Magilani Safari, the best choice we could have made
Today, after eight days, our time in Tanzania—and our safari—comes to an end. It is impossible to describe this trip, the people we met, and the sights we saw in just a few words. Certainly, none of this would have been possible without the Magilani Safari team. Everything was handled with meticulous attention to detail—punctuality, helpfulness, safety, and great professionalism. When embarking on a trip like this, having a reliable point of contact to support you every step of the way is essential. A special thank you goes to our incredible guide, Balo, who ensured we had everything we needed, from insights into the wildlife we encountered to information on local traditions. There was no shortage of laughter, either! We also want to thank Filippo, who was incredibly kind during the excursions on our first and last days. The support we received from Italy before we even left was also impeccable; Irene provided us with the right information precisely and—above all—was always available to help, tailoring the trip to our specific needs. Fun, knowledgeable, and safe experience
My family of 5 and I had a wonderful experience booking with Ventaria. Everything was seamless from the moment we WhatApp messaged Dennis. He was willing to work with us and help us find accommodations that we would feel comfortable with while still respecting our budget. It seemed like he responded at all hours of the days because of how quick the response time was, despite the time difference.
They picked us up and we did a 2 day safari at Amboseli and we stayed at Ol Tukai lodge. Our safari driver made us feel safe and we saw a ton of the animals (even rare ones) because he’s built great rapport with the other tour guides. He was on the radio asking if anyone saw any of the more popular animals.
We were able to stop on the way to and from the safari for souvenirs and for food/drinks. It was EXCELLENT customer service that exceeded all expectations.
I also really loved the extra touch of them giving each of us Safari hats. The hats were super cute and made for great family photos.
Overall, I highly recommend booking with this tour group. You won’t regret a dime! They’re flexible, understanding, communicative, and they go above and beyond!

I highly recommend Alex as a tour Operator. He was attentive, reliable, and incredibly patient, always willing to work around my schedule and make the trip my way. He went the extra mile checking accommodations, secured great hotel options with good food and rooms, and was very flexible with timing. He made helpful adjustments, was generous with his time, and helped us see the wildlife we hoped for. Thanks for bearing with me during the planning, changes, he made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

Very good communication with the tour operator. The safari was great, we went with Serengeti african safari and the guide, Asad was wonderful.We got to see the big 5 and many other animals Campsite’s public areas are dirty, showers ran out of hot shower. Sleeping tents are nice and comfortable, you get to hear animals during the night. They provide sleeping bags. The road at the natural parks is very bumpy and is a long way to the Serengeti as well as to the Ngorongoro from Arusha.
