Overall: absolutely fantastic company that catered to my changing mind very easily and I couldn't be happier. I'll go into detail about the tour operator and my guide.
Having discussed with Pilly the tour operator over WhatsApp my two day safari in the udzungwa mountains from Dar, which is already not the most common package available, she helped me cut cost to what was affordable to me. Later during the holiday I decided last minute on the night before my second day that I wanted to extend my trip to include a safari at mikumi. The next morning this was arranged, confirmed and paid for. I couldn't be happier.
My guide, Willy was a fantastic, welcoming, fun and informative guide. Im udzungwa he helped arrange multiple things including meals and multiple guides as well as keeping them happy. At mikumi he showed a wealth of knowledge of the animals, used his connections with the other guides and rangers to help locate the animals and had no trouble maneuvering the car over very tough terrain whilst simultaneously giving me the best angle to take photographs, all whilst having fun and a good time.
Special mention regarding the accommodation and food organised by the company:
Camp lilac at mikumi was by far one of my favourite safari/national park accommodations I've been to. Its still new and a bit further away from the national park but I adored the accommodation itself, really elegant large tents that have hardwood flooring with fantastic and very clean amenities. The rooms were so elegant and simple i loved it. They're currently building what I think will be a lobby of sorts or an eating area but for now I got to eat outside with a great view of the uluguru hills.
Where Willy took me and the guide for the udzungwas for lunch was by far the best meals I've had on safari. Often safari accommodation try to imitate western food for the western palate and whilst I understand it, I kind of hate it. This place had fantastic good samaki makange na wali na maharagwe and I LOVED it and their chicken was fantastic too.
Thank you so much for a fantastic time and my final message is if you like monkeys please do go to udzungwa and if you want to see the sanje mangabey id recommend doing two days at udzungwa and go on the njokamoni trail the morning of the second day.

At the beginning three was some stress, as we the Agent was not sure to get tickey to the orphanage center and the driver was 30 minutes late.... Finally all worked well. During safari I saw all kind of animals, including lions, zebras, rhino etc... the visit to the orphanage center to baby elephants and rhinos was great. As indicated , twice I had to tip guides (10$). Overall a nice day in Nairobi!

We had a wonderful time with Moafrika tours at Pilanesburg national Park, we saw animals at nearly every turn, including a leopard, which is very difficult to spot at Pilanesberg National Park. Even our Braai was amazing. Highly recommended

best choice ever
Our safari trip was amazing from start to finish. Every day was a well-planned adventure, and we were even lucky enough to witness the Great Migration passing - a true highlight of the journey. The car was comfortable, and the accommodations were great; we never felt like anything was missing and had everything we needed throughout the trip.
A huge part of what made it so seamless was our guide, David. He is experienced, a great driver who made us feel safe at all times, and incredibly knowledgeable about every animal and bird. Beyond his expertise, he’s just a genuinely warm and friendly person who is easy to chat with.

It was great safari. Even though we had a family emergency and had 4 days only. We had made use of 4 days maximum and enjoyed masai mara, naivashi, nakuru. Anthony was there with us and was good.

The safari in Tanzania was absolutely amazing.with an abundance of diverse animals to see.
Our tour began at Arusha Farmhouse. The accommodation was excellent. From there we took a 6 day safaris taking in Narangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Manyara national parks. We stayed at Suricata Bonda lodge, Farm of Dream lodge and Land of nature camp. All of which were of a high standard and very comfortable. Our driver was first class and went the extra mile to give us an unforgettable experience. We saw an abundance of wild life including the big five in diverse landscapes. It was a never to be forgotten experience.

A Flawless Family Adventure
Our 8-day family adventure from Kenya to Uganda was absolutely memorable. We arrived at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport early, excited to start our safari.
Our guide, Joseph, warmly welcomed us to Magical Kenya before we proceeded to the Giraffe Centre in Lang’ata. Hand-feeding the endangered Rothschild giraffes from the raised platform was an unforgettable highlight for the whole family!
After 2 incredible days in the Masai Mara, we flew from Nairobi to Entebbe International Airport to begin the Uganda portion of our trip with Andrew as our second guide. In Uganda, we visited Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for a thrilling, once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience.

An unforgettable first safari experience!
A special thanks to our driver and guide, John Mwangi. He was very kind, attentive, and always made sure that everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. He was also excellent at finding animals and choosing great viewing spots during the game drives.
Everything was well organized, and all the hotels were exactly as booked. The accommodations were comfortable and in good condition, so I had no issues throughout the trip.
I traveled to Kenya alone as a female traveler, and I felt safe and well taken care of during the entire safari. I would definitely recommend Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris to other travelers, including solo female travelers.
One small tip for future travelers: game drives can get very dusty, so I highly recommend bringing a good protective face mask, like the ones we used during COVID. It will make the drives much more comfortable.
I actually bought a camera specifically for this trip, and after experiencing the safari, I have absolutely no regrets! It was such a memorable experience and a wonderful introduction to Africa. I would happily recommend this company to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

We were very happy with our safari in Tanzania. Before the safari, the company met with us in person, went through all the details with us, and we knew exactly what to expect.
Throughout the whole trip, they were very reliable and professional. They always kept to the agreed times and arrived on time, which we really appreciated. Our guide was very helpful and patient. He answered all our questions and was happy to explain interesting facts about the animals and Tanzania.
We went on safari in Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro, and we also visited Materuni Waterfalls. The whole trip was very well organized, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout.
