amazing safari experience!!
A huge thank you to Gilmag Safaris! They took care of our booking carefully starting from June, recommended great itineraries and lodges for us. They responded quickly even with time difference. Everything was well-coordinated and flexible to adjust during the trip. We felt safe all the time and had an amazing safari experience!
I’d especially highly recommend our amazing guide Max. We were usually back at the hotel by around 4PM every day thanks to his incredible efficiency. On our first safari day, we spotted three of the Big Five; the second day, four. We saw the cheetah on the second-to-last day, and finally tracked down the leopard on our last day to complete the full Big Five. Max was almost always among the first to spot them! What matters most is you can truly feel his genuine passion for wildlife. During the Mara River Crossing, he didn’t push forward aggressively. Instead, he found us the perfect viewing spot at a proper, respectful distance. He told us all about every animal we passed, big or small. We were so lucky to have Max with us!

Tanzania & zanzibar
Our guide and driver samuel was really the best we could have asked for! Our journey was smooth from the airport pickup until the end. He was very sweet and kind and took care of us really well!! He made sure we spotted the big 5 animals in Serengeti!! The best 8 days in Tanzania! We recommend Shayona 💯 to anyone who wants to visit here! They organised our trip really well with the best hotels in Tanzania and Zanzibar.

Semu’s people are what made our trip special
Three things I would tell myself if I could go back in time to when I was booking this gorilla safari:
1. Yes it’s expensive, but it’s also great value. As the expedition unfolds, you will see how much care and attention has gone into the experience, and that the price is very fair.
2. Book with Semu Gorilla Safaris. While all tour companies tend to look similar — even interchangeable — Semu is full of professionals and that makes all the difference.
3. Request Eddie as your driver. While I haven’t met all the other drivers, there’s just no way that they’re as genuinely wonderful as Eddie. He is an exceptional human who played an outsized role in our trip being such a homerun.

Axis was a good company for safari, i recommand
The safari went very well; Axis offers excellent value for money. Kelvin, the guide, was fantastic and helpful—he explained things and shared a lot of information about the animals, while giving us plenty of time to enjoy the experience and take photos. Best of all, we got to see the "Big Five" (and the "Ugly Five" too).

Absolutely amazing
Everything went smooth, during the safari we made several itinerary changes which they were happy to accommodate. Our guide Abdoul, was kind, knowledgeable and considerate to our every need. On one occasion my mother, who suffers from asthma didn't have a specific puffer, Abdoul went out of his way to find a pharmacy and get one to her asap, we were extremely grateful to him for helping. Anything we needed he was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back and definitely be using Serengeti Clarity again and again.

Great trip, experience and guide.
We had a fantastic trip with so many incredible experiences, from seeing the Big Five to taking in the beautiful landscapes of Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana.
Our guide, Delight, was absolutely brilliant. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always happy to help and went out of his way to take us wherever we needed to go. He really made our trip unforgettable!
On our first evening, we enjoyed a river cruise along the Zambezi River, complete with delicious appetisers and drinks, and the opportunity to get up close to hippos. On the second day, we opted for the additional rhino safari in Zambia, which was fantastic and something I would highly recommend.
The game drives through Chobe National Park were incredible. We were lucky enough to get up close to a lion and her cubs, as well as a leopard, alongside beautiful herds of elephants, giraffes, impalas and buffalo, and an amazing variety of birdlife.
For me, Elephant Sands was the highlight of the entire trip. The accommodation was beautiful, with wonderful views of elephants gathering at the watering hole right from our bedroom window. The food was also delicious! Being able to observe the elephants so closely, learn about their behaviour and watch how they interact with one another was such a special and unforgettable experience.
Unfortunately, we weren’t able to camp overnight on the salt pans due to the wet conditions. However, watching the sunset there was beautiful, and Fuhara arranged alternative accommodation for us.
We finished our adventure in the Okavango Delta, with mokoro rides, bush walks and an overnight camping experience. This was another absolute highlight, and we even had the opportunity to learn how to pole a mokoro ourselves, which was great fun!
The only downside was the communication and organisation with some of the external tour operators in Botswana. On one occasion, we were collected and then had to sit and wait in the car at the game reserve gate for our safari vehicle to arrive for an hour and a half. Thankfully, the game drive itself was phenomenal and well worth it. I cannot fault Fuhara for the overall tour, but I do think there is an opportunity for them to improve communication with and provide feedback to the external operators they work with, as the reliability and timings of some excursions could have been better.
Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable trip filled with incredible wildlife encounters, beautiful scenery and unique experiences. A huge thank you to Delight for making it so special!
The Best!
Our tour guide was Brian who was excellent - helpful, attentive and excellent communication. Every aspect of the experience we had excellent service and care - it was a great value for money - would recommend this tour and tour group. Brian definitely made all the difference!

Responsive and flexible
We were 2 friends doing a 7 day 6 nights safari in Rift Valley and Maasai Mara. We had an amazing time. Our guide Jesse was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The team at Imara was very responsive and tried their best to adapt to our requirements. We got to see all the Big 5 on our first day in Maasai Mara thanks to our amazing guide (and some luck). Everything was taken care of and went smoothly. I highly recommend Imara and Jesse! Thank you for a great week
Advice: be very clear on what you want / what's a must have and check it is reflected in the final offer. This is not specific to Imara as we had that issue with other safari tour operators.

Wonderful trip
I had an amazing safari experience in Masai Mara, Amboseli and Lake Nakuru! Our guide, Rodgers, was incredibly responsible, friendly and knowledgeable about wildlife. He was always quick to spot animals and shared lots of interesting facts with us. He worked really hard, driving long hours every day to make sure we had the best experience possible. His English was excellent, and communication was always easy and enjoyable. He was also very cheerful and talkative, which made the whole trip even more fun. Highly recommend Rogers as a safari guide!
