Amazing safari, very unforgettable
Our driver Sanare is exceptional. His driving made us feel completely safe, and his incredible ability to spot hidden animals took our experience to the next level. He was also super flexible and took great care of us when we adjusted our schedule for an early start.
Also Francisca support us a lot before and during our safari! She was warm, super responsive on messaging apps, and answered all our questions instantly, keeping us completely at ease.
Highly recommend them for a worry-free safari!

Great experience!
We had 6 guys (5 over 60) and Kisaza got us to the top of Kilimanjaro. The guides Michael, Ezekiel and PaPa were great and keep us on a plan and pace that ensured we reach the top. The support staff and porters were amazing in providing everything we needed. Everyone one in the group were very friendly and kept us at ease and confident we could make it to the top. We had an amazing experience and recommend the operator with reservations.

Boaz was our guide. He made this safari excellent. We saw the big five and lots of good views, excellent migration and knowledge as well. Boaz is enthusiastic and experienced and patient. Strongly recommend!

An exceptional safari company delivering an unforgettable experience with outstanding service.
From our very first contact with e-Trip, the service was excellent. Ben was incredibly responsive and took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our trip, including the animals we hoped to see and the type of experience we were looking for, before putting together a tailored itinerary.
I had plenty of questions and ideas of my own, and Ben patiently talked through all of them, explaining the pros and cons of different options. After a few tweaks, we had the perfect itinerary. The communication remained excellent throughout, with Ben answering all our questions about the safari and Tanzania and Zanzibar generally.
Once we arrived in Tanzania, the great experience continued. The Researcher Rest in Arusha was a fantastic base to start the safari from. Our guide, Alladin, was a star from the outset, even helping us get our bags to us after they missed a flight connection.
Alladin was an outstanding guide throughout the safari — incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, a safe driver and with a great sense of humour. With more than 16 years' experience, there wasn't anything he didn't know and was very happy to answer our endless questions. He went out of his way to make sure we had no stresses or worries and was a major part of what made the trip so enjoyable. He also made sure we got to see everything we wanted to see - even with the unpredictability of nature.
All of our hotels were excellent: clean, comfortable and with friendly, welcoming staff. All the transfers and internal flights went without a hitch, making the whole trip feel incredibly well organised.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience with a genuinely tailored itinerary that didn't cost much more than an off-the-peg itinerary from a major UK travel company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend e-Trip to anyone looking for a safari in Tanzania.

Geeman - The king of the jungle
Geeman - our tour guide was thoroughly familiar with the terrain, the geography and the animal habitats. He knew where to head next - one surprise after another.
We saw ostriches mating, lion and lioness cavorting (didn’t just jump into action), and an elephant mom eating up a bunch of tree branches with her mouth wide open!
Geeman even knew names of various bird species.
And the group was very friendly and helpful to each other. 5 different countries represented in the group!

Just one small suggestion:
Provide a longer lunch break on the second day - maybe drop people off at their hotel for a couple hours.
The day was long, and the noon sun made it very hot.

His love and respect for wildlife were obvious in everything he did, and he always showed great care for the animals. He also completed every activity on our itinerary to a very high standard—game drives, transfers, and all scheduled experiences were handled smoothly and professionally. Thanks to Jackson, our safari was safe, informative, and unforgettable. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a conscientious and caring guide.
The travel agency also communicated very well with us throughout the process.
The only areas we hope Morning Star can improve are: conducting thorough vehicle checks before departure to avoid possible breakdowns, and providing better cooling and sun protection inside the vehicle in the future to enhance the overall travel experience. These improvements would make the trip even better.
