Ken asked us regularly what animals and sights we wanted to see! He interacted with us regularly making sure we were enjoying the tour, and was very fun with his jokes.
We were provided with an Amazing lunch, and there was always water available to us.
We left on time, and Ken made sure to get us an up close picture. Would say it was definitely worth the price we paid!

I had a great time on this safari! We got to see 4 out of 5 of the big 5 animals. We also saw some very cool action moments with lions! Our driver, Ken Ngamie, was determined to show us everything we wanted to see.

Great service, great tour operator
Serengeti wakanda is a great tour operator! They take care of everything, meaning that everything feels effortless.
We first climbed the Kilimanjaro and afterwards we went on a safari with this company. The team for the Kilimanjaro trek took amazing care of us! Our guides Zakayo and Joshua were great, the made us feel very much at ease. They helped us with every step along the way. The rest of the team were very good as well, preparing all the food that we needed, carrying all the gear and making us feel at home! All in all, this trek was an amazing experience, which they have made possible. A big thank you from us for all that you have done and ensuring that we made the summit.
After the trek it was time to go on a safari, again everything was taken care of, so we were picked up by our guide on time and everything was clear before we started. We went on a safari for 7 days, accompanied by our guide Zephania. Our guide was great, he has a great feeling how to position the car so you can get great photographs! There is no need to tell him where to go, because he already knows what a good position is and brings you to that position. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions (there were many!). He knows not only about nature, but also gave us great insight in the daily life of Tanzanians and shared a lot about the culture of the Masai. Thank you very much Zephania!
During our trip, Aishwarya checked in every now and again and asked if everything was going well, this was also very nice!
To conclude, we highly recommend booking tours (both Kilimanjaro and Safari tours), they take very good care of you. All the accommodations were very nice, they ensure that you have a good experience and have very good guides that work there.

Reliable, flexible and helpful, with excellent communication and great service.
I had a great experience with Lupeta Safari Tours, especially because of their excellent communication and flexibility. They always replied very quickly on WhatsApp, were easy to reach whenever I had questions, and always tried to find a solution that worked for me. My wishes were taken seriously, and everything was organised according to our arrangements. There was one small issue with a transfer driver who could not find my accommodation, which meant I was at risk of being late for my ferry. However, Lupeta reacted immediately and was even willing to cover the additional cost of a Boda-Boda if necessary to make sure I would not miss it. This really showed me how much they cared about making everything work smoothly.
The safari itself was an unforgettable experience. We visited Nyerere National Park, and our guide was very friendly snd knowledgeable. He explained a lot about the animals and nature and always stopped whenever I wanted to observe the animals more closely. We were lucky enough to see lions, elephants, giraffes, crocodiles, hippos, hyenas and many other animals. We did not see a leopard, but that is simply part of nature and something no safari operator can guarantee. We did have an issue with the vehicle at the beginning, as the engine would not start, so we waited about an hour for another vehicle. In the end, we continued with the engine running, and this did not take away from the amazing experience. The vehicle was otherwise comfortable and the safari was very well organised. The safari day and the boat safari were definitely the highlights for me. Considering that private transfers from the ferry to the national park were included, I also found the value for money good. I would definitely recommend Lupeta Safari Tours and would book with them again.

Excellent service with no hassles and a perfect driver cum guide
One of the best tourist service I have experienced till date in a foreign country. Everything was perfectly planned and executed by the Africa incoming team. No issues or last minute changes. Very responsive for any doubts.
Most favourite part was the vehicle they provided and even better was Mr. Faldie, our driver. A true gentleman and excellent knowledge about Africa and its culture. Very caring towards our family and especially kids. 5 star rating to everyone involved from Africa incoming in executing our trip
