The safari was well organized from beginning to end. The communication was great and we could always count on the tour guide. The safari was amazing, we have seen plenty of animals and really got the time to enjoy to the fullest. Really helpful, attentive to details, well organised
We chose Tanzania Pilgrimage Safaris as their tour was the one which met our requirements the most. Since the beginning, the communication has been very good and clear, they have supported us with everything we need and answered to all our questions. We had an amazing time and, while on the safari, the company was checking with us if everything was alright or if there were any concerns/issues. We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris, and we honestly can recommend this company! Everything was perfectly organized from beginning to end, and what started as an unexpected long layover in Nairobi turned into one of the most memorable experiences of our travels.
My wife and I had an unexpectedly long layover in Nairobi, and instead of spending the entire time at the airport or hotel, we decided to see if we could arrange a private half-day safari in Nairobi National Park. The challenge was that we had almost no time to organize anything in advance!
We arrived in Nairobi at approximately 7:00 AM, and around 8:00 AM, we contacted Kennedy from Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris to ask whether it would be possible to arrange a private four-hour safari, with pickup from our hotel in approximately one hour.
To our surprise, Kennedy managed to organize absolutely everything within an incredibly short amount of time! His communication was excellent - fast, professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. He immediately confirmed availability, explained all the details, provided a clear breakdown of the total cost, and arranged our transportation.
What we particularly appreciated was the complete transparency regarding pricing. Everything was discussed and agreed upon in advance, and there were absolutely no hidden fees, unexpected charges, or additional payments during the trip. The price we were quoted was exactly what we paid.
Despite the extremely short notice, our driver and guide arrived at our hotel exactly at the agreed time. Everything was perfectly punctual, which was especially important for us because we had a limited amount of time before our next flight.
We had booked a private safari, meaning the entire vehicle was reserved exclusively for my wife and me. This made the experience incredibly comfortable and personal. We could enjoy the wildlife, take photographs, and explore the park at our own pace without having to accommodate other tourists.
Bottled drinking water was provided, and everything was ready for our adventure. Once we arrived at Nairobi National Park, the registration and entry process was handled quickly and efficiently, without unnecessary delays.
And then the real adventure began!
We would especially like to express our huge appreciation and gratitude to our incredible guide, Eric!
Eric was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about wildlife and nature. Throughout the entire safari, he shared fascinating information about the animals, their habitats, their behavior, and the ecosystem of Nairobi National Park.
He clearly knew the park extremely well, including where different animals were most likely to be found. Thanks to his experience, knowledge, and excellent observation skills, we managed to see an absolutely astonishing number of animals in just four hours!
During our safari, we were lucky enough to see:
- White rhinoceroses and black rhinoceroses!
- Lions!
- Giraffes!
- Zebras!
- African buffaloes!
- Hippopotamuses!
- Crocodiles!
- Warthogs!
- Various species of antelopes!
- An incredible variety of beautiful birds!
And many other fascinating animals along the way!
We genuinely never expected to encounter such an incredible diversity of wildlife during a safari lasting only four hours. It was far beyond our expectations!
Seeing these magnificent animals in their natural environment was an absolutely breathtaking experience. Every new encounter brought another wave of excitement, and we were constantly amazed by how much wildlife we were able to observe in such a relatively short period.
Another thing that made our experience so special was Eric's flexibility and patience.
Whenever we spotted an animal that we wanted to observe for a little longer, take more photographs of, or simply enjoy watching, Eric was always happy to stop and give us as much time as possible. We never felt rushed or pressured to move on.
He made sure that the safari was tailored to our interests and that we could fully enjoy every moment. His attitude made the entire experience feel incredibly relaxed, personal, and enjoyable.
It was also wonderful to experience the atmosphere of Nairobi National Park. We never felt surrounded by crowds of tourists, and having a private vehicle allowed us to enjoy the beautiful landscapes and wildlife in a peaceful and comfortable environment.
What impressed us most was how seamlessly everything came together, especially considering that the entire safari was arranged at the very last minute, with less than an hour between our initial request and the scheduled hotel pickup!
From the very first message to Kennedy until the end of our safari, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism.
We would particularly like to highlight:

What could easily have been an exhausting and boring layover in Nairobi became one of the absolute highlights of our trip.

You do not necessarily need several days to experience the incredible wildlife of Kenya. Even a short, well-organized safari can create memories that will last a lifetime.

Great People Made This Trip Even Better
This was our first safari in Africa, and we’re really happy we chose Edwin Safari!
We booked a private 6-day tour for three people, covering from Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and ended with two-day Masai Mara. I think the company did a great job planning the route. We got to experience different landscapes and see a great variety of wildlife along the way. Naivasha and Nakuru were definitely worth including in the itinerary.
The accommodation was another highlight. All the lodges were 4- to 5-star quality, with comfortable rooms and really enjoyable restaurants. Most importantly, we stayed inside the parks, which made the game drive experience easier. We were very happy with all the arrangements.
Our guide Jack was fantastic! He’s very experienced, always on time, and knows his way around the parks. We also noticed how friendly he was with other guides everywhere we went, which was really nice to see. We felt very comfortable and safe traveling with him for the whole trip.
We had some trouble with flight delays and delayed luggage at the beginning of our journey, but the team was very flexible and helped us adjust the arrangements. That really took a lot of stress off us, especially since it was our first time visiting Kenya. We got to meet Peter and Edwin when we got out of Nairobi airport.
What I also appreciated was that before they took us to the airport on the last day, Peter also came to meet us in Nairobi shopping mall because he wanted to hear how our trip went and if there was anything they could improve. It’s a small thing, but it says a lot about how much they care about their guests.
Overall, we felt very well taken care of from beginning to end. I believe a company that takes feedback seriously will only get better, and I really appreciate their attitude.

Incredibly committed and dedicated to our well being
Wakanda set up the perfect safari for us! They helped us get to the optimal schedule for our wishes and organized everything impeccably. Communication with the organizing team was easy and pleasant, both back home and once in Tanzania.
The safari itself was amazing (ngorongoro, southern / center / northern Serengeti) and our guide Bashir was the best! Would 100% recommend to book your safari with Wakanda.

Kevin was amazing !
They were very organized
Our guide Kevin was punctual and very knowledgeable. He was also flexible with our needs. If I needed to make additional stops or if we were running behind. We saw 1,000s of animals and kevin was very imformative. We got extremely lucky and saw the big 5 on our second day. We also saw a black rhino. This was because Kevin had much experience and knowledge and brought us to the right spots and communicated with other drivers.
Kevin was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable at all times.

Huge thanks to our safari organiser Lissa. She was incredibly patient answering all my questions about the itinerary, accommodation and meals. Everything was arranged perfectly.
Our driver-guide Burton was extremely professional. He shared tons of fascinating facts about wildlife and drove very smoothly and safely throughout the trip.
The other group members on our shared tour were all lovely and friendly. We had such an amazing time together.
