Marvelous experience, thanks to Victor and Sammy
The journey is definitely out of expectation. I took my parents to the trip and chose the agency because Victor is one of the most patient, professional and responsive operator I have reached. I appointed some most popular hotels and knew it was hard to book, but Victor made it happen and almost all according to requirement details(although I wouldn't choose the one in Amboseli again as the view is mostly blocked). Our guide Sammy is a miracle, he is more than helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Not only managed to drive 4-8 hours per day, he knew all about the animals and the best place to find them（a little bit sad we didn't see wildebeest cross river, hopefully can see it the next time). Sammy is experienced and efficient, which makes the journey smooth and isolated from trivial things. I will definitely choose the agency again if it keeps this quality of service.

The safari they deliver is outstanding.
We have traveled over 1,500km in a Toyota Land Cruiser over the last ten days starting from the Kilimanjero International Airport near Arusha then on to Tarangire and Serengeti National Park and finally reaching the Mara River in northern Tanzania before visiting Ngorogoro Crater and Lake Manyara National Park on the return leg. This trip has been something I dreamed about after reading National Geographic magazine articles when I was a kid. It was an adventure that I can best describe as magical. There is something about the spirit of the people, the unbelievable beauty and contrast of the landscapes, the sounds of the animals at night from your tent, and the diversity of the wildlife that makes you feel truly alive. Our guide Libe Essau who works for Serengeti Smile is awesome. He is a fully bilingual tour guide professional with comprehensive experience who specializes in the Serengeti region and brings comfort and appropriate pacing to enjoy nature. His abilities to spot wildlife, provide information, keep us safe, know exactly where we are and where we are going, and drive a Toyota Land Cruiser are remarkable. Serengeti Smile has proven to us that they are among the best tour operators in Tanzania. Everthing they told us was factual and they absolutely delivered on all aspects of the safari. Plus they are a locally owned company based in Arusha. Both Libe and Serengeti Smile are highly recommended. We have traveled to many places including the Amazon, Galapagos, the Arctic, Costa Rica, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Mexico the name a few and this trip was one of the very best. There is no place quite like Tanzania!!!

Helpful and communicative
The tour providers were very helpful in the lead up answering all questions via WhatsApp. They briefed us at our hotel and kept our big bags safe for us in Arusha for 2 days so we could travel light. The accomodation and food was great!
Sinari, was absolutely the best. Showed us all the wildlife and made all our wishes came true.

Friendly Group and Incredible Wildlife
Joining this safari was the best decision of my Tanzania trip. I met travelers from different countries, and the guide quickly created a relaxed atmosphere where everyone felt included.
Tarangire was full of elephants, and I loved watching them move through the baobab trees while our guide explained their behavior. Lake Manyara added a completely different landscape with colorful birds and playful monkeys.
The Ngorongoro Crater looked like a natural paradise, and we saw lions, zebras, buffaloes, and many other animals within a short time. The camping arrangements were comfortable, the meals were tasty, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
I left with wonderful photos, new friends, and memories that still make me smile.

Serengeti Clarity was very helpful in planning our safari and accommodating our requests.
Serengeti Clarity was very responsive and helpful in planning our safari to Kenya and Tanzania and also helped us arrange some activities in Nairobi before our safari began. They provided us with excellent guides (Baslewis in Tanzania was SO knowledgeable about the animals, the birds, and the trees as well as an excellent driver and fun to be around!). All the staff are gracious and kind.

We had an amazing safari. included a wonderful lunch, the journey from Morogoro to Mikumi and back, and, of course, many wonderful moments spent with the animals.

Having been on a shorter safari in the past, I knew I wanted to return for a longer one to witness the wildebeest crossing. After some research with friends, we chose Serengeti Clarity based on positive reviews. They were very communicative, answering our many questions. If traveling to Africa (and Tanzania) is new to you then rest assured that Serengeti Clarity will be that trusted company that will put together an incredible experience at a competitive price point.
After researching, we decided to request Abdul Mhando as our guide because he seemed to have many successes in finding rare animals and especially the wildebeest crossing which was our main goal. A trip experience is so dependent on having the right guide and Abdul delivered big time! We saw the Big 5 up close multiple times and successfully witnessed the wildebeest crossing multiple times with the best view. Abdul is humble, helpful and experienced, often going out of his way to ensure we had the best experience.
I highly recommend Serengeti Clarity if you want to check off the safari on your bucket list. Requesting Abdul as our guide was our best decision.
