Happy safari journey
Communication is key for me when traveling, and Jungleroom Safaris excelled here. They replied to my emails quickly and were very transparent about costs and logistics. When we arrived, everything was exactly as promised—no hidden surprises. The team is very professional, as well as our guide Peter. If you are looking for a reliable operator who delivers exactly what they promise, look no further.

Perfect adventure in Kenya
Jungleroom Safaris tailored the experience perfectly for us. The driver was incredibly patient and friendly, answering all our endless questions about the flora and fauna. The lodges they selected were safe and comfortable. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. Thank you for making our holiday so special!

Excellent planning with balanced mix of accommodations and excellent knowledge of the country.
Our much anticipated 10 day trip to Namibia did not disappoint, thanks to the excellent planning of Prev, our expert guide and driver, covering the Skeleton Coast in the South up to Etosha National Park in the North. We drove through remarkable landscapes and experienced extraordinary animal sightings.
Prev’s timing was spot on for stops for breaks and lunch at places with good food and clean facilities. He planned a balanced mix of accommodations from fabulous 5 star luxury hotels to more standard accommodation.
Prev’s long experience and knowledge was evident answering all our questions and responded well for photo opportunities.
He was well organised and efficient at handling all the bureaucracy at park entrances and with the necessary stops for dealing with the inevitable issues with flat tires and refueling, so that no time was wasted.
This made for a wonderful 10 days of adventure and we would be pleased to recommend PEA Safari Tours to our friends.

Warmth & hospitality second to none
Our stay at Kusudalweni was amazing. From start to finish, we felt so welcome. Mumsie, Sipho, Mary, Sam, Colleen, Chris and the whole team were incredible, and it's clear what a close-knit group they are. Sam and the team have built an amazing establishment. The kids were sad to say goodbye to Mumsie, who was so warm and lovely and we were sad to leave too.
The food was outstanding and the service was great. Our daughter is a picky eater, and the chef was always open and accommodating, happy to whip up something different.
Our room was serviced every day to a high standard. They came in while we were out, then again in the evening to turn down the beds and set up the mosquito nets. The mini bar was restocked daily. The outdoor shower was sensational, we hardly used the indoor one. We also used the jacuzzi on our balcony several times, which was lovely and warm and perfect for sore muscles after a few busy days. The day spa massages were a treat and the gym was basic but fine for a treadmill session.
We changed up our itinerary a few times because of jet lag and the kids struggling, and it was never too much for the team. They made it work and offered helpful suggestions. One small suggestion: a bit more detail on what each activity involves would help. Before we arrived we sent through our desired activities and weren't sure what "Jessica the Hippo" experience was and almost skipped it, but it ended up being one of our top three activities, so we're glad it was recommended.
We're so glad we went with Jolene at safari.com's recommendation. The lodge is about an hour from Kruger and Manyeleti, which was very manageable, and everything was seamless.
We don't regret booking for a second and highly recommend Kusudalweni to anyone visiting the area.

Simply amazing!
Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the very beginning to the very last day of our trip.
The organization of our Kilimanjaro climb was perfect. We were lucky to have an amazing team around us: everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, welcoming, and always available. They made us feel at home from the very first day and made the whole experience even more special and unforgettable.
The adventure continued with an incredible safari, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Jackson. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but also funny, kind, and always available to answer our questions and make sure we were enjoying every moment.
This trip exceeded our expectations in every way. We are truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and warmth we received throughout the entire journey.
A wonderful experience that we will remember forever. Highly recommended!

Reliable, excellent value for money
We've done 7d lemosho between 08-14.09.
There were 5 of us (climbers) and the crew size was 23:
- 15 regular porters
- 1 tent porter
- 2 summit porters
- 1 waiter
- 1 cook
- 2 side assistant guides (Conrad & Mwana)
- 1 head guide (Isack)
The quality of rented equipment could be better. Some zippers in sleeping bags failed, but that was expected. In general it's good idea to bring as much of your own stuff as possible.
If I'd do this next time, I'd consider chip-in for chemical toilet. Public toilets were more challenging than the majority of the trek (except for summit night:D)
The food was OK, shoutouts to John!
The only time we felt little hungry was the summit night. We lacked some extra snacks and tea but it's fine.
Guides and porters did a good job. There was a fire otw to shira 2 camp and we managed to walk it around.
We didn't have troubles in communicating our daily needs.
The only uncomfortable part was the tipping ceremony.
As young adults we precisely calculated our trip budget given information from Charlie.
The information we got was that expected rate is 15% of the total cost per person. This is what we prepared, even a bit more cause we really appreciated the work of the crew.
1 hour before the ceremony we got information that there are presumably minimal rates based on the role of crew member. Taking those into account would mean 21% which is quite a big increase.
As an anti-fan of tipping in general, I assumed it was a rip-off trial, but turns out in other agencies it's the same thing. It's just not transparent, because then it's easier to manipulate the customer.
To support this claim, consider the fact that amounts you give are read out loud in front of the whole crew during the ceremony...
We ended up giving something in the middle which was seen rather unfavorably:/
I do not come from the wealthiest country in the world and I'm against such shady practices.
