Well, the travel with your company was a great pleasure. Clean jeep, water available always. The most what I admire was the helpful and well-speaking English driver Tim. He has enourmous knowledge about places we visited and animals we saw. His ability yo drive a jeep let us see so many animals the other two jeeps' people did not see. As soon as I began the booking process, Peter called me to go over details and help solidify my plans for a half day safari in Nairobi National Park. I thought this was a great personal touch to planning our day. On the day of, Elvis picked us up exactly on time and was extremely knowledgeable. We learned a lot, and he was patient with all of our extra questions. He was very respectful of the animals as well and knew a lot about the history of the locations we visited. We had a lovely day seeing the park, the elephant sanctuary, and the giraffe center.
I read a lot of reviews on tours and this one matched a lot of what I was looking for, mainly looking for reliability as I was booking this all overseas. I highly recommend Peter and his team!

I booked a tour for me and my mom. I live in Asia and it is the 1st time we are going to Africa and 1st time using Africa Incoming. Using email and WhatsApp, everything went smoothly, from booking to payment to transfers to checking-in to finishing our 14-day tour. A little misunderstanding regarding payment of the day 1 safari but rectified quickly. Overall, we felt safe, secured, and all driver-guides were easy to talk with, also patient with us taking our time. They really organized the whole trip with highlights of Victoria Falls & South Africa. I thought I already saw a lot but found out there could be a lot more. I recommended them already to my relatives & friends. A lot have Africa on their bucket list. I also hope I can come back again. It's definitely worth it

We booked transportation only for three routes: from Nairobi Airport to Naivasha, from Naivasha to the Maasai Mara, and from the Maasai Mara back to Nairobi Airport.
Despite our flight being significantly delayed on arrival, he kindly adjusted to the situation without any problems. He was always punctual, honest, and completely reliable when it came to both scheduling and payment, so we never had to worry about anything.
The drives were long, but talking with him was genuinely enjoyable. Those conversations became one of the most memorable parts of our trip to Kenya.
He is not only an honest and trustworthy driver, but also a wonderful person. We have the deepest respect for him and are truly grateful for everything he did for us.
If you have any special requests or questions, I highly recommend sending him an email and asking. Trustworthy people like him are not easy to find, and we would recommend him without hesitation to anyone visiting Kenya.

Cars matter greatly. Hope the agency sends timely emergency updates, considering unstable network.
This 10-day private safari for our group of six was a fantastic unique experience. We chose all destinations on our own, and the agency offered competitive pricing.
Our car broke down on Day 1, yet the company promptly arranged a half-day alternative safari and provided a new vehicle the following day. Our guide Brian Lubia is outstanding. He used to teach animal science at university with abundant wildlife knowledge. Warm, thoughtful and helpful, he assisted the driver constantly, drove well and looked after our whole group carefully.
One area for improvement is communication and timely updates, especially during emergencies. Cell signal is spotty across most safari areas, making immediate contact difficult once unexpected issues arise. Faster proactive notifications would greatly help travelers.
Overall, We still highly recommend this tour operator and will book again on our next Kenya trip.
