A professional tourism brand that leads travelers to deeply experience the beauty of African culture and nature.
5/5

The grasslands were quieter than I had imagined.

In the Tanzanian mornings, the wind carried a dry, wild scent. As the first rays of sunlight slowly climbed the horizon, I suddenly understood—some places aren't seen with the eyes, but remembered with the heart.

A safari is more than just seeing animals.

It's seeing an elephant slowly trudging through the dust that makes you understand the meaning of composure; it's seeing a lion lying quietly in the distance that makes you feel true regal presence for the first time; it's also when the vehicle stops in the middle of the boundless grassland that you suddenly realize—you are so small, yet so free.

For a moment, I even turned off my camera.

Because I knew some scenes couldn't be captured: the sunset burning the entire sky a golden-red,

and the guide's soft whisper—

Hakuna Matata.

In that instant, I truly understood.

It's not that the world has no troubles,

but rather—right now, live well.

If you ask me, is a Tanzanian safari worth it?

I would say:

This is not a trip.

It's a mirror.

It lets you see the real world for the first time,

and also see your true self.

Great safari experienxe
5/5

We are a family of seven (all adults) who went on a one-week safari trip with Simbaland Magic Tours in Tanzania in January 2026. We had a wonderful and memorable experience.
The organizer showed great flexibility in designing a tour that matched our needs and wishes, which made the trip both convenient and very enjoyable for us. Throughout the booking process, communication was good - the organizer almost always replied quickly, regardless of the day or time.
During the trip itself, everything practical and logistical was handled smoothly by both the tour operator and our guide, which made the entire experience very relaxing for us.
The itinerary was great, as we visited several different national parks: Tarangire with its big Baobab trees, Ndutu where we saw many calves, Serengeti where we saw many predators, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. Each national park therefore offered something unique, which made the tour varied and thus even more interesting. We had many fantastic game drives with remarkable wildlife encounters. We were fortunate to see the Big 5 and many more animals in various settings. We also had an authentic visit to two local tribes. We had feared this would be a tourist trap, but this was in no way the case and we instead had a very interesting cultural experience.
The lodges we stayed at were excellent — clean, comfortable, and very well located. Two of them were inside the parks, with wildlife roaming nearby, which made the stay even more special. The food was good, with a wide variety of dishes and several vegetarian options.
Our guide, Ali, was outstanding and was a big part of making the trip special. He was very knowledgeable and explained the animals’ behavior in different situations. This made every sighting special and unique.
The only things which could be improved are the vehicle and communication upon arrival. The vehicle was somewhat old and outdated and experienced a few mechanical issues during the trip. For example, the cooler did not cool properly, and some of the doors had minor problems. The communication upon arrival was slightly unclear, which led to a few misunderstandings — these were, however, resolved quickly.
Despite these minor shortcomings, we are very happy with our experience with Simbaland Magic Tours. The service was consistently good, and we came home with many unique and memorable experiences at a very reasonable price. I can definitely recommend them to others considering a safari in Tanzania.

Excellent 5 day calving season safari
5/5

Nkollo Safari delivered an absolutely unforgettable five-day experience in Tanzania that deserves every one of its five stars. From start to finish, everything ran seamlessly and far exceeded our expectations.

Our guide, Richard, was outstanding – incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about wildlife, and always eager to share insights about the ecosystems and animals we encountered. Thanks to his sharp eyes and expertise, we were able to see the Big Five and witness incredible real-life action from lions and leopards that we will be talking about for years.

The itinerary was well designed, covering Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Ndutu, each showcasing a different side of Tanzania’s stunning landscapes and wildlife. Every day felt unique, from elephant herds and baobab trees to vast plains full of game and dramatic crater views.

Accommodations along the way were thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well located, allowing us to relax fully between game drives. We also had the chance to get a glimpse into the life of the Maasai people, which added a meaningful cultural dimension to the trip and helped us appreciate Tanzania beyond just its wildlife.

Overall, this safari was truly above expectations and one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend Nkollo Safari – and especially Richard – to anyone looking for an authentic, well-organized and unforgettable Tanzanian safari.

Great experience!
5/5

From the outset of my planning, communication with Linet was second to none, fast responses and more than willing to adapt the itinerary and answer any questions.
We were collected from our hotel on time, provided with hats and water bottles which was a great touch.
We had Dennis as our driver who did his utmost to ensure we saw the big 5!
All additional activities were well planned, so smooth in terms of timing after long drives and we were upgraded in 2 places which was a nice bonus!!
Despite receiving numerous itineraries from various companies, we decided to go with beyond the plains due to the excellent communication, and the number of different activities included.
I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again for a future safari. Thanks again Beyond the plains for an incredible trip!!!

It was easy to correspond with Big Apes Africa. It was a well organised and they have given answers to all our questions, with a lot of patience. The trip was well prepared, with all the handy tips Big Apes had given us before departure. We have visited one big apes family and it was a once in a lifetime experience.

Quality of service and reliability
5/5

Hello,
After a lot of inquiries with various companies, both Israeli and local, Bamboma brought the best offer by a wide margin from all competitors. The lodges he booked for us were new, clean and serviceable places. The company was available throughout the time. The driver named Ludo spoke fluent English with a vast knowledge of everything related to safari and Tanzania. For all the Israelis who are worried, you have nothing to worry about!

Well organized
5/5

We booked Chobe safari day trip combined with village walk in Namibia. The trip is amazing, you can experience a wide range of activities, safari, lodge lunch, boat cruise while crossing from Botswana to Namibia and then the village walk with 2000-year old baobab tree that is craved inside. We really enjoyed our guides and the organization was just on spot, they care for you all the time. Part of the price you pay goes for the villagers who struggle a lot, so knowing that you’re visibly helping local community is another reason you should book your trip today, not mentioning hundreds of animals, and beautiful landscapes.

Amazing
5/5

This safari exceeded all my expectations. After dreaming about going on a safari for so many years, this trip truly made those dreams come true.
We had a wonderful week visiting Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli. Each park was unique and offered incredible wildlife experiences. We were lucky enough to see an amazing variety of animals, including lions (even hunting and eating), cheetahs, a leopard, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes, crocodiles, hippos, large herds of elephants, and both black and white rhinos — completing the Big Five.
A special mention goes to our guide, Johny Jackson. His knowledge of the animals, the parks, and nature was impressive, and he always knew exactly where to go for the best sightings. He was also an excellent and very safe driver, which made the long drives between the parks comfortable and relaxing.
We stayed in budget accommodations, which pleasantly surprised us by offering more comfort and quality than we expected.
If there is one small point for improvement, it would be the planning of the Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha visits. Although both destinations were beautiful, we returned quite early on those days and felt we could have used the time more efficiently.
Overall, this was an unforgettable experience and without a doubt my best safari ever. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering a safari.
