Actually before my first safari trip there are many doubts around in my mind. Professional service and a well planned itinerary
The tour was excellent throughout. We spent 4 full days in Rwanda taking advantage of overnight flights in both directions. Our first day was in Kilgari where we went to the Genocide Museum. We paid to have a guided tour, which was a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it. Our guide Claude was a survivor of the genocide so his experience brought the whole history close to home. We were met at the airport by our driver Gordon who stayed with us the whole 4 days. We couldn't have had a nicer man, he spoke excellent English and was a very considerate and careful driver. He was mindful of making sure we didn't over do things and timed meal breaks and rest times to give us time to also relax. Our hotel was excellent, all the staff were friendly and welcoming and the food throughout was delicious. Gordon was able to answer all our many questions and had a good sense of humour and a polite way keeping us on track. Would definitely recommend this trip and ask for Gordon as your driver.

Brilliant Wine Tour
Having used Pembury Tours to organise a road trip and safari several years ago we reached out to Kerry Ryrie at Pembury to pull together an itinerary for a tour of Capetown, Hermanus and Franschoek/ Cape Winelands for our group of 4. As we’d be visiting a good number of vineyards along the way we asked Kerry if she’d be able to arrange private transport for us to avoid car rental and driving.
Kerry put together an excellent 12 day itinerary with superb accommodation on each leg. The Winchester Boutique Hotel in Sea Point, Capetown; Harbour House, Hermanus and the Last Word in Franschoek. All first class!
Kerry organised Rene Giliomee from Paradise Touring to be our dedicated driver for the whole trip. She did an amazing job of not only transferring us between locations but also organising some excellent day tours and several vineyard tours and tastings. All arrangements were handled expertly.
All in all, an excellent trip and all thanks to Kerry and Rene for making it all happen.
Pembury will be our first port of call in the future.

Amazing experience with the best people
Amazing trip with an amazing company. We saw everything we wanted and our amazing guide, Kelvin, not only made sure we see every animal - but he ensured we had the best spot as well. From witnessing the great migration right next to the wild gooses to spotting the black rhino in Ngorongoro Crater!

Xavier doesn't just run a tour, he treats you like family and takes care of every detail.
This was our first time ever in Kenya and my first safari ever, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. Some friends of ours back in Texas referred us to Xavier, and I'm so glad they did.
From day one, Xavier treated us like friends, not clients. There were five of us, all first-timers in Kenya, so we had a ton of questions about his culture, his way of life, and the Masai Mara. He answered every single one with so much patience and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. He also made sure we were comfortable at every hotel we stayed at.
One moment really stood out to me. Halfway through the trip my wife got sick, and without any hesitation Xavier and our driver Peter turned around and got us back to the hotel. When we got there, the hotel told us we couldn't eat from the buffet because we'd been given boxed lunches that day. As soon as Xavier heard that, he said he'd handle it with the manager, and within minutes we were sitting down to eat. That's the kind of guy he is. He takes care of his people.
I also have to shout out Peter. He shared his Masai culture with us and answered every question we had about the animals. It makes such a difference to have a driver who truly knows the land, the wildlife, and the culture, and on top of that he's just a genuinely kind and friendly person.
I really believe this trip would not have been the same without Xavier and Peter. By the end it didn't feel like we were traveling with a tour guide and a driver. It felt like we were traveling with friends. They made our safari memorable, and it's an experience I'll cherish for the rest of my life.

Extremely helpful and attentive at every stage of the process.
We contacted Off2Africa at the last minute after being let down by another company. They were wonderful! Within a few days our agent Robyn had everything sorted out. She willingly worked with us to add a few extras when we requested and kept in touch with us throughout what turned out to be an amazing experience. I thoroughly recommend this company.
