Carismatic and a true guide
I loved the overall experience! The safari and the travel in Naioróbi was full of beautiful memories. Our tour guide was Yasin and we had an amazing adventure. It was noticeable the knowledge and experience he has. He was a true guide, always taking care of us and making sure we were enjoying!

A great day trip
It was a very fun day trip. Our guides and drivers were Gotson and John. They were very enthusiastic and responsible. On the way to Materuni Falls, Gotson offered to carry my backpack, and John helped us communicate with the locals along the way. Even when we just went to the shops, they would accompany us, showing great responsibility. The coffee shop at the end was also very interesting. Our coffee man, Justin, gave a very detailed explanation of their coffee and the story of their people and coffee. They were also very enthusiastic and created a great atmosphere during the coffee-making process. It was a very enjoyable experience!

Great Safari Experience
It was a great safari experience. I’ve traced almost all kinds of animals in Nairobi National Park and I was enjoying the lovely time in elephant orphanage. Wilfred is a nice and professional driver/ guide. Highly recommend to choose if you are expecting an unforgettable safari.

Excellently organized and extremely enjoyable!
When planning our safari in Kenya, I sent quote requests to numerous companies through SafariBookings and received countless email responses. George from Jupicon immediately stood out because his communication was exceptionally clear, professional, and comprehensive. Unlike many other operators, he provided detailed information upfront, making it easy to compare options and understand exactly what was being offered.
Throughout the planning process, I asked countless questions about activities and possible itinerary changes. George was always responsive and helpful. What impressed me most was that whenever I suggested an adjustment - whether adding an activity, removing something, or changing the schedule - he didn't simply acknowledge the request. He would update the PDF itinerary and send me a revised version every time. This level of attention to detail gave me enormous confidence. It was important to me that everything we had agreed upon was documented, and George was one of the very few operators who consistently ensured that happened. From the very beginning, I felt I was dealing with someone highly organised and committed to delivering exactly the experience we wanted.
Another aspect of George's service that I greatly appreciated was that he was never pushy. While I was collecting quotes, several other companies emailed me repeatedly - sometimes multiple times a day - asking whether I had made a decision. As someone planning their first trip to Africa and first safari, I wanted time to carefully review all the options, do my research, and make an informed choice. George struck exactly the right balance: he was always available when I had questions, but he never pressured me to book or rushed me into making a decision. He respected my space and allowed me the time I needed to evaluate everything properly, which made the entire process far more enjoyable and stress-free.
During our trip, we did three tour days with George and his team.
Our first day included Nairobi National Park, the Sheldrick Elephant Sanctuary, and the Giraffe Centre. Our driver, Mr. William, was fantastic- friendly, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and a wonderful introduction to Kenya. He seemed to know exactly where to find the animals and shared fascinating information throughout the day. The safari vehicle itself was a large 4x4 pop-top van, which provided excellent visibility and made wildlife viewing a fantastic experience. One of the great advantages of travelling with Jupicon is that they handle all the logistics. At each park entrance, George's team took care of entry fees and administration, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience without worrying about anything.
The following day, George personally accompanied us to Kiambethu Tea Farm. He had originally suggested a coffee farm visit, but when I mentioned that I would prefer a tea farm, he quickly found an alternative and organised it The tea farm was wonderful, and the lunch there was excellent.
Another highlight was our trip to Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate National Park. We began with a boat safari on the lake, followed by a walking safari on Crescent Island, where we were able to get super close to wildlife. Afterwards, we enjoyed a romantic private dinner at Sopa Lodge which George helped arrange for our honeymoon, which was absolutely beautiful. We then continued to Hell's Gate National Park for a bike tour. While the experience was memorable, I would recommend that future visitors consider splitting Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate across two days if possible. There is a lot to see and do, and fitting everything into one day is a lot - but doable if you don't have much time.
For anyone considering Hell's Gate, I would strongly recommend allowing at least three hours. The bike ride to the ranger station is approximately 8 km each way, mostly along dirt tracks. Once you reach the ranger station, there is an awesome walk through the gorge, which was the highlight of the Park and absolutely worth doing. If you do not have enough time to visit the gorge, I personally do not think the biking trip is worth-it (unless you love biking and are happy just to bike around).
Because we were short on time and needed to return to Nairobi, we realised we would struggle to complete the full return cycle (bike out to ranger post, gorge walk, and bike back). When we explained the situation to George, he immediately offered a solution. He drove into the national park to collect us from the ranger station and arranged for someone else to retrieve the bicycles. He handled everything without hesitation. This flexibility and willingness to help went far beyond what I expected, especially considering he incurred additional costs to enter the park and make the arrangements. We really appreciated his efforts!!
Throughout the entire trip, George and his team were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive. They were always available to answer questions and regularly communicated through WhatsApp, providing clear information about pick-up times, schedules, and logistics. We always felt informed and well looked after.
What made Jupicon stand out even more was that during our time in Kenya, we also booked several excursions through another company. Unfortunately, those experiences were disappointing, with multiple organisational issues and several services not being delivered as promised. Those experiences only highlighted how exceptional George and the Jupicon team were. Time and again, we found ourselves saying, "I wish we were still traveling with George!"
George, thank you for making our Kenya trip so special. Your dedication, flexibility, and attention to detail gave us an unforgettable experience. We will always remember our time in Kenya. Highly recommended!

Good choice
Efficient and reliable. Amazing experience! We booked a day in advance and they were able to accommodate us for a price that is better than most 1 day trips to Botswana.

Safe
We joined Phil for an 8-day mobile safari in Botswana. During the safari, we were fortunate enough to see lions, leopards, cheetahs, numerous giraffes, impalas, and elephants, as well as several animals that are considered rare sightings. Phil greatly enriched the experience by sharing his knowledge and providing useful reference materials throughout the trip.
Thanks to Chef Bongo’s delicious meals and the support of his assistant Jakop, our safari felt surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable despite being a camping-style adventure.
A big thank you to Phil and the entire team for making this such a memorable experience. If you are looking for a safe, friendly, and budget-friendly safari, I can highly recommend getting in touch with Phil.

1-Day Tarangire Safari
My friend and I booked a private day safari to Tarangire national park. We were worried that we might not get to see much doing a short tour, but we were wrong. Our guide Victor was great! He managed to get us encounters with all kinds of animals big and small. Our group was also particularly interested in birds and he did a great job of spotting and identifying numerous species.
Mountain warriors also helped us coordinate transit to and from Arusha back to where we were staying in Moshi.
