I had an amazing experience on my 5-day safari in Tanzania, visiting the incredible Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti National Park. The whole trip was beautiful, well-organized, and exceeded my expectations.
From the very beginning, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. During the booking process, they provided me with a very clear and well-organized itinerary, so I always knew what to expect each day.
One of the highlights was our accommodation. In Ngorongoro, we stayed right on the rim of the crater, with incredible views over the crater. In the Serengeti, we stayed in camps/lodges right in the middle of the reserve, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Being so close to the animals made the experience feel truly authentic and unforgettable.
The safari days were full days, giving us plenty of time to explore and look for wildlife. Our driver was excellent—very professional, kind, and cooperative. He genuinely did his best to help us see as many animals as possible and had great knowledge of the wildlife and the areas we visited.
The lodges also included all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—which made everything very convenient and stress-free. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and I felt very well taken care of throughout the entire trip.

Unforgettable 16-Day Custom Kenyan Safari with Odyssey!
We recently returned from a custom 16-day safari in Kenya organized by Odyssey Safari, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. From start to finish, the logistics were handled with incredible care. Our flights booked through Kenya Airways were seamlessly planned, making long-distance travel completely stress-free. The accommodations throughout the journey were overall exceptionally well-appointed—we had just one minor blip at one property, but it hardly put a damper on what was otherwise a flawless, high-end experience.
What elevated this adventure from a great trip to an extraordinary one, however, was our phenomenal team: our driver/guide, Erastus, and our photographer, John.
Erastus is hands-down the best driver and guide you could ask for on the savanna. His driving skills across tough terrain are top-tier, and his ability to spot wildlife is uncanny—he found us a unbelievable density and variety of animals. What we appreciated most was his balance and intuition: he possesses vast knowledge about the wildlife and local ecosystems, yet he never overwhelmed us with a non-stop talk track. He shared fascinating, insightful details when it mattered most, allowing us to absorb the quiet magic of the bush in between.
Having John as our dedicated photographer was an absolute game-changer. Instead of constantly viewing the breathtaking landscapes and wildlife through a camera lens or worrying about capturing "the shot," John’s expertise allowed us to be fully present in every moment. Knowing we would have professional-quality photos of our safari gave us total peace of mind to just sit back, watch, and take it all in.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing our trip to Kenya with Cinco Safaris was.
From the beginning, Eric understood what this trip meant to us and what we were looking for. He knows Kenya and its wildlife inside out, answered our endless questions and never rushed us, even when we wanted to watch the same animal forever. We saw the Big Five, and he didn’t give up until we finally found the leopard, the only one we were missing.
The itinerary worked perfectly for us. The hotels were exactly right for our budget, in great locations, and each one brought something different to the trip. Everything felt very well organized, but we still had the freedom to enjoy things at our own pace.
I also loved that it went beyond the safari. Spending time with the Maasai was unforgettable, and Eric took the time to show us Nairobi and a bit of everyday life there. He also got us tickets to the elephant orphanage, which was really important to me and not easy to get.
We felt safe and completely relaxed from day one. His perfect Spanish was a huge plus, we laughed a lot, and after ten days together we genuinely didn’t want the trip to end.
Kenya completely blew us away. The amount of wildlife is insane, the landscapes, the people, how different every place felt… A truly breathtaking destination in every way.
My only complaint is that it went by way too fast. I would do it all over again right now.

Great safari with humorous & professional guide Samuel
The overall Safari experience was fantastic! Our guide Samuel is humorous and professional. We spotted the Big Five within five hours, and over these days, we saw dozens of wildlife species. It was an amazing experience.
The price is reasonable and we are satisfied with the tour itself. One suggestion for improvement: communication was slow at the initial stage, mainly due to time difference, language and cultural gaps. We recommend your agency prepare a PDF document summarizing pricing for groups of 2, 3, 4 people as well as shared group tours, detailed daily itineraries and tipping guidelines. This will make information clear to clients and cut down repeated communications greatly.

Great itinerary and knowledgeable driver
The 12 day safari itinerary was well planned to hit all the best locations (maybe could have entered Serengeti from Maasai Mara to avoid backtracking through Nairobi to go to Amboseli).
Our driver Mufasa for the Kenyan side was extremely knowledgeable and has good contacts in the parks to find all the best animals and views. This was my first time in Africa and I saw the big 5 and then some!

A Preserve worth Preserving
My wife and I visited South Africa in late August. We visited Royal Morubishi Preserve and Cape Town. The staff , accommodations, and experince were excellent. Everyone you meet is pleasant and go out of their way to ensure you want for nothing. Issy, our guide, was extremely knowledgable regarding all of the animals and their habits, frequently stopping to explain nuances regarding what we were seeing. The animals were plentiful and the preserve lives up to its name by practicing conservation and responsible animal husbandry. We managed to see the big five but the supporting cast of birds and animals is also amazing. Fellow travellers were pleasant and added to the quality of the experience.

Arusha Day Safari
Excellent one day trip from Arusha. The park is so lush and full of herbivores, I loved the walking safari and the ranger was able to take me very close to the giraffes. The service was excellent and the car was full of water and snacks and the driver, Kelvin, took a lot of care to make sure I saw everything I wanted to.
