Adventures worth having
Had an amazing experience doing the trip. I've already made one amazing trip with the guys during my previous Rwanda visits so this time I didn't hesitate to choose them again. I travel for work so I only have the weekends to enjoy and no time to plan. Barack and team planned everything for me, all I had to do was to go, enjoy myself and take pictures. I did 2 tours - the Gorilla tracking and Golden monkey and both were well organized and left the best memories for me. If I come again, I will definitely ask them to take care of my next adventures and can highly recommend.

Africa uncut made the Zanzibar experience easy, hustle free and enjoyable.
Lydia planned our trip from airport pickup with a guide in Zanzibar, to planning our itinerary, organizing our hotel transfers. We got a 10/10 experience.
Ticked the bucket list; swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, feeding the turtles, visiting the spice farms.

A very beautiful safari, but a total lack of professionalism from the agency African Flower.
A major lack of preparation for our trip by African Flower. The trip was booked in May for October 2026. Upon our arrival, nothing matched the itinerary that had been agreed upon, documented, and paid for. Time and again, I had to contact African Flower ("Witness") to lodge complaints and get the promised services corrected... 1/ The safari driver arrived to pick us up for a group safari, even though we had booked a private one. 2/ There was no French-speaking guide, as had been agreed. 3/ For the second night, the hotel and meals had not been booked for the four of us; after a long day on safari, we were left waiting from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM for an emergency solution. 4/ At dinner, the drinks (3 soft drinks and 1 beer) were not included with the hotel stay, contrary to what was stated in our itinerary.
5/ every time it was a problem to enter in the parc because they were 2 guides not only 1...

Good operator with nice lodges
The first days of safari with Steve were good! We faced a minor problem with the car battery but this was solved very quickly. It was good to do this directly instead of halfway the tour. After we went on for the tour we saw very beautiful nature and animals. Also we were surprised by the suricata Boma lodge, this was really nice. The next couple of days at the serengeti were very beautiful and Steve knew a lot about all the animals. We were very lucky to spot all kinds of animals, except the rhino which is hopefully to be seen at ngorongoro.

This was already our fifth safari with Sympathy, and once again, he made it an absolutely fantastic experience! This time, we explored the beautiful Murchison Falls National Park.
Sympathy knows exactly what he’s doing! He is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, flexible, and always finds a solution, no matter what comes up. Even our crazy last-minute ideas somehow become possible thanks to him!
His kindness, dedication, and passion make every safari special. We wouldn’t dream of going on safari in Uganda with anyone else!

Great experience
The driver/guide was very good and everyone we encountered was super friendly.
We saw plenty of wildlife on the game drives Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru most excellent.
If you can afford it maybe fly to the reserves as there are long drives in heavy traffic on Kenya roads.
We stayed in nice hotels where the food was plentiful and tasty.
But don’t bank on G&T being available but you can take with!
Try and pack light or leave luggage in storage if this is part of a longer trip.

Africa Incoming is an experienced tour operations company, with good people.
We were a group of 4 and found Africa Incoming to be very reasonably priced for the excellent tour we went on - over 3 countries, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana. The guides were excellent - well informed and helpful. The 3 safaris, boat cruises and Victoria Falls trips we went on were as outlined in the brochures and we had a truly beautiful, unforgettable experience over the 9 days. Lots of animals and unforgettable experiences. The African people that we met were all very helpful, happy and engaging. At all times, we felt safe and able to put our trust in the guides. Planning the trip was made easier by Nellie being very responsive to our email queries - responding the same day and clearly outlining what we could expect and what we needed to do. Our itinerary gave a day by day explanation of what we could expect and it was modified as our plans changed and events unfolded. For example, our flight details were changed by the airline - and Nellie arranged for the pick ups to be modified so we were all safely met and taken straight to our hotel - after couples arrived on different flights. There were also emergency telephone numbers if we needed them.

Helpful and Efficient.
I have used them on more than one occasion. The transfers were well organised and trouble free. They were very helpful to every member of the group. The trips to the parks were well organised, the guides knowledgeable and helpful. I have never felt unsafe when out and about with them. I fully recommend them.

Roger was knowledgeable, kind and very good. He was a great guide and an excellent driver.
Axis Africa were great to work with. It was easy to book my safari and I felt safe and in the loop at all times. The accomodation was basic but clean and comfortable. The food was nice and Roger worked very hard to make sure that we saw the animals and enjoyed the trip.

Great experience!
I just came back from a great safari in Rwanda and Uganda. I contacted many different companies at first and I'm glad I went with Bushcraft. Mr. Innocent was very accommodating of our requests, and they had the best price in the end.
Our guide was Allan, who was very friendly, funny (a few terrible jokes here and there, but we forgive him) and knowledgeable. Always positive, always smiling.
Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!
