An Unforgettable Safari with JungleRoam Safari – Excellent Service and the Best Guide, Ben Mwai!
We recently completed a phenomenal 4-day tour covering Masai Mara for three days and Lake Nakuru for one day, and it exceeded all of our expectations. JungleRoam Safari provided truly excellent service from start to finish. Everything was seamless, professional, and incredibly well-organized.
What made this trip truly unforgettable was our wonderful driver and guide, Ben Mwai. Ben was super nice, incredibly knowledgeable, and had an amazing talent for tracking wildlife. During our time in the Masai Mara, he managed to spot all the major animals on both days. He always positioned the vehicle perfectly, getting us incredibly close while ensuring we had plenty of time to take photos and appreciate the wildlife without ever feeling rushed.
Our day at Lake Nakuru was equally spectacular. We were treated to incredible close-up views of numerous rhinos and beautiful flocks of flamingos. We also chose to add the optional Masai village visit and the Lake Naivasha boat tour, both of which were absolutely fantastic and well worth doing.
We highly recommend JungleRoam Safari to anyone planning a Kenyan adventure, and make sure to ask for Ben Mwai as your guide—he truly made our trip a dream come true! 😍

Our 9-day trip worth every moment with our guide Shafino, who is a very experienced guide who knows how to find the best spots for us to see the animals and we managed to see all Big 9 in this trip which is amazing~ and we also saw baby cheetah which is very rare and unexpected! Shafino satisfied every request from us and we spend great time here with his support. The whole safari experience was amazing including ticking every box for wanted animals, cars and hamper food, would highly recommend this guide to all who wants to visit~

Our experience when on the safari was nothing short of amazing, we were looked after and cared for well from on the tour itself to afterward in evening. The food was cooked amazingly and everyone was so friendly, I would highly recommend!!

We done the two game drives and waterfall walk. We feel so lucky to have seen the animals we saw, giraffes, lions, rhinos. The team at kiliclimb safaris made everything so easy. With WhatsApp check-ins we were able to keep in touch and ask any questions we had! Highly recommend, what an amazing experience!

It was a fantastic trip. Our guider Shafino is a professor . Well experienced,funny. And he knows so many stuff about animals. And also he is a fixer. He can handle anything even fix the car by himself. Like a Superman. We saw all animals which we wanted to see! Thanks:)

I think this was a truly wonderful journey, especially our safari on the savanna. Our guide was very experienced and helped us see so many animals, and we captured some very precious photos. These were breathtaking moments and images that we might never see again in our lifetime.
we watched elephants under the setting sun, and we also saw cheetahs at sunset—it was incredibly beautiful. These are truly memories we will treasure for a lifetime. Thank you very much to the travel agency.
