A company that provided exactly what I wanted, let me tweak things and provided an excellent guide
Having struggled to find a UK based company that did more than take people to Victoria Falls through Google I found Exec Travel, based in Victoria Falls. My first email was responded to quickly by their reservations consultant, Manuel. I would be travelling on my own, and having learned what I was after Manuel suggested their 9 day Zimbabwe Tour which covered all I wanted to do. I asked to add another day in Bulawayo (Railway Museum a must !) and some extra activities in Victoria Falls - I also wanted to start in Harare rather than Victoria Falls. These requests were added to the tour. I was happy. I kept in contact with Manuel throughout the process, sending the odd email every now and then. He always replied positively and conversationally rather than just 'office speak' type responses. As it got near to departure Manuel told me that he was going to leave the office and be my driver/guide. I was very pleased as we had got to know each other as much as you can over email. He met me in the arrival hall at Harare Airport and the road trip began. We clicked from day 1. The trip unfolded as expected, Zimbabwe proving to be as wonderful as I had hoped. However Manuel made the trip that much better. We got on so well, nothing was too much for him, he often did that little bit extra. We shared our life stories, we laughed, we suffered the 'difficult' road conditions together and the icing on the cake was in the evenings, as a solo traveller, rather than me eating alone he ate dinner with me, allowing us to laugh some more. The vehicle we used had WIFI, a welcome if unexpected surprise. The hotels were very good, the local guides used were of the highest quality. Was it value for money ? I have little to base an answer on ! I was happy with the cost of I wouldn't have gone ! Would I go back to Zimbabwe ? In a heartbeat. Would I use Exec Africa Travel again/recommend them to others ? Undoubtedly !

Great expirience, Beacon Safari always answer and absolve My questions The trip, accommodations, food, and value for money were all excellent. The game drives were fantastic; we saw more than we expected. Carlos is a great guide and an excellent driver.

Fantastic tour through Nairobi national park
My partner and I enjoyed a fantastic tour through Nairobi national park with David, our tour operator. We started the day at 7 am, and arrived quickly to the park from our hotel in Westlands. The check in at the park was smooth, as we did not have to buy the tickets ourselves. From that point, it only got better. David clearly knew the ins and outs of the park and the animals in there, and we had the opportunity to see lions, rhinos, giraffes, and more! Of course, we were told beforehand that seeing one animal or another depends on how lucky you are, but we definitely were :) David also helped for this, as he even didn't stop until we saw the horn of a rhino! We also appreciated the flexibility and a great recommendation for lunch at the exit, at a spot we were driven to. David also waited for us to bring us to our next destination! All considered, a 5/5 experience, highly recommended.

5 amazing days
We’ve done the 5days tour between Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti and it has been amazing!
We’ve seen all the big5 and so many other animal.
All the lodges/camps are really nice and well served and also the food both in the staying and in the lunch humpers is so good.
We have also done the air-balloon experience and it has been unbelievable.
A special mention to our guide Julias, he has been so nice, well-prepared and also incredible in catching all the animals. We will for sure recommend to all our friends!

Outstanding experience
Excellent experience. Communication was very smooth from day 1. Our guide Goodluck Lucas was very very competent, a safe driver, very experienced with the park and he knew a lot about all the animals we saw. We strongly recommend Lion King Adventures as we had an amazing experience!

Comfortable tour with lots to see
I had a great time with Saddam as my guide. The vehicle was comfortable and he knew all the places to see the animals. I would definitely recommend it.

The best safari tour with Big 5 and Ugly 5!
With tour Saddam, we completed out safari tour successfully, we watched most of the animal we have to in safari on the first day!
And Wilde nest hotel was cost and food was nice, we can stay comfort thanks to all cares by staff and out guide!
And the tour guide did his best to make us see animal as much as we want !! He is so processional!

Amazing trip throughout the pearl of Africa
Great organisation by SEMU Gorilla safari and tours before even reaching the country. Edinson was helpful and reply to all my questions within minutes via WhatsApp. Excellent communication throughout the process (regarding accommodation, activities, payment etc.).
We were awaited at the airport upon arrival by Edison who introduced us to Jimmy Mukasa our guide for the tour.
Jimmy was super dynamic from the beginning, explaining a lot about the country, the journey and the activities ongoing. We had a lot of fun with him, he was both professional and friendly. He made us discover the country from his local perspective, trying local food (we shared millet bread, matoke, kitafeeri, Enturire etc.). Jimmy was caring and made every demand possible. If you need something, Jimmy will make it happen !
I would 100% recommend both the organization and the guide.

Unforgettable.
I did 6 days budget safari in Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru and Amboseli. Everything was well organized and our guide John was amazing: knowledgeable, reliable, friendly. Thanks to him we saw so many animals and beautiful sceneries. He was always happy to answer our questions and meet our needs.
The only thing i would have done a bit differently was the third day, when you just go to Nakuru and do an optional short boat tour in lake Naivasha. I would have done the game drive in nakuru at sunset instead of the morning after, when you have to do already a lot of driving to go to Amboseli. But it was not a big issue.
In 6 days you will do two full day game drive, one in mara and one in amboseli, one sunset drive in mara, and two morning drives in nakuru and amboseli. The rest is just driving from one park to another. Parks are spread out and logistics in Kenya is not the best, but that’s not the operator fault.
The experiences you will live are so beautiful that whatever issue you might have goes away, and when you come back you will just want to do it all over again.

A truly amazing trip - Extra Miles is going the extra miles!
We booked a combination of safari and beach holiday through Extra Miles Unique Adventures, and I can honestly say: better is hard to imagine!
What we booked for us as a family of three (2 adults and our 13 year old daughter): private safari package for 2 nights in Amboseli, 3 nights in the Masai Mara and 1 week in Diani Beach, including all transfers (flights Amboseli-Masai Mara-Diani Beach and car transfer from Nairobi to Amboseli), accomodation, and a hot-air balloon ride in the Mara.
What we got: 2 weeks full of unforgettable experiences, amazing encounters and memories we’ll never forget.
From the very beginning, everything was just perfect – from the great advice and easy booking process (a big thank you to Winnie for taking such good care of us) to the fantastic support throughout the safari.
A special thank you to our guides Richard for the wonderful time in Amboseli and to Fred in the Masai Mara - he managed to spot even the most hidden animals – and he took us to an amazing Mara river crossing with hundreds of wildebeest. Absolutely unforgettable!
We also felt completely safe throughout the safari. The driving was excellent, and the safari vehicles were comfortable and well equipped, which made the transfer and game drives much more enjoyable. The choice of lodges was also spot on – great locations, beautiful places and a perfect fit for the overall trip.
The communication and organization throughout the whole journey were excellent. Everything worked smoothly, and we always felt well taken care of.
Keep doing what you’re doing! It’s clear that going the extra mile is part of your DNA! Highly recommendable!
