Great safari, but the organization didn't match the price paid
The safari experience was good, but unfortunately the overall organization did not meet our expectations. Despite having planned and confirmed everything months in advance, we experienced issues with the accommodations and other arrangements. Considering the price paid, we expected a much higher level of organization and service.

Unique Safari experience in Tanzania
Great Safari experience with Bavuma. Since the first contact Joshua conquered our trust with an accurate follow up planning our itinetary on step-by-step basis to accomodate our expectations and travel plans. The assistance was great during the whole process.
The Safari experience was awsome. Our guide, Alfa, was so kind and skilled spotting wildlife in all the parks visited (Arusha, Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro). We could admire the big five african animals. He had a very responsible driving in stressing and demanding roads.
The tour was as planned, including lodges and meals. The assistance during the Safari was excellent, very important in this type of experience. We had a once in the life journey and the opportunity to meet wonderfull people. Thanks Bavuma.

Amazing!
Josana Tours was absolutely the right choice for us! We went to Kenya and Tanzania on the 10 day trip. They were responsive and helpful when planning the trip in the beginning and once we were there everyone was kind, welcoming, and so helpful. Anytime there was a tiny hiccup our guides would immediately work to help work things out. Both of our guides were great! Our guide in Tanzania, Masunga, was especially knowledgeable and so kind! He brought his knowledge of ecology into the safari and went absolutely above and beyond every step of the way. We genuinely feel that we have made friends for life here and can't wait to return.
The only note I'd leave for people booking is to remember that this is wildlife, not a zoo. We heard other guides dealing with people complaining about not seeing exactly what they wanted, which we felt was very unfair when a guide can't just make certain animals appear or do something on command. My husband and I saw the most incredible animals every single day, but it is something we want to remind people of because it makes the experience that much more relaxing and exciting for everyone. The company and guides are welcoming us guests into their country and protected nature so its just as important to be respectful back ❤️
Overall, I would highly recommend booking with this company!

Unforgettable Safari with Nkollo Tours & Safaris – 5/5!
We had an amazing safari experience with Nkollo Tours & Safaris. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and since it was our honeymoon, they also arranged special surprises for us at the hotels, which was a really thoughtful touch.
A special thank you to our guide, Ringo, who truly made the difference. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate about wildlife. He had an incredible ability to spot animals and understand their behavior, always knowing where to go and when to wait for the best sightings.
Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five, as well as cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, zebras and many other animals. We were also lucky enough to witness the Mara River crossing, definitely one of the highlights of our trip!
We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire, and everything went smoothly throughout the safari. We always felt safe and well taken care of.
