Very professional , Quick responsive and careful
We were really surprised about the good service : the operator is always very fast to answer us with all our questions and solve little issues . The driver Ezechiel was very professional , explaining us a lot about the Big Five and other beautiful animals we saw. Really prepared guy and also careful and respectful about the rules of the Serengeti and the animals, also respectful for other tourists . We also loved the accommodations very much, the Mbuni tent camp is really a luxurious and peaceful stay. The Farm of dreams is a fantastic hotel where we felt just like royalties ! Everything beautiful with a big B! Thank you so much !!!!!

Amazing safari — ask for Eric
really made the difference were the guides: Eric and Luis were professional, kind and great company throughout the trip. Eric in particular was outstanding — very knowledgeable about the animals and the park, always attentive, patient and genuinely fun to travel with.
For Italian travellers: Eric speaks Italian, so if you want a guide who can explain everything in your own language, ask for him. Highly recommended.

Very human and well organised
Very good safari ! It will memorable everything was organised perfectly no disturbance no surprise no last minute changes ! It was really good ! We saw everything as we wish too all kind of wild animals and of course the big 5. The lodges and hotels was so confortable the vehicles was well equipped ! Professional and patient
We had a wonderful safari in Tanzania with Serengeti Smile. We saw the Big Five, cheetahs, and the wildebeest river crossing. Our guide, Sanare, was excellent—professional, patient, humorous, passionate, and very attentive. He was incredibly good at finding animals quickly. If you book with Serengeti Smile, definitely ask for Sanare. Our sales contact, Patricia, was also fantastic. She patiently revised our itinerary many times according to our requests, was professional and enthusiastic, and always replied very quickly. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable trip. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful trip and adventure. The guides and staff of Walking Stick Travels and Tours went above and beyond to make the trip incredible. I'm glad I chose to take a guided mobil tented safari option as opposed staying in lodges because we were submersed in nature. Camping in Botswana is not for the faint of heart but the staff really took care of me, from navigating rough roads and setting up the tent in record time, as well as making tasty meals. I had the experience of a life time and took amazing photos to prove it.

Flexible, perfectly prepared and reliable.
We had a three days Safari (starting in serengeti - from seronara airport - which I strongly recommend). The first day we saw four of the big five animals already! What a wonderful experience! A special word of thanks to our guide, Ezekiel. He was able to tell us a lot about the animal behavior and a lot as well regarding vegetation and the serengeti and Ngorongoro. He guided us to a Cheetah with four cubs, big lions families, leopards and so much more! Ezekiel was very entertaining, nice company for our three days. And what about the company? Very helpful and super quick in responding. We had questions before, during and after the Safari tour: and they were with is all the way. Example: One of us left here eye glasses on the Jeep. We realized this when we were back in Zanzibar; too late! But the Tour oparator, Nuhu, fixed the problem! The glasses arrived just in time at Zanzibar airport, so we went back home, extremely satisfied. With Setengeti Precious Safaris you will be assured of a unique experience!!
