Amazing customer service and Safari experience
We went on safari to Kenya with Beyond the Plains and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we reached out to them they assigned one person -Maurine- to tailor made our safari according to our (ever changing) wishes. Maurine was amazing from start to finish (including post travel check ins to see if we arrived home safe) and no ask was too small for her. It was by far the best customer service I have ever received from a tour operator (and I dealt with some UK’s premium ones in the past).
Our guide/driver was Steve and he was also first rate. Very knowledgable, showed us all the animals there were to see during safari (including the Great Migration at Masai Mara and the elusive leopard) and he is also a great company.
Would definitely recommend Beyond the Plains to anyone looking for a top notch safari operator in Kenya and would love to go on another African safari with them again.

A dream came true 😍
Our safari with Animaux Tanzania was really great. Properly organized. And our guides Rashid and Cosmas were really helpful and kind. They were always on time and really cared about our well-being.
We were lucky and could see 4 of the big 5 😍.
And really the cherry on the cake was the visit at Materuni where we could spend some time with the locals and see the Kilimandjaro which I had hoped to see since little.

Everything was Perfect under every point of view. This Journey will remain in my heart!
Everything was perfect, just as the agency described before departure. The lodges were as magnificent as I expected, and at some you could even stay among the animals roaming freely around the rooms. But the greatest credit goes above all to the guide, Mimi Kelvin, who made this experience unique! A driver who flies across the tracks as if he invented them himself, capable of sniffing out animals even before they appear and ready to turn every request of yours into the perfect unexpected detour. Thanks to him, we saw all the Big Five and were able to capture incredible scenes that I will remember forever!! Thank you

Well-organized, highly reliable provider - absolutely recommended
My girlfriend and I had the best safari experience in Tanzania, thanks to the great organization of Tourfull Expeditions and Nelson. We managed to see in 1 week a wide variety of wildlife and landscapes, including all big five & ugly five, many more animals, as well as several hunting scenes and The Great Migration and Mara River Crossing. The accommodation was also suitable for the experience and we could really immerse ourselves into the savannah environment. The price for the tour was adeguate for a couple and we could really enjoy our private tour also thanks to a very capable guide: Aziz. Kudos to him, who made our time in Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire really worth it, every second. Overall, highly recommended for couples, families and group of friends who seek the time of their lives in a safari, combining relaxing movements and adventures.

Our safari with Elias & Frida was a truly special experience—one we won’t soon forget.
From the very beginning, they were incredibly friendly, warm, and full of good cheer.
They shared so much information about the animals and nature with genuine enthusiasm.
We had a fantastic time together and shared plenty of laughs.
Elias & Frida knew exactly where to find lions, elephants, zebras, and many other animals.
They dedicated plenty of time to us and even took beautiful photos—a wonderful memento of this special day.
Another highlight was the delicious lunch served right out in the savanna, surrounded by nature. The food was truly tasty and made for a lovely break during our safari.

Incredibly knowledgeable and kind as well as organized and perfectly planned
Incredible experience, which would have been impossible without our gracious guide Raphael! He was very flexible with us but also pushed us when we needed because his goal was for us to have the best experience and did not want us to miss out! Bottom line: listen to your guide, they know what time to go and where to go! My friend and I booked this relatively last minute and Titus was amazing and get us booked for great lodges.

Ozon goes above and beyond
Our safari experience with Ozon was fantastic. From walking us through booking to answering our million questions to sorting out a dinner mixup, the communication and attentiveness was impeccable. Our safari guides, Dennis and Augustine were phenomenal. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible, and their knowledge was like an overflowing fountain. Dennis was able to find and identify so many different species of bird and butterflies based on memory alone, and for the birders in our group it made the trip even more spectacular. Our accommodations and meals were great even the tented lodges were better than your average hotel in the states. During our stay in a tented lodge in Serengeti, we even had lion cubs take the seat cushions from our outdoor seats and rip them all up. Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro were all spectacular each with their own unique identities. Lake Manyara may not be for everyone, but we personally enjoyed it. Our hike of Kilamanjaro with Juma and Kila was a great capstone to our trip, and a good option for those looking for alternatives to zanzibar. Overall, the experience with both Ozon and the beauty of Tanzania was magnificent.
