Amazing experience
5/5

We booked the 4-Day Victoria Falls & Chobe NP Safari for Couples with Cuckoo Safaris and came away with some truly wonderful memories.

We really enjoyed the sunset cruise on the Zambezi. The scenery was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the lovely people looking after us on board made the evening even more enjoyable.

Victoria Falls was absolutely spectacular. Even though we visited during the dry season, the Falls were breathtaking and the experience exceeded our expectations.

A very special mention goes to Sunshine, our guide on the Zimbabwe side. She planned our route thoughtfully so that we could make the most of our time and enjoy the Falls at their best. She was warm, attentive and genuinely enthusiastic about making our visit special. Sunshine truly lives up to her name — she really is a ray of sunshine! ☀️

Seeing Victoria Falls from the air during the helicopter flight was another wonderful experience and gave us a completely different perspective of the Falls and the surrounding landscape. The views from above were spectacular. Our pilot was excellent and made us feel completely safe and comfortable throughout the flight. It was quite windy that day, but he handled the helicopter so smoothly that we barely felt it. It was a beautiful experience and one we would definitely recommend.

Our visit to Chobe National Park in Botswana was another unforgettable experience. The boat safari was particularly special, and we have to mention July, who was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, highly skilled and clearly knew the river and its wildlife extremely well. Because we were in a small boat, we were able to get incredibly close to the animals — at one point, we were less than two metres from a crocodile!

The most magical moment came when a group of elephants entered the water and crossed the river. July knew exactly where to position the boat, giving us an incredible view without disturbing the animals. Watching the elephants cross the Chobe River from so close was one of those moments we will remember for a very long time.

Our accommodation was comfortable and clean, and the room was tastefully decorated.

Overall, this was a wonderful experience and one we would definitely recommend. The one area where we feel there is room for improvement is communication with guests. We would have appreciated a little more proactive communication, particularly regarding the daily arrangements and pick-up times. For example, on one evening we had to contact the team ourselves to find out what time we would be collected the following morning, as this had apparently been overlooked. Similarly, before our arrival, we had not received any recent information about the arrangements, so the day before the tour we reached out ourselves to make sure everything was confirmed and that someone would be waiting for us.

These were relatively small details compared with the overall experience, but a little more proactive communication and a few additional personal touches would make an already wonderful trip feel even more seamless and special.

We returned home with beautiful memories of Victoria Falls, the Zambezi and Chobe. Thank you to everyone who contributed to our experience, and especially to Sunshine and July, who truly made it unforgettable. ❤️

A flawless Kenya trip
5/5

This trip to Kenya far exceeded my expectations, with rich local culture and breathtaking natural scenery.

Special thanks to the local ground team. From email coordination, early‑morning airport pick‑up and station transfers to daily scheduling, everything was punctual and dependable, putting me at ease right after landing.

Our driver put in tremendous effort on long drives. He had an exceptional eye for wildlife, and his insightful commentary focused on ecology and animal behaviour instead of just naming species.

All itinerary commitments were honoured: we visited every national park in the contract, and accommodation matched the agreed standards. As a solo traveller, I never felt lonely and made wonderful travel friends.

It was a flawless journey. I will highly recommend this agency to my friends.

Excellent service and expertise
5/5

Had an incredible 4D3N safari in the Maasai Mara where we saw the Big Five two days as well as some predators feeding. The guides were incredible at finding and getting us close to the animals and also possessed great knowledge about the animals themselves. Thanks to our guides Nicole and Kulet for making this an unforgettable experience.

It was the best experience that we could imagine
5/5

The combination journey between Zanzibar and Tanzania was the best decision ever. We started our trip in Zanzibar for two days, and after that, we flew to Arusha, Tanzania, where our safari adventure began.

While waiting at the Arusha airfield, we received a warm welcome with some beverages. After that, our safari guide, Temba (Richard), picked us up from the airport.

Our safari started in Tarangire National Park, where we spotted our first animals. After the game drive, we arrived at the camp. Everything was well organized, and we had the best time!

