I travelled from Mombasa to Uganda on my own and booked a 4-day trip to Kibale Forest through Abunda Discoveries. My main goal was to see chimpanzees in the wild, and the experience was better than I expected.
Abdul was easy to communicate with from the start and helped me plan everything around my travel dates. The chimp tracking was incredible, but I also enjoyed the drive through the countryside and learning more about Uganda from a local perspective. As a solo traveler, I was a little nervous at first, but I felt comfortable throughout the trip. Everything ran smoothly, and I appreciated how flexible the itinerary was. I came back to Kenya with great memories and some amazing photos. Highly recommended.

Our group of women recently enjoyed an amazing 4-day, 4-night holiday at Bamburi Beach, Mombasa, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning in Nairobi, everything was exceptionally well organized by Esther and Emilia. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and constant communication ensured that our trip was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
The accommodation was excellent, the beach was beautiful, and the entire itinerary was perfectly planned. We enjoyed relaxing by the ocean, taking beach walks, exploring the local attractions, and spending quality time together. The hospitality and friendliness of the people we met made the experience even more memorable.
As a group of women travelers, we felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the trip. Every arrangement, from transportation to accommodation, was handled efficiently and professionally.

Our 5-day safari with Safari360 exceeded every expectation and was without a doubt the highlight of our trip to Tanzania.
We booked a private safari that was tailored perfectly to fit around our existing travel plans. We already had an activity planned in the Kilimanjaro area, and Safari360 arranged for our safari to begin there, making the whole trip seamless. As we were arriving in the early hours of the morning, Petro also provided recommendations for accommodation, which made our arrival completely stress-free.
Throughout the planning process, Petro was incredibly helpful, offering different flight options, suggesting various start and end points to suit our itinerary, and even answering some questions I had while completing our visa application. Nothing was too much trouble, and it really felt like he wanted to make sure everything was perfect before we even arrived.
Our safari took us through Tarangire National Park, the Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater, the Ngorongoro Highlands, and Lake Manyara, and every day brought something new. We were lucky enough to see an incredible variety of wildlife, often from very close up. Every game drive was different, and we were constantly amazed by what we saw.
A huge thank you to our guide, Tiely, who truly made the experience exceptional. His knowledge of the wildlife, ecosystems, and local culture was fascinating, and his ability to spot animals was unbelievable—including a lioness perfectly hidden in a tree that we would never have noticed ourselves! It was clear that guiding isn’t just a job for him; he’s genuinely passionate about wildlife and making sure his guests have the best possible experience. He always made sure we were in the best position for sightings, answered every question with enthusiasm, and looked after us throughout the trip.
One thing I’d highly recommend is choosing a private safari if it’s within your budget. Having your own vehicle meant we could set the pace, spend longer at sightings we were enjoying, stop whenever we wanted for photos, and ask as many questions as we liked. It made the experience feel far more personal and relaxed, and for us it was worth every penny.
Everything was incredibly well organised, communication was excellent from start to finish, and we always felt completely looked after. Safari360 exceeded our expectations in every way.

Unforgettable Masai Mara Safari with Bel
We had an amazing experience on the 3 Day Sopa Lodges Safari. Everything was perfectly organized by Bel from start to finish, without a single issue.
The Sopa Lodge was very comfortable, and the meals were great. We were also lucky to be part of a wonderful group, which made the trip even better.
During our game drives, we saw incredible wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and many other animals. Our driver was extremely friendly and truly went above and beyond to make sure our trip was an unforgettable experience.

Unforgettable Safari with Spectacular Guides, with Some Room for a few improvements.
We recently booked our honeymoon safari with Josero. While there were some bumps in the early planning stages, the moment we landed in Africa, the hospitality and service on the ground were wonderful, and we came away with incredible, lifelong memories. Judith, Henry and Moses were our first point of contact, very kind and helpful.

The absolute best part of our trip was the team on the ground. From our very arrival, everyone treated us so warmly, and communication was smooth throughout.

Thanks to their dedication, we had beautiful, memorable experiences every single day, and we absolutely loved our time with them. They are the true heart of this company!
Suggestions for Improvement:
While the trip itself turned out beautifully, there were a few logistical details during the planning and booking process that could have been handled a bit more smoothly:
-Pre-Trip Logistics & Communication: Early on, there was a bit of confusion regarding our itinerary and lodge/camp reservations. When original options were booked out, the initial alternatives offered didn't quite match the same level, so I ended up spending quite a bit of time researching comparable options myself. It all worked out perfectly in the end, but a bit more proactive management during the booking phase would have saved some stress.
-Honeymoon Special Touches: Because this was our honeymoon, we were hoping for a slightly more romantic or celebratory feel throughout the journey. Only two of the five lodges we stayed at acknowledged the special occasion with a small detail in the room, and we realized our guides hadn't been notified about it either. A little more internal communication about special milestones would go a long way!
-Vehicle Upkeep: One of the vehicles could have used a little extra maintenance, as the windows were quite difficult to slide open and close. This made capturing quick photos of the wildlife a bit tricky at times. That said, our guide was incredible and did everything he humanly could to fix it for us on the spot, which we deeply appreciated.
Final Thoughts:
In the end, the warmth and service we experienced in Africa made for a wonderful trip. Thanks to the spectacular care from Charles and Regan, it all came together beautifully. With just a bit more attention to the pre-planning logistics and special client milestones, Josero would be flawless.

We had a wonderful safari experience in Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Lekobe Adventures Safaris, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Erick.
Erick was always calm, friendly, and professional throughout the trip. Even during long driving days and occasional stressful situations when we were short on time, he remained positive and focused, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Although we didn't manage to see all of the Big Five, we saw many other amazing animals and had unforgettable wildlife encounters. Erick shared his knowledge of the parks and wildlife with enthusiasm, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
We were also very satisfied with the communication from the safari organizers throughout the entire process. From the initial booking to the end of our trip, they were responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Everything was well organized, and we always felt that we could trust them to deliver what was promised.
Overall, we were very happy with our safari and would highly recommend this company and Erick as a guide. Their professionalism, reliability, and dedication helped make our trip a memorable one. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
