Nica accommodation and service
The "tent" accommodation was much more comfortable than I would have expected (large tent with a bed and private bathroom) and the guide was very helpful and generous with his time, we spent much more than the allocated time in Masai Mara and had many great wildlife experience (even if the river crossing did not have any migration ongoing that day)

Everything was well handled from the Agents side.
Was a great experience, would like to have been informed about the amount of time that we would travel especially the transfers to the various accommodation places that were very far apart (3 hour drives). Worst was the guide that drove us to the park and in the park. Drove very recklessly on the main roads and drove to fast. Speed limit in the reserve is 40km and hour and at one point was driving a 100km. Was not at all knowledgeable about the animals, birds etc. Told us that a female ostrich is black? and could not identify an impala and told us it was a Gazelle? Did not ask what we would like to see as our interests are birds, animals, plants etc. his only concern was showing us Lion and was always in a hurry. Guide for the Park was my worst however the trip and all the places we stayed were amazing. For me Diani was my preferred place as the beach in Malindi was not nice at all with all the black coral not nice for swimming. Look out for all the curio sellers they are very much a problem. They are friendly but always in your face wanting to sell you stuff and they stand on the beach looking at you while you are sitting on the beach. Had a great trip and was a fantastic experience.

Above expectations
The communication was very excellent before the trip and even after the trip has finished. The operator insured we have arrived safely. Tindos made sure I had a good tour at Arusha in my free morning by taking me freely to visit the cultural art centre and exchanging great information about the Safari and the country. It was very lovely.

Great communication and well organized tour.
It was our first time visiting an African country so naturally we had a lot of questions. Michael has been of great support ever since we've contacted Bugoli adventures. He offered clear and prompt communication and flexibility to any of our needs and wishes. I believe he prepared a very balanced itinerary that was feasible but at the same time full so there was always a lot of adventure!
We were also very happy with our driver Bosco. We got along really well, as he was very friendly, funny and welcoming. He brought youthful energy which was just what we needed as we are in our early 30s. He took really good care of us and always made sure we were comfortable and well informed. Highly recommend him!
We took the budget version of accommodation and we have to say we were really pleasantly surprised - it didn't feel like budget, as the accommodation was of good level, not to mention the food that was very tasty and plentiful. All the accommodations took great care to accommodate us and our sensitive European stomachs :-)
On a general note, we would like to stress that Uganda is completely safe to travel, especially when you travel with an agency like Bugoli. There has been a lot of fuss regarding ebola this summer, and even though Uganda is now completely free of ebola already for a couple of months, even if there would be an outbreak, travelling with Bugoli made it safe, as the drivers and accommodations made sure you were always in low risk situations.

We spent five wonderful days exploring two of southern Tanzania’s most beautiful parks, Nyerere National Park and Mikumi National Park, enjoying an experience that will remain in our memories forever. Very good! I really enjoyed the safari.
The guides were professional and very nice.
We saw almost all of the Big Five and Ugly Five.
We only missed the wildebeest crossing because they didn’t cross that day.
Everything else was amazing 😊
