Wonderful Trip in Zanzibar
We had a wonderful trip exploring Zanzibar with Sote Tours. We visited Stone Town, Prison Island, Nakupenda Beach, and Mnemba Atoll. Everything was well organized, and we had enough time at each stop to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed.
Our guide, Said, was definitely one of the highlights of the day. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and very easy to talk to. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and was always happy to answer our questions. He also made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the day.
We really enjoyed all the places we visited, and the whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend this Zanzibar tour, and if you get Said as your guide, you will be in good hands!

Kind, communicative and with a sharp eye (he spotted all the animals).
We had an amazing safari experience. We were able to see many different animals. Our guide Dan was great and shared lots of interesting information about the animals. The lodge was also beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was well organized from start to finish, and considering everything that was included, the tour was very reasonably priced.

Responsive, reliable, knowledgeable
Julius was an amazing and knowledgeable guide, we certainly got the most out of our trip. He knew all the good spots and was paying a lot of attention while driving. He also knows birds really well, we saw 91 new species of birds over 6 days, so it was incredible!

An Amazing Safari Experience from Start to Finish!
The best of Wild Serenity Safaris: Attentive organisation and exceptional communication. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and would 100% recommend them.
I'm a solo traveller and joined a shared safari (6 people including me), that turned out to be a fantastic experience. From the start, the communication with Wild Serenity was exceptional. I've been planning this bucket list destination for a while and they were always quick to respond to my many questions, were incredibly attentive, and managed to accommodate my requests and dates.
They were super transparent on the whole process explaining payment arrangements (as there's a commision when paying with card, but in the end was better exchange rate for me coming from Spain), accommodation options and availability, and kept in touch with me before, during and after the safari to make sure everything was going well. They were always checking in and following up to make sure everything was going well with me. They also went to give me a briefing and meet me the night I arrived, so I put faces to the many emails. :)
The organisation was excellent. They arranged my transfers from Arusha Airport to the safari and then to Kilimanjaro Airport, making sure I arrived on time for my flight. They also organised my hot-air balloon experience and were very flexible when I wanted to explore different options for both the safari itinerary. The reason i chose the itinerary was because it included the day in Northern Serengeti, and wanted a chance to see the great migration, although I was not lucky enough to see it because most of the wildbeast already crossed, we saw a few crossing and THOUSANDS in that part of the Serengeti. It's a rough road to get there, but totally worth it.
The safari itself was fantastic. Our guide was excellent and always made a real effort to make sure everyone in the group got to see what they wanted, even though we were travelling individually and had different interests and preferences. He was attentive to everyone's needs and always tried to find the best way to accommodate the whole group. In the end, we managed to see everything we hoped for, including the Big Five. We saw white rhinos incredibly close in the Ngorongoro crater and a black rhino from further away (as it's the most complicated one to see). The diversity of wildlife is simply incredible, and being able to get so close to these animals is an experience I will never forget.
I also appreciated that our guide always respected the animals' wellbeing and distance, and the group was also safe and taken care of.
Accommodation:
I chose the mid-range option and was very happy with it. The accommodation varies from place to place, as you would expect, but my favourite was definitely the Serengeti camp (Shuhudia Adventure Camp). Sleeping in a tented lodge surrounded by nature and wildlife was an amazing experience, while still having a proper bed and private bathroom. All meals were included and water was provided throughout the safari and also in accommodations. Drinks other than water, such as soft drinks or juice, were generally not included with dinner. The only small issue I had was at Ngorongoro Wildcamp, where I was charged for water at dinner without being told beforehand. Apart from that, I had no complaints about the accommodation. Ladies, don't bother bringing a hair dryer or a straightener, as you won't be able to used them in the safari camps, it's not allowed and honestly you don't need it, wind and dust everyday during the safaris will mess your hair anyways.
Overall, I have absolutely no complaints about Wild Serenity Safaris, the safari company and guide, or the hot-air balloon experience. Everything was very well organised from start to finish.
I would 100% recommend booking your safari with “Wild Serenity Safari.” They explain EVERYTHING to you and are always happy to answer questions at any time. I loved the service, and even though I compared several agencies, for the price and the itinerary, also the days and parks; I'm so glad I chose them. When I return to Tanzania (because I will), I'll contact them again.

Great safari
We spent eight incredible days in Tanzania, and the whole trip was organized by Julius, who was extremely responsive, attentive, and flexible throughout the planning process. He really listened to what we wanted and adapted everything according to our needs, which made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable.
Thanks to him and our amazing guide, Jackson, we had an unforgettable safari experience. Jackson speaks perfect French, has an excellent eye for spotting animals in the savannah, and brings many years of experience to every game drive. His knowledge and passion made the safari even more special.
We absolutely loved every moment of the trip, from start to finish. We would highly recommend organizing your Tanzania adventure with Julius and Jackson !

Incredible tour!
We didn’t know what to expect from the tour, but what we experienced was way more incredible than what we expected! We were able to see all of the big five, many birds and many other animals. Our guide David was extremely good at being at the best place at the right time. The parks we saw during the tour were really different and beautiful in many different ways. Thank you Pavillion Safaris for making our dreams come true!
