Very personable and knowledgeable
It was truly a once in a lifetime experience. The people are so kind, scenery so beautiful, and of course the opportunity to be able to observe these amazing animals in their home is indescribable!
To add to all this my tour guides were knowledgeable and professional, as well as being kind and personable!
I was a young female solo traveller and they made it so I never once felt unsafe!
They went out of their way to make sure I was getting the most out of my short visit and even rearranged the trip when I had flight delays that would’ve caused me to miss activities.

Once in a lifetime experience
From start to finish the communication has been great, and the service has been fantastic. Our whole group was made to feel really important and well catered for. The whole trip was made by our guide Gilbert, who has an incredible knowledge of every animal we saw, as well as wider cultural knowledge of the areas we saw. He made every effort to make sure we saw everything we wanted to, and even though this is out of his control, he managed to deliver and then some! Would fully recomend this company (and especially Gilbert) to anyone!
