unforgettable
5/5

An unforgettable experience without a doubt! I would definitely do it all over again with Jocky Tours. 🦁🐘🦏🐆🐃

Our guide picked us up in Nairobi and took us directly to the camp where we stayed. We did a three-day safari and were lucky enough to see the Big Five! Thanks to our amazing guide, Félix, who was so kind, helpful, and dedicated to helping us find every single one of them.

Thank you so much for making this experience even more special and unforgettable. And a huge thank you to our guide Félix for taking such great care of us and guiding us throughout the safari!

Very good.
5/5

Overall, it was a very good experience. Two guidance drivers for Kenya and Tanzania respectively were all very good and the one for Tanzania, Demas was extraordinary good. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and considerate. He made the part in Tanzania much memorable.
The route and the stops were very well planned through with scenes of wild animals and local cultural activities. With the guides’ local knowledge we were able to see a lot of rare scenes of wild animals migrating, resting, running and even fighting.
They recommendations were also good. They consisted of different styles from urban villas to tents in wilderness. Hospitality was excellent, and the food was good even I experienced an upset stomach during the trip, possibly from something I ate.
As an amateur artist, I have to mention that the exhibition of African art was fantastic. I was amazed by the creativity and artistic talent of the African artists. I believe that this could become an important industry, creating opportunities and contributing greatly to improving local people’s livelihoods.
Apart from all the enjoyable experiences, I was somewhat disappointed by our visit to a cultural show in a Maasai village, for several reasons. First, there was a charge of $20 per person, and the village appeared to be a popular tourist attraction (within one hour stay I saw three or four groups there) We therefore assumed that tourism could provide significant income for the community and, in turn, contribute to improving their living conditions and hygiene. However, we did not see much evidence of this. Instead, the ground was covered with animal waste, and the huts appeared extremely basic and poorly maintained.
We were also told that some of these tiny huts, with an area of less than four square metres, could accommodate an entire family of four to seven people. This was very difficult for us to understand and raised questions about the authenticity of what we were being shown.
Anyhow, the experience left us with the impression that the presentation was highly commercialised and, at times, seemed almost staged to create a story of extreme poverty and hardship and to encourage visitors to feel sympathy and make donations. If tourism is generating a significant income from these visits, we would have hoped to see clearer evidence that at least some of that income is benefiting the community and improving the living conditions of the people who live there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional safari in Kenya!
An absolutely magical and unforgettable experience! We were lucky enough to see the Big Five, as well as an incredible variety of animals amidst stunning landscapes. Every day was filled with excitement and wonderful surprises. 🦁🐘🦒🦓
A huge thank you to Dennis, our driver, for his professionalism, kindness, and—above all—his incredible knowledge of the wildlife. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experiences and saw as many animals as possible.
Thanks also to Alex, our French-speaking guide, who accompanied us with such kindness and good humor. His insights helped us better understand Kenya’s wildlife, culture, and magnificent landscapes.
We are heading home with heads full of memories and incredible photos. Seeing the Big Five and so many animals in their natural habitat was a dream... and it came true! ❤️
A safari we would recommend without hesitation! Thank you.

An Unforgettable Safari Experience
5/5

An Unforgettable Safari Experience – Flawless from Start to Finish!
Our safari was truly magnificent, exceeding all our expectations. Everything was organized with absolute perfection, without a single minute of delay.
A massive thank you goes to our guide team, Shukran and Chenga:
Chenga is an exceptional driver who knows every road, path, and track by heart. We always felt completely safe and in expert hands.
Shukran was endlessly helpful, precise, and deeply knowledgeable about the local wildlife and nature. His genuine passion for what he does shines through in every detail.
Beyond the wildlife, what made this journey so special was getting close to the authentic local culture. The river safari was thrilling and deeply evocative, and we will never forget the stunning landscapes, the faces of the people we met, and the raw emotions of this trip.
The lodge was equally wonderful—incredibly comfortable, with a spacious, spotless room that provided the perfect retreat after a long day in the bush.
Thank you for making this adventure seamless, authentic, and unforgettable. We couldn't recommend this agency and team more highly!

The best organization ever
5/5

I highly recommend it; we saw hundreds of animals and birds, had close encounters, and received a wealth of information. Our wonderful guide, Daniel, looked after us throughout the entire trip—his knowledge and skills are impressive—and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts ❤️. Kennedy arranged fantastic accommodation with great views and amazing food. And the price for our 6 was really good. Everything was excellent, from the airport pickup to the drop-off at our hotel in Mombasa; we even received help buying train tickets for a safe return to Nairobi. Many thanks!

Best safari experience in Kenya
5/5

This was our first ever safari, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the very beginning, the booking team were incredibly helpful, straightforward and honest. We really appreciated that our expectations were never oversold or exaggerated. We opted for the friendly budget option, but were still very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, vehicle and overall experience.

What really made our trip exceptional, however, was our tour guide Yasin. He consistently went above and beyond to put us in the right places at the right times. Of course, with nature, nothing can ever be guaranteed, and wildlife sightings are always a matter of luck. We were incredibly fortunate to experience some genuinely rare and unforgettable sightings, and a huge part of that was down to our guide’s exceptional navigational skills, experience, and connections with other staff and guides.

Beyond that, Yasin's enthusiasm and knowledge were fantastic. He was able to explain not only the animals and their behaviour, but also the surrounding flora and fauna, which gave us a much deeper appreciation of everything we were seeing.

Thank you for making our first safari such a memorable experience. We came away with some incredible memories and a real appreciation for the wildlife and the people who work so hard to make these experiences possible. We would happily recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable safari experience.

Wonderful experience
5/5

We went on a six day safari with David Mukami. It was a wonderfully experience. He made sure we saw the Big 5 and many, many more animals. We were always in a prime position to see the animals and i felt very safe with David in the parks, on the streets and with the crazy traffic in between!
