Perfect organisation with some room for improvement
We booked the 4 day tour from Germany, our special wishes were uncomplicatedly fullfilled. The driver picked us up in time at the hotel in Nairobi, but this guy unfortunately was very uncommunicative. So we decided to contact the tour operator for another guide. Kenya Bush Expeditions reacted immideately and sent us another guide the next morning. Steven was such a good guide and explained a lot about animals and culture.
One star reduction because of the first driver and the fact that we had to pay 50$ surcharge for paying by Card.

Truly Amazing Memories
What a wonderful trip! It was seamless from booking it through Titus to our Safari itself with Francis G. Titus always got back to us right away and organized a great itinerary. Francis G went above and beyond… he was a great driver and great guide!!! He was very knowledgeable and taught us so much.

I would highly recommend Aslan Adventure Tours & Travel. They gave us fantastic personalized service. Neena and her team were always on top of every situation we encountered. Our drivers were always on time to pick us up and any questions I had were answered promptly. I could never have arranged this by myself.
Our driver/guide was Shaddy and he was an excellent driver in the city as well as out in the bush. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the animals were doing as well as why. He has an obvious love for the wildlife and the environment. He had a good relationship with the other guides in the park and the staff at the lodges where we stayed. He worked very hard to give us the best experience possible.
Aslan set up our flights in Kenya. They checked us in and sent us our boarding passes which made our travel very easy. If you want a great experience as well great service I would highly recommend Aslan Adventure Tours & Travel.

Over the Top Amazing, every detail was taken care of.
We had already been to Africa more than 10 years ago and decided it was time to visit again. Because we love to travel and our bucket list of places to visit was growing, we may never return, so this time we were “going to do it right.”
Rose listened to our requests, answered our questions, and presented several options for each phase of our trip. Once the accommodations were decided, our itinerary was chosen. Absolutely every detail was flawlessly taken care of, from the minute we landed in Africa until the minute we left. Rose provided us with 24 hour emergency numbers in case there was something that went wrong, but with the planning that went into our intinerary, it wasn’t needed.
What really makes a vacation special are the staff that you interact with. Every accommodation we stayed at, the staff were exceptional and genuinely cared about us. There was nothing we wished was different, except that we could have stayed longer.
In today’s luxury travel business, the immediate expectation is to have a 10 out of 10 experience. Thanks Rose for the amazing lifetime experiences, and who knows…maybe we will return again.
