We were a group of four and had an absolutely wonderful safari experience with Serengeti Smile. The pre-trip communication was clear and prompt, and everything was well-organized as promised. Our driver-guide was extremely professional, experienced and passionate about wildlife. He knew exactly where to find animals, and we successfully saw the Big Five during our trip. The vehicle was comfortable and well maintained. Great value for money, we highly recommend this tour operator for your Tanzania safari!

We had a wonderful safari experience with Serengeti Smile in Tanzania. Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and the whole trip was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.
A special thanks to our guide, Sam. He was very experienced, professional, friendly, and patient. He had an excellent eye for spotting animals and always seemed to know where to look. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, we were able to see a wide variety of wildlife and enjoy many unforgettable moments during the safari. He also shared lots of interesting information about the animals and the national parks, which made the journey even more enjoyable.

Had a fantastic time! It was very well organised and everything happened on time and had even better experiences than we expected. Gorillas was definitely something we will remember for the rest of our lives. Could not believe we got so close. Also food was very tasty. Only wish we could stay for longer.

Unforgettable experience
This safari tour was amazing thanks to our guide Jordan ! 🦁 We visit Serengeti and Ngorondongo parks and saw so many animals. The organisation was very good before, during and after the tour. The chef cook so well, special mention for the crêpes! We thanks all the team and our guide Jordan for this unforgettable tour and all the memories created.

Brilliant and knowledgeable
Adam was our tour guide for the safari to Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro conservation area.
Adam is brilliant and patient and very knowledgeable about the surrounding and wildlife. Not only we spotted all big 5 ( including Leopard multiple times on consecutive days) Adam guided us to even beautiful small birds (e.g. Lilac). The safari would not have been so wonderful without his guidance. Thanks again for the amazing time we had.

Great experience with Kisaza, doing a turnkey short safari and Kilimanjaro climb.
I did a lot of research to identify Kisaza as being an attentive, reasonably priced safari and Kili climb travel company. Steven was great to deal with in booking as our numbers changed often, together with what we wanted to do. Steven arranged for airport pickups and transfers, accommodations before and after our 3 day safari, and the all the details regarding our Machame route 7 day climb. Amazing crew of guides (MJ, Ezekiel, and Papa), cook and porters (total of 25) took all 6 of us successfully to the summit (5 in our 60s and 1 in 30s). We had plenty of food (too much was the battle cry every meal) although some dough for pizza and pigs in a blanket was welcome on day 4. Everywhere we stayed was 2-3 star as we were just 6 guys, but we could have upgraded the lodging if our spouses had come (as I'd done about 8 years previously).
Overall a great experience and recommend Kisaza wholeheartedly.

Timan was great
Great guided tour, great landscape, we have seen 2 lions, rhinos, elephants, . The food was great as well.the weather was nice, not too warm or hot.
