Amazing experience
We’ve just came back from a two days safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro Crater National Parks, lead by our super kind and exhaustive guide Allen. Thanks to him we enjoyed meeting all the big five, also the rare Leopard and a lot of Rinos! The organization has been very good despite of the big distances between the parks. Allen has given us a lot of information in a good italian, which is not a given. Total reliability from all the point of views: we got a torre twice and, despite of this, we went on with our tour respecting timings. We sincerely reccomend this organization and Allen ad a guide to enjoy this once of a lifetime esperience in the best way possible.

Excellent guide and wonderful staffs
We were very happy with our guide from the Axis Africa Safaris, Dennis Wmangi.
Dennis is a very friendly guide, also knowledgeable, always happy to answer all our questions, while at the same time maintaining a very respectful and comfortable boundary with his guests.
He was always punctual—every morning, by the time we arrived the car, he was already there, and the vehicle was spotless and well organised: drinking water and even our slippers were already placed neatly by our seats.
What impressed us most was his experience and extraordinary ability to read wildlife. He could often anticipate where an animal was likely to move and position the vehicle in exactly the right place before anything happened. His eyesight was remarkable as well. On one occasion, while we were driving, he spotted a rhino on a hillside roughly 1–2 km away—something we would never have noticed ourselves. He immediately drove us there and alerted other guides so they could find it too.
His driving skills were equally impressive. Whether navigating the rough, uneven tracks inside the parks or busy highways in the countryside, he always drove efficiently while keeping us safe and comfortable.
We couldn’t have asked for a better guide for our first African safari. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and genuineness made the experience truly special.
We would happily recommend him to anyone planning a safari in Kenya!

Richard was amazing with us. A very attentive and cheerful person, always hoping that everything and everyone is comfortable. With 17 years of Masai Mara touring experience, he knows the park like it's home. He promised us to see the big 5 and we saw them. Really grateful for everything. Thank you!

A value for money experience.
My emperors with Axis Africa was very good. Our guide, Robert, was knowledgeable about the animals we saw and I learned a lot. He was friendly and had a good sense of humour, bringing levity to various moments. We saw all of the big five and the vehicles was positioned for optimum viewing. I highly recommend this tour and Robert as a guide.

A perfectly organized safari with an exceptionally dedicated driver – highly recommended!
Our two-day safari with Serengeti Savanna Adventures from Zanzibar to mainland Tanzania was an all-around wonderful experience. From the airport pickup to our overnight stay at the lodge, everything ran smoothly. Thanks to the excellent organization, we did not have to worry about a thing and could simply relax and enjoy the trip.
If you have the opportunity to choose your driver: Ask for Jon! He is warm, funny, helpful, and incredibly patient. Right from the beginning, I asked him a thousand questions: What kind of hut is that? Why are people wearing those clothes? What is growing on that tree? Jon answered every question in detail and never made me feel as though I was asking too much. 😄
He was also immediately there for us in a difficult situation: When my boyfriend suddenly suffered from severe stomach problems, Jon accompanied him to a pharmacy and helped him find the right medication. On another occasion, we could only pay in cash but did not have any with us. Without hesitation, he stepped in and, trusting us completely, even treated us to a coffee. ❤️
Throughout the entire safari, I always felt safe with Jon. Some of the other safari vehicles drove very wildly and quickly, but Jon placed great importance on making sure we arrived safely. At the same time, he did everything he could to show us as many animals as possible. And he succeeded: We saw every animal we had hoped to see except a rhino!
What made the experience especially wonderful, however, was not only observing the animals but also spending time with Jon. We could laugh with him, stay curious, and share our impressions. The two days with him were simply fantastic.
Our conclusion: Serengeti Savanna Adventures is excellently organized, and Jon makes the safari an unforgettable experience through his patience, helpfulness, and great sense of humor. We would go on safari with him again at any time and recommend him without reservation! 🐘🦁

Very accomodating, responsive and easy to work with
My wife and I planned a last minute safari since I was going to be in Joburg for work. Lynn was extremely responsive and accomodating for our requests. Exceptional Safari Guide – An unforgettable experience
We were very nervous booking a safari direct with a company in Tanzania, however Get Together Adventures made the whole process very easy! They would respond to my emails and questions almost immediately and were incredibly helpful and reassuring.
Our safari guide Emmanuel was absolutely incredible. His knowledge of the wildlife and the landscapes of Tanzania were second to none. Every animal we encountered came with fascinating insights – from behaviour and conservation to how each species fits into the wider ecosystem. His passion for the country truly elevated the entire experience.
Beyond being incredibly informative, Emmanual spoke perfect English, he was also warm, patient and clearly dedicated to giving us the best possible experience. His ability to spot animals from impossible distances was unbelievable, and every sighting felt special because of the stories and knowledge he shared.
Not only was the guiding exceptional, but the vehicle itself made the safari even more enjoyable. It was immaculate, comfortable and perfectly equipped for long days in the bush including air conditioning which made the drives between parks so much more comfortable during the hot days. The pop-up roof gave us amazing visibility for wildlife viewing and the fridge was always stocked with ice-cold drinks. We had plenty of snacks, charging points for our devices, and even reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to capture and share moments throughout the day.
If you are planning a safari in Tanzania and want a guide who is knowledgeable, passionate and truly exceptional, I could recommend Get Together Adventures more highly, we certainly will book again!
