We had an amazing experience with Jambo Masai Tours and thoroughly enjoyed our safari from start to finish. Everything was well organised and the whole trip was an experience we’ll never forget.
A special mention has to go to our driver and guide, Joshua, who was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and the different areas we visited. He always made sure we were comfortable and put a lot of effort into helping us get the best possible sightings. We felt completely safe and looked after throughout the safari.
The safari itself was incredible and exceeded our expectations. We saw so much wildlife and made some amazing memories. We would definitely recommend Jambo Masai Tours, and especially Joshua, to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

An unforgettable experience
Our experience with Hermosa Life far exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly attentive and helpful, patiently answering all our questions and making sure we felt completely comfortable and prepared for our trip through Rwanda and Uganda.
Their support went far beyond what we expected from a travel agency. When we had problems with our airline, they were there to help us. They picked us up at the airport and took us back at the end of the trip, and everything in between was wonderfully organized. The hotels, meals, activities, and tours were all excellent and made the entire journey truly unforgettable.
A very special mention must go to our guide, Gordon. He is simply a wonderful person. He welcomed us every day with a smile, was always kind, patient, and ready to help, and somehow managed to solve every situation that came our way. Everywhere we went, Gordon seemed to know someone — and everyone seemed genuinely happy to see him. That says a lot about the kind of person he is.
More than just an excellent guide, Gordon became an important part of our experience in Rwanda and Uganda. His warmth, knowledge, good humor, and ability to make everything run smoothly made our trip even more special. He is definitely someone we will miss and remember with great affection.

A fantastic Kenyan safari experience
We had a truly wonderful trip through Kenya. The country is beautiful, the people are incredibly kind and welcoming, and we saw so much amazing wildlife and nature.
A special mention must go to our guide, Justus, who was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge of the parks, animals and birds was impressive, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He was a wonderful companion throughout the trip and did everything he could to make our experience as enjoyable as possible.
From the safari to our stay at the coast in Diani Beach, we had so many unforgettable experiences — including seeing dolphins up close and amazing snorkelling at Kisite Marine Park.
We would like to thank Jacqueline for organising such a wonderful trip and, above all, Justus for making it so special. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to discover Kenya!

Good prices but with a good quality
We booked a tour (Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli) for 8 days. We were in a private in a Jeep with Peter as guide. Everything was well organized (pickup, hotel, meals, water, park tickets...) The price was really affordable for the level of services we have got. Before the tour the communication with Jungle Roam was clear. The only improvement I would suggest is on the payment, I think there is an opportunity to share the company bank details to be prepared in advance. We saw many animals and great landscapes. Peter our guide knows his job and wasn't going to close to wildlife and turning off the car when we stopped to observe. A big thanks for this and the moments we shared together.

Smooth operation, very professional
Hyrax Safaris was able to accommodate for a short-term request for a 3-day (2 nights) safari trip from Nairobi to Maasai Mara (Fig Tree Camp). The pick-up was on time and smooth. The driver, Dan, went all out, to get us on time to the park even though there was blocked traffic on Mai Mahiu road.
Dan seems to have a sense for the big cats of the Mara and we had the pleasure to witness feasting lions, elegant cheetahs and a prowling leopard.
