Got very detailed pricing from Johnson, the company manager and responded to messages and requests very promptly. Got.exactly what we asked for, completely tailored itinerary. The jeep is owned by the company and it is in very good condition with fridge and ac outlets. And the driver George is an experienced bird expert,and every carinh about everything on the way, timing etc. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Marshal was very invested and a lovely guide.
The tour was an unforgettable experience. The booking was very simple and the communication was great. Everything was well organized. The guide was driving safely and we got to the lodges on time. The evening and early morning game drives were fantastic. We got to see a lot of animals and the guide fulfilled every wish. All in all a great experience and we can totally recommend it.

I had an amazing four-day safari experience with Axis Africa, covering Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. From the booking process to the safari itself, the entire experience was professional, well-organised, and offered excellent value for money.
A special mention to Tabitha, who was extremely helpful throughout the booking process. She patiently answered all my questions, helped me fine-tune the itinerary, and was always very prompt and responsive. Her professionalism and willingness to help made the planning process very smooth.
The airport pickup by David was also seamless. He was punctual and ensured a smooth handover to our safari guide, Tom, who accompanied us throughout the four days.
Tom deserves a very special mention. Honestly, I don't think my safari would have been nearly as great without him. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible wildlife experience. He put in a tremendous amount of effort to help us spot and experience the animals and wildlife, while also sharing a wealth of interesting information about Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, the animals, and the local environment.
What really stood out about Tom was his clear communication, professionalism, patience, and ability to interact so well with everyone in the group. He was attentive to everyone's needs, made sure all of us were comfortable, and genuinely took good care of the group throughout the trip. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the safari much more engaging and memorable.
Overall, I highly recommend Axis Africa to anyone looking for a safari in Kenya, particularly if you are looking for a professional operator offering a great experience at good value for money. And if you get the opportunity to have Tom as your guide, you are in excellent hands!

Every host at our camp/ hotel have been very hospitable and accommodating. We did lack in nothing!
Tom was our safari guide, I would highly recommend him if you get the chance! He showed alot of care in making sure we saw everything, very open to any questions, and I've learnt alot from his wide range of wildlife knowledge! He was a very good driver and I felt very safe! Couldn't ask for anything more. Overall, extremely happy 😊

We booked on to a 5 day Masai Mara/Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha tour and it was great! The booking team were very responsive and accommodating and all the accommodation and staff were great. Our tour guide was Tom, from the start he was very polite, and kept good communication. It was obvious that Tom enjoys his job, and is passionate about his job and giving the best experience to his group. He asked everyone what they would most like to see and made it his mission to provide it, he was vey good at finding the best opportunities to see all the animals. He had great knowledge about everything we did and happily answered all our questions, I learnt a lot from him. When would see the animals he would make sure everyone was done before moving on and never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience! Alongside side all this he was very warm and welcoming, had a great sense of humour, happy to talk and a very safe driver. He made the tour really enjoyable and I loved every moment! Great time, good deal!
Just had a wonderful 9 day safari + beach trip. I worked with Janet from Apodiformes for about 9 months from when we booked our trip to when we traveled. She was communicative and helpful at every step of the way. We had issues with two lodges on our itinerary that were unable to honor our original reservations and she worked with us and the lodges on other equivalent options very quickly.
Our guide Isaiah was then the star of the show during the safari. He was both knowledgeable and kind, getting us great views of the Big 5 and sharing good info on the animals. Whenever we wanted to linger a bit longer or stop to get pictures he was happy to oblige. We spent lots of time in the car over the 6 days we were on safari and traveling to different parks and enjoyed it all - even the "African massages" from the bumpy roads. Would recommend the company and Isaiah to those interested in safari.

Fellow travelers, go for it! This tour group is easy to communicate with, the deposit is reasonable, and there are no hidden traps. We specifically requested a "Silver Guide"; even though one wasn't available at first, they went out of their way to find one and got back to us! George is a fantastic driver who takes you on wild, high-speed rides, and he’s a walking encyclopedia—answering questions with the depth and detail of a hundred TOEFL listening tests. Just book it!

Madini is a great safari organization
Madini is a very nice safari company, we enjoyed it very much. I am not the youngest anymore, and the driver was very considerate. We saw many beautiful things, including the Big Five. Top driver. Beautiful accommodations and amazing parks visited. My daughter booked everything in advance from the Netherlands, kept in touch throughout, during the safari and afterwards. Highly recommended. Geeman - The king of the jungle
Geeman - our tour guide was thoroughly familiar with the terrain, the geography and the animal habitats. He knew where to head next - one surprise after another.
We saw ostriches mating, lion and lioness cavorting (didn’t just jump into action), and an elephant mom eating up a bunch of tree branches with her mouth wide open!
Geeman even knew names of various bird species.
And the group was very friendly and helpful to each other. 5 different countries represented in the group!

Just one small suggestion:
Provide a longer lunch break on the second day - maybe drop people off at their hotel for a couple hours.
The day was long, and the noon sun made it very hot.
