G stepped in Maun when an agency failed to pick me up, and what he did next truly made a huge difference. With the little time we had left, he went out of his way to organize the day so the mukuro canoe boats could still be explored, and he stayed caring, calm, and knowledgeable throughout. I was quite stressed, and his thoughtfulness and ability to accommodate me made everything feel manageable again. Even in the evening, when we said goodbye, he took it upon himself to check on the bus I needed to catch—then came back personally to drop me off and ensure I wouldn’t miss it, using his own time and expense to do so. Meeting G was humbling, and it’s the kind of kindness you don’t forget.

Beyond the plains safari tour company review
Beyond the plains prepared a custom private safari tour for us to the Maasai Mara that was done extremely well by their office team and payment processes were extremely smooth and communication was great. On the start of our safari the team got us safari hats which was a nice touch and we were accompanied by one of their drivers called John who is very knowledgeable with the nomenclature of the animal species in the Mara and familiar with the vast Mara ecosystem.
A point of concern is the driving which was not particularly safe especially overtaking on the escapements trying to dodge in and out of traffic. This can lead to serious fatal accidents. Another point of concern is that our driver was constantly using his mobile device even when driving and did not have his seat belt on for majority of the trip. This is being extremely casual on the road and not respecting the Highway Code.
All in all we had a good experience at Amani Mara and had lovely game drives where we saw the big four (no rhino) and other wildlife animals.

Professional guidance and a great experience
The whole experience was very good. From the start in Nairobi until the summit and back to Nairobi. The guides were professional and very helpfull and fun! There was enough good food and the water supply never ended. I found it important that our guides where checking if we drank enough, at enough and felt well. So that was great. Our guide Daniel was awesome and we would recommend to book at Hyrax safaris.

Well organized tour operator offering a more affordable price
We had 2 days in Arusha and visited the city and a day tour trekking in Materuni waterfalls and it’s village with coffee picking and roasting. Though muddy due to rain, the trek was enjoyable. We spent 6 days in Tarangire, Serengeti and went the distance to Lake Natron. Our guide Mustapha made our safari tour amazing with his knowledge, driving and spotting skills. We saw all big 5 and much more and also the ugly 5. We were too tired at the end of the tour, so we did not do a planned 1-day Kilimanjaro hike but See Endless was very accommodating in helping us find other tour options.

Room for improvement but overall pleased with their service
We took the chance to engage See Endless Adventures co out of the hundreds of operators in Tanzania and were thankful for the company who assigned their most experienced and wonderful safari guide to us; Mustapha. He took pride in his work and took great care of the ladies during our waterfall hike as well.
We truly enjoyed ourselves and thank you for making our Tanzania safari trip a memory to last a lifetime.

We had an amazing experience with Zanzi Trekking and Safaris for both our Mount Kilimanjaro climb and safari. From the beginning, communication was quick and helpful, and everything was well organized. Our guides and the entire team were friendly, professional, and always made us feel safe and supported. The 5-day Kilimanjaro climb was definitely challenging, but reaching the summit made it all worthwhile. Our safari was just as incredible, with knowledgeable guides who helped us see so many amazing animals and beautiful landscapes. Our 4-day safari through Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater was an unforgettable experience and exceeded all of our expectations. We saw an incredible variety of wildlife and were amazed by the beautiful landscapes every day. A huge thank you to our guide for being so knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to finding amazing animal sightings while making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We also want to thank our chef for preparing such delicious, fresh, and varied meals every day—it was hard to believe such great food could be made while camping!
