We booked 7 days 6 nights trip covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha & Amboselli. The trip was well organised, thoughtfully curated, and safe. Right from the beginning we received prompt and reasonable suggestions from Cynthia, our tour manager. Special mention and credit goes to Raymond, our guide cum driver without whom this trip would not be as enjoyable as it was. He is knowledgeable, caring and cheerful person and a lucky charm for us as we could see all animals & birds that we wanted to see in this trip. I think our guide is very patient. In the Masai Mara, he basically drove from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every day, and he almost took us to see all the Big Five that we wanted to see. We often call him "Tribon with eagle eyes" because of his sharp eyesight. Moreover, he always keeps the interior of the car spotless—so clean that it's like water. He's neither overly enthusiastic, which would make you feel pressured, nor too cold, which would make you hesitate to ask him about animal knowledge.It’s so lucky to have him as my first safari guide.

Our safari went far above anything we ever dreamed possible. Our AMAZING GUIDE Suma was well spoken and extremely knowledgeable on all things Africa ie animals, plants, history and the National Parks in general. Mix in his wit and humor and we had so much fun! The safari hit all the hot spots we were hoping to see and more. We had multiple lodging locations that differed in many ways and we fully embraced these differences. Our travel advisor Mickey was so easy to work with band dealt with our changes seamlessly.

Serengeti Smile took such wonderful care of us. Walter as our guide was 10/10. We always felt safe, setting up the trip was straightforward, planning what we wanted to see was flexible. All the lodges they selected for us and with us made for a complete experience we will never forget.
We first went to the Serengeti, and saw more animals that we would have wver hopes for: cheetahs, cheetah cubs, lions and packs of lioness with cubs, leopard with a kill, lioness with a kill, elephants and giraffes 10 feet away, hippos, zebras, jackals, crocodiles and more wildebeest than we could count.
