Mahamudu Omar is a phenomenal tour-guide! His deep understanding and knowledge about animal behavior and wildlife made every drive special. We learned so much and felt incredibly lucky to have him by our side.
Our driver Mkali did a fantastic job! Navigating the rough terrain seemed effortless, and we always felt completely safe. Plus, they had a great eye for spotting animals and placing the jeep in the perfect place for taking good pictures.
This team made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Mahamudu and Mkali! 10/10!

No doubt this is the right choice! You will have an amazing experience and it will matter.
I was picked up in my hotel in Kigali (Rwanda) by Henry and Denis, and driven to Uganda through the Katuna border for the Gorilla tracking experience. I was traveling alone, and the agency took care of my gorilla permit, my hotel booking, my meals and every (private) transfer until I was dropped off back in Kigali. At every step I felt completely safe and taken care of by Henry and Denis who stayed with me the whole 3 days. They even bought me an adaptor and got me local cash to buy crafts. They waited for me and cheered when I came back from my Gorilla tracking hike. We had an great time together driving through the incredible sights Rwanda and Uganda have to offer.
Henry and Denis also took me to see the work they do in their community with part of the money earned by the agency. Henry's wife, Daisy runs Heart 2 Heart, a school for little kids that live in the area around the Bwindi National Park. The kids not only get educated, but also fed. As it is the only place where they can get 2 meals per day. Denis also works at Jungle Java, a coffee shop that also supports the community by giving access to a source of income for the parents.
I was able to meet the kids, see the classrooms and have a delicious cup of coffee while appreciating the amazing work this people are doing for their community. I also was able to get a guided walk around the village of the Batwa tribe and see how they used to live inside the Bwindi forest.
I cant recommend this enough. Not only you get to have your amazing travel experience; you also get to make it matter and have an impact on the lives of these amazing people.

An incredible safari experience from start to finish! We had an incredible 8-day safari with Axis Africa, and from the very first day, everything was exactly as promised. The organization was excellent — all transfers were on time, the itinerary was perfectly planned, the accommodations were great, and everything ran smoothly throughout the entire trip.
But what really made this safari special was the quality of the experience itself and, above all, our amazing guide and driver, MIMI KELVIN.
His knowledge of the parks and wildlife was outstanding. MIMI KELVIN knows exactly where to go, what to look for and how to read animal behavior. Whether it was spotting animals hidden in the bush, finding the best locations or explaining what we were seeing, his experience and knowledge were obvious.
What impressed us even more was his genuine passion and commitment. It was clear from the beginning that he truly loves what he does and really wanted us to have the best possible safari. He was attentive, patient, professional and always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment.

Once in a lifetime tour with a fantastic company
We had the most wonderful safari with Edwin Safaris. We literally cannot thank you enough for the experience. It was one of the best experiences of our life.
Peter was incredibly patient with us, helping us select hotels and answer any questions we had. He was organised and responded to messages quickly. He made the safari to suit our budget without hampering on the quality. He was so helpful, so friendly and so attentive.
Lonick, our tour guide, was fantastic. He toured us around masai mara, lake nakuru, lake naivasha and amboseli which was a LOT of driving but he still remained so energetic and upbeat. He had so much knowledge about the animals and knew all the best spots to find the animals we wanted to see. We were lucky enough to see so many lions, a leopard and a servil at masai mara - all because of Lonick. He was just the best tour guide we could’ve asked for.
Edwin Safaris were amazing from start to finish. You will not regret booking with them!

Another superb safari with the Luxury Safari Company
Yet again we had a wonderful trip. This time it was to South Africa and Zimbabwe and Rose had listened to our preferences and recommended the perfect safari lodges. This was our fourth trip with Rose and probably our seventh safari (the first three before we discovered the Luxury Safari Company). The lodge in South Africa was Loapi / Tswalu, a little unusual as it is is a very small camp (6 suites) where each "home" is a self-contained suite complete with private butler and chef and vehicle with guide and tracker, in a huge private reservation in the Kalahari. The terrain is fairly dry so the game density is lower than in many game parks but this makes for a much more interesting experience as the tracker does a superb job of finding the game (lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, rhinos etc). We used the photographich vehicle and had a photographer guide which helped us get some great images. Being able to get out of the vehicle to stand a few yards from a family of cheetahs and watch them set off on a hunt was an extraordinary priviledge.
In Zimbabwe we stayed at Singita Pamushana, a much more verdant environment rich in game . We saw the big five (both white and black rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard elephant) and wild dogs in one day! The camp itself is extremely comfortable with excellent food and wine and the service is superb. A day-long expedition to Great Zimbabwe was well worth the time .
As usual Rose 's team did an excellent job with the logistics for flights and transfers and everything worked perfectly.
Highly recommended though Loapi may not be the best lodge for a first time safari. We will be back for another safari with Rose soon.
