Overall, everything was perfect and the experience exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was great, the staff were friendly and professional, and the visit was very enjoyable from start to finish.
The only area that could be improved is the communication before departure. A little more information and clearer updates for customers ahead of time would make the experience even smoother and more reassuring.
A special mention goes to the guide, Félix, who was simply incredible. Passionate, knowledgeable, attentive, and always in a good mood, he made the experience truly memorable. His enthusiasm, explanations, and care for the group added tremendous value to the tour and made the whole day even more enjoyable.
Apart from that small point regarding pre-departure communication, everything was very well organized and I would highly recommend this tour.

We had a fantastic time on our 7 day/6 night adventure in Tanzania. Full Package Adventures was knowledgeable and provided excellent communication (thanks Jonsbert!) from the start of the planning through the end of the trip. We visited Kilimanjaro, and 5 national parks during our vacation; and our guide Max was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and a great driver. He made the trip one of a kind with his quick eye for wildlife and his interaction with our three kids.

James has so much knowledge! Our group had lots of questions ranging from birds to plants to animals and even Swahili. James answered all of our questions with grace and ease! I know that I have learned so much! He was a big highlight of the whole experience! He is an excellent driver when in comes to rough terrain! He always had a smile and was such a kind presence thought the whole trip! So thankful for James!!

Gorilla trekking with eXplore Plus hits the sweet spot.
We were a group of six travelers that booked a trip to Rwanda during May 2026 through eXplore plus. The main purpose of the trip was to do Gorilla trekking in the Volcanoes National Park, but the trip they put together was so much more. The gorillas were undoubtedly the highlight of the trip, but during our week in Rwanda we also got a good overview of the the country as a whole. We visited the Genocide Museum, did the Canopy walkway in Nyungwe National Park, went Chimpanzee hiking, visited the King's Palace with the royal cattle, went on a boat trip on Lake Kivu and so much more. The accommodation exceded our expectations, it was way more luxurious than we ecpected and the food (3 meals a day) was very good as well.
I really think they hit the sweet spot as far as experiencing the country, seeing the highlights and doing so in luxury goes. Compared to other quotes we got for our trip they also hit the sweet spot in terms of cost - considering that it was an all inclusive cost. We only had to pay extra for alcoholic drinks (at the final lodge that was included) and tips for the rangers, guides, porters, etc.
I can highly recommend eXplore Plus. Their service was outstanding and the proof was in the wonderful experience we had.

Asante sana Fredrick and Benaiah! An exceptionally well organised and incredible tour of Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti! Fred is great fun, always enthusiastic and extremely professional at the same time. Asked early on what we particularly wanted from our safari and made sure he tailored the tour to that (for us that meant taking us to see loads of beautiful and majestic giraffes!). Organising from the UK was easy and Benaiah was extremely responsive from first enquiring all the way to tailoring the trip to us and dealing with any small issues along the way! A great experience, Madini is madini (a precious gem!)

Magical experience
As a first time solo traveller, first time to Africa and safari, I have to say that my entire holiday experience was spectacular. The highlight was my safari which I booked through Viva Safari's. From the initial booking experience via email to the actual holiday itself, I have been nothing but impressed with their efficiency and friendly nature. I cannot fault any aspect of my safari, the lodges, the food, the information, communication, comfort, facilities, game drives and different experiences and value for money was clearly outstanding and magical. I never once felt alone and felt part of a big family the entire time. I will definitely be returning and would use and highly recommend Viva to anyone thinking of a safari. A flawless trip that was tailored perfectly to our needs.
We were looking for a last-minute Eid getaway but ended up booking the trip of a lifetime. What began as a four-day journey on a tight budget evolved into eight unforgettable days filled with extraordinary experiences for two families.
As we learned and explored the possibilities, Bob patiently adapted the itinerary, offering thoughtful suggestions and collaborating closely with us until we had created our ideal holiday. Our wish list was ambitious: volcanoes, waterfalls, boat trips, horse riding, golf, and, of course, plenty of wildlife. Every request was considered, and when the trip finally came together, it exceeded our expectations.
The lodges were beautiful, the food fresh and delicious, and the team (Francis and Chris) throughout our journey were fun, kind and very knowledgable. We found it incredibly difficult to leave. Understandably, concerns about health and global uncertainty had been on our minds before traveling, but we were so well looked after that those worries quickly disappeared, allowing us to fully relax and immerse ourselves in culture, breathtaking landscapes and wonderful people.
We have become unofficial ambassadors for Uganda and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Visiting the gorillas in Rwanda with Explore Plus was a dream come true. Not in my wildest imagination did I think we would get so close to them. It was just unbelievably fantastic

Great trip, hotel was good, seen Lion, cheeta, and a lots of elephants. Having traffic jam on the way back, guides choose a detour swiftly and send us back on time.
