My tour operator was absolutely amazing, incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful.
We had the most amazing one-week safari experience in Uganda with Abantubo Safaris! Everything was well organised from start to finish, and the communication and service were excellent. We could simply relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that everything was taken care of.
Our guide, Deus, was absolutely the best! He was so friendly, funny, flexible, and knowledgeable, and we had so much fun together throughout the trip. He drove very safely, spoke excellent English, and always made sure we felt comfortable and had the best possible experience. He truly made our trip extra special. Nickson was also incredibly kind and helpful, and we really appreciated all his support.
Uganda is such an incredible country, and our trip was filled with unforgettable experiences and amazing highlights. Gorilla trekking was definitely the absolute highlight of our trip — an experience we will never forget!
We felt that everything was reliable, well organised, and great value for money. We never had to worry about the logistics and could just enjoy the beautiful landscapes, wildlife, and all the amazing experiences Uganda has to offer.
We cannot recommend Abantubo Safaris enough! If you are planning a safari in Uganda, look no further. We are so grateful for this incredible experience and would choose them again without hesitation. A huge thank you to Deus, Nickson, and the whole team for making our trip so special!

Excellent organisation & communication.
We had a fantastic time, well organised and communicated. Everything we were promised was provided & deliveted, great hot breakfast each day, great hot lunch at picnic sites each day and evening meals of equally great qualityand quantity. Water was alway available.
Eric our knowledgeable guide knew where he wanted to be in a 3 different parks and communicated well with CB radio with other drivers to locate the best finds (wild animals). We saw absolutely everything, as well as loads of different pretty birds. The 7 seater truck offered excellent viewing and Eric would turn around if it helped any of us.
The Masai Village was a somewhat commercial event though for $10 an interesting hour, try and get a remote village for a little more authenticity.
Our 2 campgrounds were tidy and safe, despite very wild visitors. The shower worked. Our Lodge provided was also of a great standard.
Our coordinator, Hawa, ensured we got back safely to and from our accommodation

Fantastic
The safari was perfect. Our driver James was very professional driving carefully and safe. We saw so many Animals, we can't imagine including big 5. We saw wild Life as in a documentary of National geographic. Thank you Rose and all the staff

Lazaro (our tour guide in Arusha) and Edmond (the one who spent the rest of the safari) were AMAZING
They took care for everything from the first moment and after the last. They showed us everything that could and made all the efforts possible for us to enjoy and explore! It was an easy decision to choose Friendship Africa adventure and safari!!!

Tilman Safaris: A Truly Personal and Unforgettable Kenyan Adventure
A fantastic safari and Mount Kenya experience
Tilman Safaris is a small organisation that offers excellent personal attention. We first went on a five-day safari, followed by a four-day climb of Mount Kenya.
The safari took us to two parks: Ol Pejeta Conservancy and Samburu National Reserve. Our guide, Ambrose, made every effort to help us see as much wildlife as possible—and he certainly succeeded. We saw the Big Five and many other animals.
For the Mount Kenya climb, we were supported by a wonderful team who took excellent care of us and helped us reach the summit. Our lead guide, Leonard, was a calm and experienced professional who made several excellent decisions about the route and timing. The guides, cooks and other team members were all friendly, professional and very supportive.
One thing to keep in mind is that the cabins on the mountain are extremely basic, but that is part of the adventure.
We highly recommend Tilman Safaris to anyone looking for a personal, well-organised and memorable Kenyan experience.

MALI the best guide ever!!
It's my first group safari and it was exciting. Our guide Mali was very good at understanding everyone's needs (7 people) and to manage the plan of the day. It has an excellent communication skills. You will be very lucky to have him as a guide. I recommend the camping option, because waking up with animals all around is priceless.
I put 4 stars because the first campsite (Nyani) we were in was not at all clean, the showers did not work and it’s only cold, in the bathroom there was only one light and you couldn’t see anything, the bathroom and the kitchen was dirty, the curtains were the same size for everyone, we were 3 and we were very narrow.

Esther is well prepared, knowledgeable and highly responsive - the consummate professional.
Our trip was seamless - every detail was organized/curated to perfection. The boarding package (online) was extremely comprehensive and our lodgings/guides exceeded expectations. I also have confidence that had a problem arisen (which is usually inevitable), Esther and her operators would have navigated/resolved with aplomb.
