Amazing Guide and Great Safari Experience
I booked my safari through Jungleroam Safaris. Their communication was prompt and responsive, although some parts of the arrangement could be improved.
For example, the pick-up time for going to the office, making the payment, and meeting the rest of the group was not very well coordinated. My pick-up was late, which meant both I and the other group members had to wait. I also joined a balloon safari and had to wait quite a while for my guide to pick me up afterward. More precise coordination would make the overall experience smoother.
That said, our guide David was excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable, proactive, and punctual. He explained not only the animals we saw, but also shared interesting information about local tribes, villages, landscapes, animal behavior, and the ecosystem.
He was also very proactive in communicating with other guides and gathering information, which gave us more chances to see lions, cheetahs, and leopards. Thanks to his experience and effort, we were able to complete the Big Five and learn much more about the animals and their behavior during our safari.
Regarding the accommodation, it would be helpful if guests were reminded in advance to bring personal toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, and towels. A small light or headlamp would also be useful, as the tents can be quite dark at night.
Overall, I had a very good safari experience and would recommend Jungleroam Safaris, especially David as a guide, to anyone considering a safari.

Perfect experience
Booked my safari with Baby bird tours and it was a perfect, smooth and carefully planned experience (with a beautifully detailed itinerary). We unfortunately had to change our original planned date due to cancelled flights and there were so helpful in rearranging everything including our lodge accommodation.
We got a private tour so were able to tailor the safari to what we needed. Festus our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had amazing vision and was able to spot so many animals before we could which was an added bonus. We had lovely conversations about life in Kenya and it was truly a beautiful experience. Recommending them to my friends who wish to book safaris!

Unforgettable Days in Tansania
We spent our honeymoon on a private safari. 5 nights, 6 days
On the very first day, I was surprised with a bouquet of roses, and the tour was off to a great start.
Hotels: We received suggestions before the trip, and whenever we requested changes, they were handled without any issues. The hotels were good, and the staff was very friendly. The food was also good to very good.
Safari: We absolutely loved the safari! You should know that you’ll spend many hours in the car, but it was worth it. We were able to see all the animals we wanted to see.
Car: In the car, they provide soft drinks and beer in addition to water. However, the soft drinks didn’t last until the end—they weren’t refilled. The binoculars weren’t very good either—it’s better to bring your own. Otherwise, it was great and comfortable. The same goes for lunch, which was provided each day—it was good and filling.
Guide:
The guide was friendly and spoke English. He wasn’t very enthusiastic, though. Of course, he knows everything inside and out, but it seemed like he wasn’t enjoying his job as much anymore.
All in all, though, we can definitely recommend Mamnana. Everything went smoothly and we were completely satisfied.
The hot air balloon ride is a must-do. It’s worth it for everyone!!

Elias is a fantastic guide and driver, great knowledge and goes above and beyond a perfect trip.
The whole trip is very well organised from start to finish. Our booking process was easy and we were well informed both prior to and during the trip. Elias our driver and guide was superb, always on time and incredibly helpful. He made sure everyone was happy and would go out of his way to ensure we had the best experience. We felt very safe as he is an exceptional driver. A truly magical experience that is well worth every penny!

Fantastic.
We have just had the most magical 4 day safari. Elias our guide was outstanding.
His knowledge was incredible and I always felt safe in his hands on some interesting roads.
The vehicle was comfortable and well equipped with charging points so we could keep the cameras and phones constantly charged.
We stayed in 2 lodges and 1 tented camp - all were so comfortable and welcoming.
Elias always found the best spots for us to view the wildlife and scenery and made our trip an unforgettable experience.

We went on a two-day safari, and of course, the highlight was the game drives in the Jeep. We had a very experienced guide named Martin. What we particularly appreciated was the way he showed us the Selous National Park, always with great respect for nature and the animals, combined with a wealth of knowledge.
Kazungu is also a very careful and considerate driver.
We also highly recommend the boat safari, which we booked with the same operator the day before.
