Jambo Bwana was a great option for a quick Tanzania adventure.
5/5

We had a fantastic 3-day safari exploring the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. The Serengeti landscapes were incredible, while Ngorongoro was definitely a highlight. Very enjoyable safari with very professional and helpful Jambo Bwana's team.

Memorable 8 Day safari with family
5/5

From start to finish Best Memory Safaris have provided some of the best service I have ever experienced. Over the years I have undertaken many trips from the USA to South America, Asia and numerous places in between. None of them have offered a better experience than Isaac and Anthony. Perhaps their motto should be, "Sometimes equalled, never beaten."
Isaac's communication was always prompt and his willingness to taylor aspects of the trip to our personal preferences was never an issue. The vehicle he used was comfortable, reliable and well equipped. We even had free on board WiFi for most of the areas which was a real surprise - I don't even get that in London!
Anthony was our driver and he was a real "people person". A great, dry sense of humour and not only a good guide but obviously really passionate about his interest in the animals and their environment. He genuinely wanted to give us the best experience possible - and succeeded.
Read the other reviews - they don't lie! 10/10 for Best Memory Safaris.

Richard is the reason that our trip will be unforgettable.
5/5

We had the best time with our guide Richard. He is very knowledgeable and his passion for his craft are unmatched. He was able to put us in a perfect position for the wildebeest migration. We literally were right in the center of the action. Richard also put us in front of a Cheetah family that had just secured their meal. We even had one of the Cheetahs jump up onto our truck and sit and watch us as we watched him. We never felt in any danger because we had a guide who we trusted and knew the experience would be one you would never forget. Please make sure you request Richard and give him and his team a try on your next safari. You will NOT be disappointed and you will be counting the days until you go back for another. That is what we are doing and we will be using our friend Richard again because it will just add to our amazing memories. Tom B.

Amazing adventure in Uganda and Tanzania
5/5

We have just returned from an absolutely unforgettable holiday in Uganda and Tanzania, and we couldn’t recommend the experience highly enough!

Mega Wild Safari gave us the perfect combination of adventure, wildlife, stunning scenery and unforgettable experiences. Every day brought something new, and we came home with incredible memories, thousands of photos and a real love for Africa.

From the very beginning, the communication and organisation were excellent. Anne was brilliant. She answered all our questions and addressed our concerns before the holiday, and remained available during the trip to help resolve anything that arose. We felt completely confident that we were in good hands throughout.

The itinerary was unbelievable. Every day was filled with wow moments — although it was definitely busy and there wasn’t much time to rest! We were lucky enough to see the Big Five in both Uganda and Tanzania, along with so many other incredible animals.

We started with white-water rafting in Jinja, arranged by Anne. It was exhilarating, and the crew were incredibly professional, with safety always a priority. It was a fantastic experience and definitely a highlight.

The early starts soon became the norm, but watching the sun rise over the African landscape made getting up before dawn completely worthwhile. Some of our most memorable moments happened in those early hours.

Uganda was particularly special. We fell in love with its wildlife and people and felt incredibly privileged to see chimpanzees and gorillas in their natural environments. The gorilla trek was hot and steep, but absolutely worth every step. Hiring porters was one of the best decisions we made — they made the trek easier and it was lovely to be able to support them too. Mega Wild Safari also supports community projects in Uganda, which we were very happy to contribute towards.

Our Ugandan guide, Patrick, deserves a special mention. He was fantastic throughout — knowledgeable, enthusiastic and passionate about Uganda. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience and helped bring everything to life.

Tanzania was equally incredible. The Great Migration was unforgettable, particularly watching the wildebeest cross the river while avoiding the crocodiles. Anne also arranged a hot-air balloon ride over the Serengeti, which was truly magical and gave us an incredible perspective of the landscape and wildlife.

A few practical tips: the roads can be very bumpy, so a good sports bra is definitely worth packing! The roads are dusty, so a face covering and something to clean camera lenses are useful. And yes, the safari uniform really is a thing — greens, olives, browns and beiges! Layers are essential too.

We were well fed throughout the trip and found travelling as vegetarians surprisingly easy. Protein bars and snacks were useful, though. The accommodation was very comfortable, particularly in Uganda, although we rarely had time to enjoy the beautiful pools because there was always another adventure waiting!

Our only issue was that some Tanzanian camps had bathrooms with no door or partition from the bedroom, which wasn’t ideal when travelling with older children. We would recommend checking the room arrangements in advance.

Apart from that, this was an exceptional trip. From cruising past elephants, hippos and crocodiles to watching lions and leopards in the wild, every day felt like an adventure.

A huge thank you to Anne, Patrick and the whole Mega Wild Safari team for an extraordinary experience. We would absolutely do it all again! 🌅🦁🐘🦒🌍

Tanzanian 4 day wildlife safari was an unforgettable experience we will never forget.
5/5

Our 4-day private camping safari was an amazing experience that was wonderfully organized by Kibo Mawenzi. The Serengeti was amazing for wildlife viewing, Ngorongoro offered some of the most beautiful scenery we've ever seen, and Tarangire was a great place to end the safari. Thanks guide's and the maintenance team.

Incredible Vacation Plan With Only 3 Week Notice!
5/5

We had an incredible trip to South Africa. Adelle did an incredible job of setting us up when we only gave her a few weeks notice. We had a different trip booked that got canceled due to river conditions in Europe so we tried a pivot to South Africa and it was a great decision. But it couldn’t have happened without Adelle. It was a short trip, only six nights and she moved us around to three different spots that were all great and distinct. All of the employees at all of the places we stayed and all of the drivers we had taking us to and from were very friendly which made the trip even more enjoyable. We could not be more happy with our choice of Discover Africa (Adelle)!

Very good tour operator!
5/5

The communication with the company was smooth. They were flexible with the changes we requested. Our Okavango adventure went well with a very kind guide Gift who guided the tour professionally. We enjoyed a lot both, the river delta tour and the helicopter flight arranged by the tour operator. It was great!

Great experience
5/5

I had such an amazing experience and truly enjoyed every moment of my trip! Our guide, Joseph, was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible experience.

Yvonne was also wonderful from beginning to end. Both she and our guide were extremely attentive and accommodating, even when we had additional requests along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Kenya.

About: Safari365
A seamless experience!
5/5

From our initial contact with SAFARI365 concierge Charles (December 2025) , through to our final contact with Stephanie, all ran smoothly, Charles listened to our brief, and delivered!! We were 2 couples, initially booked into Simbavati Hilltop lodge, However sometime prior to arriving, we were offered an upgrade to Simbavati River Sands Villa. WOW!!! We had this amazing villa, with incredible staff waiting on us. SAFARI365 organised our flights from Capetown to the area, transfers, and flights out to Joburg. We would highly recommend!!
