and understood their behaviour well. Although he was knowledgeable, I would have appreciated more explanations without having to ask. Nevertheless, he was always polite and a good driver.
The itinerary was not exactly as planned, and we sometimes left later than scheduled, but overall I was very satisfied with the experience.
The campsites were in beautiful locations, and we even had zebras and a marabou as visitors. The sanitary facilities were adequate, although there was no warm water for showering.
The food was great, and we were served beer or wine every evening.
If you have less time or are travelling on a strict budget, I recommend focusing on Ngorongoro and the Serengeti, where you can see an incredible variety of animals and enjoy beautiful landscapes.