The rest of our safari took us to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Serengeti National Park, and the Ngorongoro Crater. We stayed in lodges and resorts within the parks, which was such a magical experience because you are literally sleeping among the wild animals. For example, we had hyenas and buffaloes nearby, and they were even walking through the camp. That was absolutely amazing!

Finally, a special thank you to our guide, Temba (Richard). You were the best guide we could have imagined. Your knowledge, hospitality, and kindness made our trip truly unforgettable. So, once again, thank you for everything!

Amazing guide Siya made our Serengeti and Ngorongoro trip truly unforgettable!
5/5

This was truly an amazing experience, from beginning to end. Everything was perfectly organized, communication was easy and reliable, and the value for money was absolutely fantastic. We felt welcomed and cared for throughout the entire trip.

Nakupenda Luxury Lodge was lovely: the accommodation was warm and comfortable, the staff incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious.

A special thank you goes to our guide, Siya, who was truly wonderful. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and always attentive to what we wanted. Thanks to his experience and trusted guidance, our three days in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater were simply unforgettable. We were incredibly lucky to see so many animals, including some very special sightings that we know are not guaranteed at all.

We are so grateful for these days and for all the care, kindness and passion that made the experience so special. We would absolutely recommend this tour and, above all, Siya to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari experience!

Rewarding and expertly led Kaokoland hike!

Kaokoveld Camino 2026!
I booked the Kaokoveld Camino as a single looking forward (with a little trepidation) to the group of strangers with whom I was to share this stunning experience. Ellen and her team: George, Ruben, Steve and Uno, made the group gel immediately. Meeting people like this is often the luck of the draw if no effort is made to make the group come together. Wild Cherry Adventures made a group of strangers into friends in no time simply by focusing on simple routines around camp and meals: eating restaurant quality food while wild camping greatly contributed to the sense of community. All we had to do was to walk approx 200 kilometres from Purros to Camp Syncro on the Kunene River. For those who've done the camino de Santiago the Meseta is often spoken of as a daunting task, in reality the 17 kilometres without easy access to water in northern Spain is nothing to the 200 kilometres in Northwestern Namibia, where endless expanses of space open the soul for more deep cleaning than the Meseta ever could. More a soulscape than a landscape the changing colours of the mountains and the plains, the wildlife and the fragrances of the shrubs and trees allow you to embrace the balm of nature, allow the lack of connectivity to internet to detox completely from the modern malaise of attention stealing apps. In the wild, your senses sharpen, your dreams in comfortable beds restore your sanity, and the outdoor facilities (shower and bush toilet) create a sense of luxury.
Just another mention of the food: the team caters for every type of allergy and preference. I am amazed at the quality of food, the standard of which was consistent throughout the trip. So much so I miss it so much. I have never eaten so well.
I also want to mention, that Ellen allows us to explore the landscape with just a few rules about looking out for each other and to respect the nature we travel through. Ellen's expertise is evident from the get go. I recommend Wild Cherry Adventures wholeheartedly and I am already planning on when to return to another of their caminos!

An Unforgettable Honeymoon Safari in Tanzania
4/5

We had an amazing 5-day private safari with Royal Tiger Tours and Safaris during our honeymoon, visiting Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

The highlight was seeing the Great Migration twice, including an unforgettable moment when a crocodile caught a wildebeest. Noel, our driver, and Juma, our Spanish-speaking guide, were excellent and made the experience even more special.

The only area for improvement was the vehicle. We had four flat tires during the trip, which made the already long drive to Northern Serengeti even longer. However, the team always handled the situation and found a solution.

Overall, an incredible experience, full of wildlife, beautiful landscapes and memories we will never forget. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable wildlife adventure! Highly recommend.
5/5

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Nature Excursion. From the very beginning, the communication was prompt and clear, making the booking process completely stress-free. The tour was highly reliable and perfectly organized. Our guide was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife. We saw so many amazing animals! Considering the top-notch service and the unforgettable memories we made, the value for money was excellent. I cannot recommend this tour operator enough. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime!
