An Unforgettable Trip
When I was looking for a tour operator in Tanzania, my criteria was - Trustworthy, Mid Range(affordable) & Experienced.
My experience with Serengeti African Tours was really good. Right from the beginning, Namayani who was my coordinator, made me feel understood and recommended lodges, customised our requests to meet our expectations. I was able to find the right recommendations and shape it based on our expectations.
From the moment we reached Tanzania to our drop off, everything was perfectly managed and arranged by them. All transfers were arranged well. I do recommend asking all questions you want regarding inclusions, lodges, transfers because they are very transparent with everything.
I think the tour itself was truly wonderful. We did a city tour in Arusha because we reached a bit early, you may skip it because i felt a bit unsafe in the local market.
Bayona, was an amazing tour guide! He is so knowledgeable and fun, he teaches you about the culture, the animal behaviour, and it's always fun - he is very professional. He ensures you see everything you wish for and more on the trip, so you are in extremely capable hands with him.
I would highly recommend booking a tour with them. The lodges were great and we had an amazing time.

Perfectly organized, Kind and experienced Tour!
As a couple (ages 30 and 29), we had a very positive experience on our safari with this tour operator. A big thank you to the team at Big Cats Safari! We would recommend them to anyone! Making initial contact was very easy, and the customer service team was very helpful and responsive. We received replies very quickly.
The tour operator handled all the planning, so we just had to pay a deposit and then wait for the safari to begin.
The safari is very well organized, and the safari guide is very experienced and knows the area inside and out. In the morning, you drive to the national parks, where the guide picks you up and accompanies you. At noon, there’s a lunch that’s both delicious and generous. This also supports local businesses, since the packed lunches are sourced from them. The accommodations booked by the tour operator are very nice and well-located.
We found them through a recommendation and would highly recommend the tour operator, Big Cats Safari.

I hesitated quite a bit before choosing Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of their services and the professionalism of their driver-guides. As for value for money, I couldn't have asked for better.

Excellent organization and execution, many unforgettable moments.
We booked a five-day safari from Arusha to Kogatende. Although the planning and organization took some time, Rachel handled everything perfectly, and the entire trip ran smoothly. A big thank you to Rachel.
Our guide, Prosper, was available for us almost around the clock and made so many unforgettable moments possible; we highly recommend him—and a huge thank you to him as well.
Our five-day route took us from Arusha via Tarangire and the Ngorongoro Crater to Kogatende to witness the Great Migration. We had somewhat underestimated the driving times beforehand. Fortunately, however, we had decided in advance to fly back from Kogatende to Arusha; the drive would have taken at least another 12 hours. We highly recommend this option, especially since the flight itself is well worth it. Overall, it was a unique experience, though next time we would want to spend more time in a single location (the Serengeti would be our top pick).
Finally, a tip: definitely book a hot-air balloon ride—it is absolutely worth it!

What I was looking for
The JungleRoam safari team was awesome! They were super accommodating, allowing me to make adjustment to my schedule last minute and promptly answering any questions I had through the process.
For the tour itself, I had Johny as my guide who was excellent! He was super knowledgeable about the animals and was so good at spotting them before the other groups. We were lucky enough to be the first group who found a pride of lions eating a buffalo! Johny was the best, highly recommend him if given the choice!
